Life is good for Jorge Nunez.

Not only is the aspiring singer a member of American Idol's final 13, but he's receiving support from a pair of hometown heroes.

This morning, Nunez  was a guest on on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM L.A. radio show when the host shared a text message from Puerto Rican icons Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony. It read:

"Hey bro, just finished watching the show. This guy is really special. Please tell Jorge that Jen and I could not be prouder. We were in tears witnessing, honestly. Pure talent."

What was the Idol contestant's reaction to such support?

"That [was] so awesome!" Jorge told E!. "I mean... if they're famous here you really can't imagine how famous they are in Puerto Rico. They're like the biggest people ever. I love them. I'm so happy."

Jennifer Lopez discovered a way to make her and Marc Anthony appear like a loving couple again, while also grabbing a few celebrity gossip headlines along the way.

The singer dragged her dressed-up twins onto the Madison Square Garden stage Saturday night, following a performance by Anthony. The kids look totally thrilled to be there, don't they?

Sources say this couple has given up on its marriage, and has chosen an unusual time to make the former announcement.

Goodbye marriage? Insiders claim Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are headed for a divorce.

"Marc and Jennifer are planning on announcing their divorce right after Marc's show at Madison Square Garden on February 14," a friend said. "Jennifer is planning on joining Marc onstage for a surprise duet. Things haven't been right for a while now, and they thought it would be a bittersweet farewell."

Lopez and Anthony renewed their vows just three months ago. They are parents to ten-month old twins Max and Emme
