The singer covers the latest issue of Us Weekly, ignoring the haters and opening up to the tabloid about the 70 pounds she gained during pregnancy.

It's mostly gone now, thanks to a partnership with Weight Watchers.

"She's so focused and determined," says Weight Watchers leader Liz Josefsberg. "She's very brave to do this in a healthy, more realistic way."

Jessica Simpson will make her national post-pregnancy body reveal on Katie Couric's talk show Monday, but Life & Style has the EXCLUSIVE image already!

It's completely fake, but why let that get in the way of a scoop?

The hilarious cover pic below is clearly not a 2012 image of Jessica Simpson (if that's even her body at all). She's been on lockdown due to her Weight Watchers deal and clearly didn't pose for L&S. Also, it looks NOTHING like she does now.

Jessica Simpson lamented earlier this week about how losing her body has NOT bounced back in the past four months, despite making considerable progress.

Life & Style says she shed 40 pounds of pregnancy weight thanks to breastfeeding, marathon gym sessions and a personalized, no-starve Weight Watchers plan.

Even if that's true, the image above is still fake. The 32-year-old said this week that her iconic boobs are still so tremendously huge, she can't even go jogging.

Not exactly the case for the woman above, is it? Also, here's Jessica's beautiful, but much fuller face in a photo released by Weight Watchers two days ago:

To be clear, our point is not to disparage Jessica - she's gorgeous no matter what, and losing baby weight is a long process - but to call out the above cover.

Come on guys. Who do you think you're fooling here?

Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson are planning a wedding ALREADY, according to Life & Style. They've been engaged since November 2010, but whatever!

Jessica welcomed baby Maxwell just a few weeks ago, but the designer, singer and actress has yet to slow down, given her $4 million Weight Watchers deal.

Now she's busy planning a wedding, too!

An insider reveals to the new issue of Life & Style that Jessica and her fiancé, Eric Johnson, have set a new wedding date: Dec. 12, 2012. Yep, 12/12/12.

The couple, who got engaged a year and a half ago, reportedly had been planning to wed in Hawaii on November 11 (11/11/11), until she got pregnant.

"Jessica and Eric are still eyeing the same Hawaiian island of Kauai for the reception for around 60 family and friends," the insider reveals of their plan.

She's hired celebrity party planner Mindy Weiss, who planned Jessica's Charlotte's Web-themed baby shower, as well as her 2002 wedding to Nick Lachey.

Sounds magical. And original.

One week after she welcomed baby girl Maxwell Drew, Jessica Simpson gave her five million-plus Twitter followers an update on her precious daughter.

"I am so in love with baby Maxwell," the singer wrote Tuesday, gushing over her first-born with Eric Johnson. "I want to cry every time I look at her."

"Motherhood is by far the best thing I've ever experienced."

"Little" Maxwell arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles the morning of Tuesday, May 1, and weighed in at a whopping 9 lbs., 13 oz.

Jess claims everything is swell now. OK! begs to differ.

The mogul, who heads a fashion empire that reportedly grosses $1 billion a year and stars on NBC's Fashion Star, is melting down ... the tabloid claims.

The 31-year-old may be cracking under the intense pressure to get back to work as quickly as possible, OK! claims, a situation that also upsets Eric.

He hoped that once their daughter was born, Jessica would take a break from her busy schedule. Whether that actually occurs remains to be seen.

"The sky's the limit," Jessica said in February. "Even with music and acting and being a mom and anything else that I want to do, I know that I can do it all."

"Life is definitely always about expanding. That's how we grow."

Easy to say at the time, but now that the reality of being a mom has set in, Jessica isn't so sure ... about that or marrying Eric, or losing 65 pounds. Gonna be rough.

Jessica Simpson hasn't even given birth to her baby girl Maxi yet, but that's not about to stop one tabloid from taking us INSIDE THE DRAMATIC DELIVERY!

You gotta love that on the week Brad and Angelina get engaged, for real, that In Touch will make up some other cover story. Why not lead with Brange?

After all, they've gotten engaged so many times before, according to your magazine ... why not cash in on the real thing when people might actually buy it?!

In any case, Jessica Simpson is ready to pop any day now, which makes this odd cover - how can you be inside a delivery that hasn't taken place? - sort of justified.

Sort of. It's possible Jess has already elected to have a c-section, is under hypnosis to soothe her cold sweats and has already planned her first words to her baby.

Still, none of this has happened yet, because she is enormously pregnant.

We'll know when she gives birth and Jessica Simpson will provide all the Jessica Simpson quotes we need at that time. How could ITW compare with that now?

Motherhood couldn't come a moment too soon for Jessica Simpson.

It hasn't actually come yet, but why would that stop OK! from fronting like it's breaking the news of the birth of the 31-year-old's daughter Maxi? Silly question.

Misleading headlines aside, Jessica has longed for a baby her whole life, and now that blessed event is finally here ... or at least will be in the next month or so.

“Jessica is so excited,” says a conveniently anonymous close friend, who confesses that Jessica has been slowly telling all her pals she's been knocked up.

“She joked, ‘Well, now I can eat anything I want and no one will care. It’s just sort of a rule.’ But it was typical Jessica that she was making a joke of it.”
