Jillian Michaels Bio
Jillian Michaels is a personal trainer. She's risen to fame due to her role on NBC's The Biggest Loser.
Michaels was born in Los Angeles and can relate to people on that reality show: she used to be overweight. But through a healthy diet, along with kickboxing, yoga, Pilates, plyometrics, and weight training, she's shed many pounds and embraces the chance to help others do the same.
In a 2010 interview with Ladies Home Journal, Jillian implied that she's a bisexual.
She now stars in "Losing it with Jillian."
