You're not gonna believe this, but Jenelle Evans was arrested again today.
NOTE: Today is May 20, 2013. This is not an old story you came across.
The 21-year-old Teen Mom 2 star was supposed to appear for a hearing in her cyber-stalking case, but Brunswick County court officials say she no-showed.
The judge in the case then issued a warrant for the hot mess' arrest.
Jenelle eventually turned herself in, posted bail and was cut loose.
It's never shocking to read the headline "Jenelle Evans arrested," but her latest run-in with the law was a shocker, even by the reality star's high standards.
The Teen Mom 2 train wreck, 21, was arrested for heroin possession and assault at her home in North Carolina after police were called to the residence.
Responding to a domestic violence call, authorities took Jenelle into custody after finding the drugs - and evidence that she assaulted her husband.
Speaking of whom, she claims she was set up by Courtland Rogers, who was also arrested for heroin possession, assault and probation violations.
“Courtland set Jenelle up,” a source close to the situation claims.

Police discovered the small paper packets of drugs on Jenelle's possession when they arrived at her residence following an alleged domestic dispute.
The reality star was also found to be illegally in possession of prescription drug Percocet, along with illegal drug paraphernalia (papers and a pipe).
And then there's the assault charge, which came after Evans allegedly struck her spouse WITH A PIECE OF FURNITURE during a domestic dispute.
Courtland Rogers was arrested, as well, as he is believed to have hit Jenelle Evans on the neck on top of "striking her with a closed fist on her head."
Jenelle Evans may want to keep her mouth shut.
Just days after outing the supposed "TRUE COLORS" of ex-boyfriend Gary Head - who Evans says used her car to pick up bitches - a video has hit the Internet that paints Jenelle is rather bad light.
It depicts the Teen Mom star snorting... something.
“Jenelle was on probation at the time and she bought pills from a drug dealer and crushed them up,” an insider tells Radar of the above footage. “The pills are Percocet, and she did not have a prescription for them.”
Jenelle Evans' divorce from Courtland Rogers looks like a matter of when, not if.
She says she's not taking any more "abuse" from her husband of six weeks and has filed five assault charges against him, according to a new report.

Jenelle Evans has been embroiled in naked photo scandals left and right, but says recent reports that she filmed a pornographic film are entirely untrue.

“Don’t worry. Ashleigh has the video of the porno with 3 other guys with a one night :-) stand with Roy Paterson before he went to jail.”
No word on who Roy Paterson is, whether or not be boned the train wreck or if he's responsible for the Jenelle Evans nude pic leak(s).
Ashleigh Evans Wilson is Jenelle's sister ... who she is currently embroiled in a bitter fight with. Jenelle branded her mom and sister as “psycho.”
Ashleigh told Star that Jenelle Evans, who is angling to regain custody of son Jace from Barbara, is "evil". So, that about brings us up to date.
A new naked photo scandal involving Jenelle Evans has surfaced, and her sometime friend James Duffy is the man some speculate is responsible.
You know, the guy behind her arrests for cyber-stalking ... and harassment.
If you recall (we're sort of jealous of you if you don't), Jenelle Evans nude pics leaked this spring showing her before and after plastic surgery.
Now, an unidentified person close to Jenelle has published more photos of her fully nude taken before the Teen Mom 2 star got fake boobs.
Who took them, who leaked them and why? All unclear.
"Leave me the f**k alone, PLEASE. I hope u die. I'm so upset," Jenelle Evans tweeted when she realized what had happened over the weekend.
It is very possible she is referring to Duffy, her former friend. Not a bad guess as he's threatened to tweet damaging pics of Jenelle in the past.
In typical fashion, Jenelle egged him on, proclaiming that he was all talk, no action ... something she probably regrets if Duffy is indeed the culprit.
The first photographic proof of Jenelle Evans' latest arrest has surfaced.
The Teen Mom 2 star found herself in a North Carolina jail cell yet again this weekend after allegedly assaulting someone early Sunday morning.
Cops have not released the victim's name, but it is believed to be her fiance Gary Head, who was also reportedly arrested for domestic violence.
Whatever happened, Jenelle appears quite sad in her mug shot:
According to the Brunswick County (N.C.) Sheriff's Office, the MTV star was also in possession of marijuana at the time of the incident. Big surprise.
Jenelle Evans posted bail and has since been released.
Gary Head's status is unclear, but if he attacked Jenelle has some sources have reported, her on/off fiance could be spending a while behind bars.
The 20-year-old has been busted more times than we can count, including in January for violating a restraining order and allegedly threatening her ex-roommate, in March for stalking, and of course last year for beating up Britany Truett.
Somehow we doubt this mug shot will be her last.

Jenelle Evans and fiance Gary Head are both in jail, according to reports.
Us Weekly and Teen Mom Talk sources say Gary was arrested for domestic violence, and Jenelle for drug possession, following a heated argument.
During their spat, Gary "hit Jenelle numerous times."
If charged with assault, Gary Head, a Marine, faces serious jail time, and will most likely be dishonorably discharged from military service as well.
If Jenelle Evans is in fact charged with possession of an illegal substance ... no one would be surprised at this point. It's still unconfirmed if she will be.
In April, she accused Gary Head of abusing her, though she didn't press charges, Tweeting later that she didn't want to "jeopardize his career."
By early May, the pair had reconciled. On May 16, they got engaged after Head popped the question to Evans with a diamond sparkler.
They have since called off the engagement, gotten back together at least once, shot down pregnancy rumors and adopted a puppy.
More details to follow on the alleged arrest as the story develops.
UPDATE, 1:20 p.m.: “Gary beat the sh!t out of Jenelle,” a friend of the MTV star told Radar Online. “He strangled her with a bed sheet.”
“When the cops arrived they asked Jenelle what happened, and if she hit him and she told them, 'F**k yeah I did, I hit him back.’”
Jenelle is said to be “really shook up,” over the terrifying incident.
Both have reportedly been charged with assault, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and another prescription drug.
