It's a certainly a nice haul, but on the downside it only lends more credence to rumors that Jay and Bey are staying together for business purposes.

The first portion of the highly publicized tour concluded with several shows throughout California. Naturally, fans on hand say the Carters behaved strangely during the concerts.

One witness at the Pasadena show even claims Jay appeared to ignore Beyonce, and walked several feet in front of her when they changed stages.

Did fuel just get added to the Beyonce-Jay Z divorce fire?

From Beyonce herself?!?

Just prior to midnight on yesterday, Queen Bey and Nicki Minaj released a remix of the popular female empowerment tune "Flawless."

And there's no doubt that Beyonce is referencing the infamous elevator incident from May in which sister Solange attacked Jay-Z at the Standard Hotel when she sings:

"We escalate, up in this b--ch like elevators/ Of course sometimes s--t go down when there's a billion dollars on an elevator."

At the BET Awards last night, Chris Brown made his post-prison stage debut.

Also, Robin Thicke once again made a plea to Paula Patton, attempting to serenade his estranged wife with the track "Forever Love."

But the First Couple of Music managed to steal the show from all other performers on Sunday.

Indeed, Beyonce and Jay Z stunned viewers via a taped rendition of "Partition," as the superstars closed the festivities with a sexy duet.

Queen B and Hova are in the middle of their "On the Run" tour, but you can catch up with the singers right here and now:

Pretty awesome, right?

In what often seems like a genre focused on getting cars, cash, and girls, rap often gets a bad rap. Some of the genre's most talented voices use their powers for good.

Or they try. Instead of playing to the lowest common denominator, their politically charged and often personal song lyrics are an attempt to alter the course of pop culture.

It's easy to sell records when songs are about Miley Cyrus Twerking. Making people listen to your song about class struggles, religion, and racism is a different story.

Drake
Drake was 2013's most Tweeted about rapper. He definitely knows a thing or two about social media, and the personal stories behind his songs have made him immensely popular.

Fortunately, some rappers have made this their mission. They're the voices of political discourse for their generation. And they know the meaning of one simple word: diversify.

Instead of focusing solely on their careers as musical artists, they've branched out into the world of music production, acting, apparel, and public speaking.

Drake may not know the square root of 69, but he does know a thing or two about rap and joins a list of our 17 most intelligent rappers ever, a group of most definitely smart men.

Bottom line: There's more than one way to bank the Benjamins while spreading your message than merely rapping about being all about the Benjamins.

Good luck topping this opening act, all future awards shows in 2014.

To begin the 2014 Grammys, Beyonce and her short, wet hair made sitting on a chair into one of the sexiest acts imaginable.

She then got up, gave us some major gyrating booty action, danced among some smoke... and welcomed husband Jay-Z to the stage!

It was a simple performance overall, but that's because these two superstars don't need crazy pyrotechnics or costumes to make a rendition of "Drunk in Love" memorable. They only need their incredible chemistry and talent and attractiveness.

Watch music's most powerful couple do its entertaining thing now:
