The Biggest Loser host Jillian Michaels is doling out unconditional, rather than tough love to a two-year-old daughter, Lukensia – whom she recently brought home from Haiti after a long and arduous adoption process.

She also welcomed a son, Phoenix, that partner Heidi Rhoades gave birth to May 3!

“We’re swimming in babies over here,” Michaels, 38, told People of her new life.

The two-year journey that led her to her daughter ended with an incredible twist of fate as Rhoades, 31, delivered their son the same week Lukensia arrived.

The instant family makes for long days and nights for Michaels. But the fitness fanatic insists that despite the hardship, she wouldn’t have it any other way.

“I don’t even answer email anymore. I don’t have time to care about anything else,” she notes. “I want to be really present and enjoy all the nuances of their growth and development. I don’t want to rush any of it.”

Jillian Michaels is leaving The Biggest Loser to focus on her family. There's just one problem: that family has started yet.

In the October issue of Redbook, the trainer goes into the "nightmare," two-year process of trying to adopt a child from the Congo.

"I’ve watched friends congratulate me on [starting] the process, get pregnant themselves, have a baby, and then their baby’s crawling. People are lapping me. My best friend just told me she’s pregnant, and of course I’m ecstatic, but I’m also like, Uhhh! [gestures stabbing herself]. Like, I want my kid to be playing with your kids!"

Jillian Michaels is going from The Biggest Loser to the biggest step a person can take: motherhood. She hopes, at least.

"Season 11 of Biggest Loser will be my last :) have to finish out my contract," Michaels Tweeted this week. "I want to take a year off TV and focus on becoming a mommy and doing more charity work."

The final season of The Biggest Loser kicks off next month. Who might replace Jillian? She knows. But she isn't saying.

"They already hired her," she told a Twitter follower. "Using my last season to help launch her in season 11."

Is Jillian Michaels trying to kill us?

Possibly, according to a new lawsuit filed against the celebrity trainer.

A woman referred to as "R.D." in documents has filed a class action lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court that claims Jillian's Triple Process Total Body Detox & Cleanse diet supplement contains a "potentially lethal combination of toxic ingredients. Also, it "might kill you."

Hmmm... can we feed it to Mel Gibson?

Among the ingredients the lawsuit singles out, as first reported by TMZ, are:

• Irish Moss Powder because it "causes gastrointestinal ulcers" and is "so toxic that it is the gel commonly applied to aircraft wings to dissolve ice."
• Bearberry, which is "known to cause nausea and vomiting."
• Yarrow, described as "a toxic lawn weed that causes dermatitis"
• Chinese Rhubarb, "a harsh laxative and dangerous diuretic that can cause sever dehydration and may cause irreversible liver damage"

R.D. is seeking $10 million for the conspiracy she alleges is behind the attempt to hide these products from the consumer. This is the fourth time Jillian has been sued for potentially toxic supplement ingredients.

Please just take our advice, people: if you wish to lose weight, eat in moderation and exercise. That's really the only healthy way to do it.

In a cover story with Ladies Home Journal, The Biggest Loser trained opened up about reality TV, her past weight and - like Ke$ha - her penchant for both genders. Excerpts are below:

On reality TV: The Biggest Loser is like a funhouse mirror. I’ve loved the show and the platform it has given me, but still, it is the nature of reality TV to manipulate. You never see what’s going on in its entirety. For every 10 minutes we’re on the show, acting like insane people, there are a hundred hours of training you don’t see.

On past weight struggles: I lived on junk food. I had no direction. [My father and I] sort of bonded over food. When he was alone with me and we had nothing to say to each other, it would be like, ‘Let’s eat a pizza!’

On her sexuality: Let’s just say I believe in healthy love. If I fall in love with a woman, that’s awesome. If I fall in love with a man, that’s awesome. As long as you fall in love…it’s like organic food. I only eat healthy food, and I only want healthy love!
