As we reported in late April, Katherine Jackson wants four of her grandkids out of her house so that she can better care for Michael Jackson's children.
The problem is Alejandra Jackson, who's gearing up for a fight.
She's been living at the family compound in Encino with kids Donte, Randy Jr., Jaafar and Jermajesty - two born to Randy and two to Jermaine Jackson.
Jaafar's bid to taser Blanket a few months ago sparked a DCFS probe and prompted Katherine to kick them out so she can care for Michael's offspring.
Katherine's bid to give Michael's kids a better environment is being challenged.
While downsizing the brood at home, Katherine Jackson is allowing Alejandra and her kids to move into a nearby condo owned by the Jackson family.
But Alejandra is far from pleased here.
When Katherine, who is out of town until June 10, comes back to L.A., Alejandra has to move. But she's lawyered up to negotiate a separation deal.
Alejandra wants some assurance that her family will be financially protected and is likely to challenge the move until she gets something on paper.
Also, Alejandra has gone after Jermaine in the past for failing to pay child support, and given this forced move, that battle has been reignited too.
Never a dull moment with the Jackson family, that's for sure.
