Jesse Csincsak, former winner of The Bachelorette, is speaking out about the new lawsuit against Reality Steve, whose Bachelor spoilers have roiled producers for years.

Csincsak says the real culprit in all of this is the show's head honcho, Mike Fleiss, who he claims ruins people's lives for a living, yet can't take what he dishes out.

The ex-fiance of DeAnna Pappas doesn't understand capital letters, or know how to spell the names of certain toppled global despots, but he has strong feelings on the topic.

"The problem is that they have hundreds of people who see the tapes in editing so nailing it down would be a tuff one so of course I was unable to cash in."

Hitler, Osama Bin Laden, Sadam husane once you piss off enough people someone will eventually take you out of the game !!"

"Fleiss you cant contunue to USE PEOPLE & push people around YOUR day is coming its only a matter of time !!"

Former Bachelorette winner Jesse Csincsak, who split with DeAnna Pappas in 2008, and his wife Ann Lueders welcomed son Noah Theodore today.

Lueders, a former Bachelor contestant, gave birth to the 7 pound, 4 ounce bundle of joy. Ann and Jesse got married in Las Vegas last summer.

"No words can describe how blessed Ann and I feel having welcomed our son into the world today," Csincsak said afterward. "We are so excited to finally have him with us - we've been waiting our whole lives for this moment!"

Noah was almost named after his dad. However, "At first we were like, 'Oh we'll name him Jesse'...and I was like, you know, I don't want him to feel he has to follow in my footsteps, I want him to be his own person," Jesse said.

"I want him to have his own identity, not type in his name, and all this stuff about me comes up on Google. I want him to have his own little Google ability!"

Way to think in the abstract, J. Congratulations to the happy couple!

Jesse Csincsak and Ann Lueders are no longer The Bachelor or The Bachelorette, having tied the knot at Rumor Hotel in Las Vegas Saturday night.

"I've waited for this moment my whole life," Csincsak said.

Among the guests were Bachelor alumni Vienna Girardi and Jason and Molly Mesnick. Lueders competed alongside Molly Malaney on Jason's season.

It was a fitting swap for Csincsak and Leuders.

Jason and Jesse vied for DeAnna Pappas on the Bachelorette's fourth season.

"I'm really happy for the two of them," says Jason. "Jesse and I have known each other for a couple of years now. From day one we said we'd be at each other's weddings and that's what we’re doing. He was at ours and we're at his."

Ann Lueders is four months pregnant with the couple's first child as well, a boy they have named Noah. Csincsak proposed August 6. Congratulations!

Now they're expecting their first child together too!

Csincsak announced the happy news in an online video. Lueders, who appeared on the 13th season of The Bachelor featuring Jason Mesnick (who DeAnna Pappas rejected when she got engaged to Jesse) is four months pregnant with a boy.

They plan to name their son Noah.

Congratulations to the parents-to-be!

The soon-to-be-wed parents-to-be are slated to tie the knot in Las Vegas August 28. That would certainly explain the short engagement period ...

Meanwhile, DeAnna Pappas recently announced that she is getting hitched as well - to high school teacher Stephen Stagliano. "I was crying, holding his hands, and he showed me the ring," she said. "I just nodded, like, 'Yeah!'"

Stephen's twin brother was a competitor on The Bachelorette, pursuing Jillian Harris, who Mesnick rejected. Michael Stagliano is also engaged, to Holly Durst, who dated Csincsak after his breakup with DeAnna. Everybody got all that?

Congrats to the snowboarder and former winner of The Bachelorette, and to Lueders, who later competed in Jason Mesnick's season of The Bachelor!

This whole community is just so weird.

Jesse won the final rose from DeAnna Pappas in 2008 over Mesnick, who went on to star on The Bachelor the following season. DeAnna just got engaged to Stephen Stagliano, the twin brother of Bachelor contestant Michael Stagliano.

In any case, Jesse Csincsak and Ann Lueders are happy now, although to hear him tell it, the proposal itself could have gone a little more smoothly.

"When I first asked for Ann's hand in marriage, her dad didn't realize that Ann wasn't supposed to know," Jesse tells People of his engagement to Ann.

Hopefully Jesse Csincsak's engagement to Ann Lueders lasts longer than his previous attempt! It probably will, since they didn't meet on a reality TV dating show.

"He went inside the house and Ann and her mom were just chatting and he goes, 'So Jesse just asked me a very interesting question. He asked me if he could marry you.' And she goes, 'DAD! You're not supposed to tell me that!'"

"He didn't do it on purpose!" adds Csincsak, who previously dated former Bachelor contestant Holly Durst, now engaged to Michael Stagliano of all people.

"He was just trying to be the typical happy go lucky dad!"

But in no way did it ruin her excitement when the moment came. Jesse popped the question on the shore of an island in Lake Erie near her Ohio hometown.

Despite the spoiler alert, the bride didn't expect it. "I told Jesse, 'I wish I knew this was coming,'" Ann Lueders said. "I would have ran a brush through my hair!' "

The pair will wed before the end of August in Las Vegas.

Fans may remember Jesse Csincsak as Jason Mesnick's erstwhile rival for the love of DeAnna Pappas on The Bachelorette. Below are excerpts from a new interview Jesse recently gave in which he sounds off on Jason's starring turn on The Bachelor ...

Q: First of all, from the Women Tell All special, I don't know if we heard right, but are you in a new relationship?

Jesse Csincsak: Yes, I'm dating Holly Durst from the previous season of The Bachelor. I'm psyched. She's super-cute and very outgoing and fun to be with.

Q: So, how did you guys get together?

Jesse Csincsak: We were actually at a party at Les Deux in California, and I was actually still in my previous relationship. And everybody got introduced. Holly had some interest in going to grad school in Boulder, Colorado. Once I wasn't in a relationship anymore, I shot her a text message and said, “Hey, you know, if you still are looking for a tour of Boulder and the college, I'd love to go down there with you.” She ended up coming out and going snowboarding, and it's all history from there.

Q: I don't know if you've been reading the blogs, but there are huge potential Bachelor spoilers buzzing around about the end of this season ...

Jesse Csincsak: You know, every year, there's always somebody that comes out of the woodwork saying, “Oh, I know what happens.” And, you know, it's their claim to fame. My view on that is, hey, no matter what the outcome is, as long as Jason finds his true love, for him and Ty, more power to him. You know, I don't care what he has to do to be in love. I think there's people on this planet that would kill to be in love. So, I mean, you can't hate on the guy.

With her heavily-hyped reunion with The Bachelor star Jason Mesnick drawing near on the season finale, DeAnna Pappas has revealed some additional details about why she rejected Mesnick in favor of Jesse Csincsak - then later dumped Csincsak.

"I believe that we all make mistakes in our lives and we learn from them ... it came down to two totally different people. Jason, who has it all together has everything a woman would want. And then there's Jesse, who kind of was a wild card," she told Extra.

"For me, I felt like the wild card was going to work out. Someone to keep me on my toes. Eventually, it wasn't what I was attracted to anymore," she added.

Both Jason Mesnick and Jesse Csincsak attempted to propose marriage to DeAnna Pappas during July's broadcast of The Bachelorette's fourth-season finale.

DeAnna Pappas rejected Mesnick, on bended knee, before he could follow through with his marriage proposal offer and presented Csincsak with her final rose.

Things initially seemed to go well for the engaged couple, but after months of wavering over a wedding location, Pappas announced she had broken up with Csincsak.

That split took place in November.

As for her reunion in New Zealand with Mesnick on The Bachelor, Pappas said it was a positive experience for her - and hopefully for The Bachelor viewers as well.

"I believe that it's going to resolve some issues for myself and possibly some viewers," she said.

When speaking of DeAnna Pappas' surprise visit, which will air in two weeks, Mesnick admitted to being caught off guard by the appearance of his ex-flame.

"Of course it threw me off. I fell in love with her and I went through my healing process. She's the last person I expected to see, especially in New Zealand," he said.

Jesse Csincsak shocked the world when he somehow bested Jason Mesnick to win the heart of DeAnna Pappas on last year's season finale of The Bachelorette.

She dumped him a few months later after she sold out and went Hollywood. Jason Mesnick went on to star on The Bachelor and garner mammoth ratings.

Well, Jesse Csincsak is getting the last laugh as well, showing DeAnna he's moved on by cozying up to former Bachelor castoff Holly Durst! Check it out ...

The new couple began dating recently, finding comfort in each other after their respective reality TV rejections (Durst was nixed by that ass bag Matt Grant).

The remedy for a broken engagement for Jesse Csincsak? Hitting the slopes for a ski weekend with his fellow reality TV friends — and Holly Durst!

You may remember Holly Durst from, yes, The Bachelor: London Calling, which starred Matt Grant. He rejected her for that skank ditz Shayne Lamas.

Although Jesse Csincsak, who got dumped by Bachelorette star DeAnna Pappas last November following a whirlwind courtship and engagement, admits he is not really “focused on dating,” he says he's made a connection with his fellow bachelorette:

“I have a great time with Holly,” says Jesse. “We’re both from Ohio, we both have a lot in common, and I think that we both really enjoy hanging out with each other.”

In fact, Csincsak took Holly Durst, along with other women from Season 12’s The Bachelor and pals from The Bachelorette to Breckinridge, Colo., for a ski weekend!

“It was awesome, man,” Csincsak said, “and it was cathartic."

"We all got to catch up and chat about how things have been. It was cool, because we all had the same experience, and there’s nobody else that can understand what we went through except for the guys that were on the show.”

While a long-term relationship with Holly Durst be the last thing on his mind, it was a definite love connection between Csincsak and his fellow “bachelors.”

“It was like we never left,” he says. “I love those guys, no matter whatever we’re doing - be it drinking beer, playing cards, skiing, snowboarding.”

The subject of DeAnna Pappas never popped up.

“Believe it or not, we really didn’t talk about her,” Csincsak says of his former fiancée, “It was just a guys’ weekend, and we spent more time throwing the guys that didn’t show up under the bus then we did talking about her.”

In was a little over a week ago that Jesse Csincsak revealed via webcam that his world had been shattered by fiancee DeAnna Pappas.

Today, the spurned snowboarder is opening up about the breakup and discussing his dating future in a deep interview with TV Guide ...

Q: Why go on YouTube to present your side? Why not just issue a joint press release?

Jesse Csincsak: We were going to do that, but some people found out [before we wanted]. The easiest thing seemed to be to hop on the webcam and put it on YouTube. I did it because I wanted to tell the fans what happened. [DeAnna and I] have gone our separate ways. I love her and I wish her nothing but the best. I felt that that's what I portrayed on YouTube and I hope that's the way it was taken.

Q: What response are you getting?

Jesse Csincsak: Thousands of emails, 20,000 to 30,000 hits a day on my MySpace page and 5,000 emails to my MySpace page.

Q: Any ladies interested in picking up where DeAnna Pappas left off?

Jesse Csincsak: There are definitely a few ladies who have contacted me, but I'm taking things one day at a time.

Q: Did going on-camera allow you to express more how you truly felt?

Jessie Csincsak: Yeah. I figured there's no better way to tell someone how you feel than to get out there and look right into the screen and say this is what's going on. I spoke to the fans about how I was really feeling. I didn't discuss anything about what had gone on [privately]. The answer I got [from DeAnna Pappas] was that she loved me, but "wasn't in love with me." That's what she told me.
