American Idol finalist Jennifer Hudson and Danity Kane lead singer Aubrey O'Day have very little in common when it comes to talent.

But that doesn't mean these musicians can't have the same taste in clothing.

Below, Hudson and O'Day are each rocking the same Dolce & Gabbana dress, as the former attempts to spice it up with a red belt and a pink bra. The latter, meanwhile?

Who needs a bra, right, Aubrey?

Who wears this dress better, Jennifer Hudson or Aubrey O'Day?

Jennifer Hudson is an Academy Award winner and an American Idol finalist.

So, why won't Barack Obama call her?!?

Jennifer Hudson on Stage

"I sang for Obama after I did Idol," Hudson said in an interview with E!. "I'm so proud and excited for him. I haven't gotten a call from them yet, but he does have my support."

Seriously, Mr. Obama, can you take time away from fighting the war against terror, racism, gas prices, subprime mortgage loans and conservative nut jobs to dial up Hudson? Just for a few minutes?

Jennifer Hudson is an American Idol and an American proud to help Barack Obama win the presidency... if he'd only call her to ask for assistance.

She may not win another Oscar for this role, but Jennifer Hudson should have lots of fun as Carrie Bradshaw's assistance in the upcoming Sex and the City: The Movie.

The American Idol finalist will portray the right-hand woman to Sarah Jessica Parker's shoe-obsessed character  and is in final negotiations with the movie's producers about details of her role.

As everyone knows, but People magazine still reported the movie revolves around the lives of the four main SATC characters played by Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon, who are all reprising their roles.

Chris Noth also joins the cast to play Mr. Big again.  No, his name is not a reference to Tommy Lee.

Hudson is also in the studio working on her debut album, while also starring in the upcoming crime drama Winged Creatures opposite Kate Beckinsale and Forest Whitaker.

Her career is certainly not in jeopardy, but Jennifer Hudson has been receiving a bit of criticism recently.

Recent comments made by the former American Idol star, not exactly thanking a certain FOX reality show for its star-making influence, along with other supposedly diva-like behavior have hurt this singer's reputation.

Jennifer Hudson at the Grammys

But don't worry, J-Hud, if someone would pay $500,000 for a diary written by Anna Nicole Smith, anything is possible. You should be able to turn it around in no time. Below, in fact, some celebrities offer advice on just how you can:

"Jennifer has to follow her intuition ... I'd look for something next that's just fun. Do a silly comedy if it's in your gut." - Kirsten Dunst

"I'd suggest Jennifer do a straight drama or comedy ... musicals are a limited genre and you can't really make a career out of that." - John Travolta

"I would do some drama if I were her. That's what I was really impressed by in Dreamgirls. I knew she was a great singer." - Randy Jackson

"I'd back the heck up and know my role, biatch. Beyonce is in the house." - Beyonce Knowles

We may have made that last one up.

Forget Beyonce for a minute. It's starting to see like everyone hates a certain former American Idol finalist.

Indeed, Jennifer Hudson has been coming under more fire recently than a fire fighter.

Jennifer Hudson on CBS

Bad metaphors aside, the Oscar winner tells Jawn Murray of The Tom Joyner Morning Show that she's been "hurt" by the backlash since her awardss triumph, especially allegations that she tried to ditch the Soul Train Music Awards and that she demeaned American Idol as a mere "stepping stone."

Reports last week said that Hudson tried to back out of the Soul Train show, where she received an award. But J-Hud said this accusation made about as much sense as referring to Kim Kardashian as a prude.

"Why would they dog me out after I was one of the only people to show up on the show?" asks Hudson.

And as for her calling Idol a stepping stone - to which Simon Cowell made a pointed and sneering reference on a recent episode - Hudson acknowledges that she did, but says:

"I didn't mean it in a bad way ... American Idol is a stepping stone because had it not been for them, no one would have known of a Jennifer Hudson to call to audition for Dreamgirls."

If Jennifer Hudson says that, how can anyone refer to Jennifer Hudson as a diva? Finally, Jennifer Hudson wrapped up her comments with this bitter remark:

"It's like everything I say referring to the show gets twisted around and makes me look like I'm being arrogant and a diva."

Oddly, she had no comment on the Antonella Barba pictures.

We wonder if Beyonce will be jealous about this, too?

As a result of her super-sized ego and bitter tongue, Jennifer Hudson has recieved a lifetime free pass to Burger King. Allow us to explain why:

Got Milk

The American Idol reject and Oscar winner recently responded to Simon Cowell, who criticized her for not thanking the show in her Academy Awards speech.

J-Hud reportedly snapped back:

"If I'd been any better at my job when I was at Burger King in my middle teens, I wouldn't be here either, so should I thank them, too?"

Right, Jennifer. Because that's exactly the same thing. Hudson worked at the BK on East 87th and State Street in Chicago when she was 16.

In an exclusive statement to TMZ, Burger King responded humorously to Hudson's beef, assuring her that no thanks is necessary, and awarded her with fast food for life, an offer we hope she shares with Nicole Richie:

...In response to Jennifer's recent comments in which she asked if she should be thanking Burger King, we say thanks, but no thanks are necessary. Burger King Corporation is proud of Jennifer's success and while we never like to lose employees, in this case, our loss is the entertainment industry's gain ... To further show our support for Jennifer, and make sure she never has to sing for her supper again, Burger King Corporation is giving her a pre-paid BK Crown Card that will be automatically reloaded for life.

Sure, Jennifer Hudson may be expressing stunned ecstasy over her Oscar victory Sunday night. The actress certainly seemed in awe during her acceptance speech.

But sources backstage at the awards tell us the former American Idol finalist had forgotten all about the little man in her hand by the time this picture was taken.

A Jennifer Hudson Photo

Instead, she had just found out about certain Antonella Barba pictures that depict that singer and very different sort of little man.

Was Jennifer bothered because her chance to be in the Idol spotlight would be stolen all week by a girl on her knees? Or was she tweaked over the fact that some so-called friend of Antonella would actually publish those Barba pics on the Web?

We might never know.

This picture says it all, doesn't it?

Look at Jennifer Hudson: loud, proud, an Academy Award winner in her very first feature film appearance.

In Marie Claire

Then there's Beyonce.

Poor, quiet, non-nominated Beyonce.

Sure, the Dreamgirls co-star looks sort of happy.

And, granted, she does have a Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Cover in which she can take pride. But she doesn't have a little gold statue, or the attention that comes along with it.

So who knows if the feud between Beyonce and Hudson is real or not. All we can say for sure is that American Idols past and present are getting all the luck these days:

Hudson dominating the Oscars; Katharine McPhee getting to second base with Tyra Banks; Antonella Barba blowjob pics on the minds of men everywhere.

How can Beyonce - or anyone - compete with that?
