Jay-Z will not be welcoming a new baby into the world any time soon. Seriously, Beyonce is not pregnant.

But the superstar will be releasing a new album this summer, making the announcement via a three-minute Samsung commercial that aired at halftime of the NBA Finals last night.

“It’s about this duality of, how do you navigate your way through this whole thing, through success, through failure, through all of this, and remain your self?” the rapper says of the CD in the video.

The NFL Players Association has set its sights on Jay Z.

According to NFL.com, questions have arisen over the recruitment of New York Jets rookie quarterback Geno Smith, who dumped his agent soon after this year's draft and signed with Roc Nation Sports.

Under league rules, no one outside of a certified agent is permitted from meeting with prospective clients.

But Smith's adviser, John Thornton, has said Smith and Jay-Z "connected" during a recent visit, though he later claimed to have been misquoted. There's also this Instagram photo of the music star and Smith together:

The union will soon send a letter of inquiry to Roc Nation Sports agent Kim Miale to learn more about Jay-Z's involvement in courting Smith.

Foxy Brown denies calling Jay-Z a gonorrhea-infected "tranny chaser" and is threatening to sue tabloids who reported and attributed such comments to her.

Brown is referencing reports claiming that Foxy recently went to a baby shower and started dishing about Jay-Z's sex life to one of the guests.

She claims she lost her virginity to him when she was 15 and he was 27 ... and that he's a bisexual with STDs who may or may not have a sex tape.

You know, among other things. But Foxy says she never said any of it.

Whether Beyonce's pregnant again or not, you gotta see this new photo she posted of the child she does have. Blue Ivy Carter is definitely a little princess:

B.I.C.

Among other pictures added to her Tumblr page this week was this one of 16-month old Blue Ivy sitting in her monogrammed BIC chair. So sweet.

In addition to the B.I.C. shot, Knowles also shared a few photos from her trip to Cuba earlier this year with Jay-Z, which of course became controversial.

Speaking of Jay, he recently denied the pregnancy rumors. Regardless, the two certainly make a happy couple, and seem like doting parents to B.I.C.:

It was revealed on a radio broadcast today that Jay emailed the director, Ebro Darden, to say that despite the chatter, the pregnancy rumor is false.

"I hit him up to say congratulations, send my love to the fam," Darden revealed, but the rapper-mogul told him flat-out that "it's not true," he said.

A photo of Jay-Z and Drake in the studio has surfaced online, prompting speculation that the two may be collaborating on music together. Check it out:

Drake and Jay-Z Photo

The photo of the stars was posted by producer Lenny S, who wrote: “Warning: Please be very afraid of the music we’re working on. OVO x ROCNATION.”

It’s unknown where the collab will end up, but signs are pointing toward Jay’s new LP. His last solo album, The Blueprint 3, was released in 2009.

Drake is also working on a new album, however, and the two worked together on "Light Up” off Drake’s debut album Thank Me Later, so who knows!

The pic has also sparked chatter that Jay has chosen a side in Chris Brown and Drake’s alleged rivalry over Rihanna, but that's likely reading into it a bit.

Or a lot.

A Jay-Z look-alike in a photo dated 1939 has surfaced, breathing new life into conspiracy theories about the rapper and his alleged ties to the Illuminati.

The photograph of a Harlem man was dredged up by a New York Public Library digital curator and quickly went viral due to his similarities to the rapper:

1939 Jay-Z Look-Alike

The image, titled “Harlem Loiterers," shows the Jay-Z look-alike in a pea coat and newsboy cap, slouched against the front railing of a building.

The New York Public Library confirmed the photo’s authenticity and said that it was taken by an American photographer named Sid Grossman in 1939.

In a post on the library’s Tumblr, Sylviane A. Diouf, curator of the organization's digital archives, said the Jay-Z likeness was the first thing she noticed:

Pitbull has released a response to Jay-Z's "Open Letter", which itself was a response to politicians critical of his recent trip to Cuba with Beyonce.

We know. It's confusing, and his song lyrics make it even more so.

Pitbull, a.k.a. Mr. Worldwide, is a rapper known for everybody-come-together-and-party anthems and not for subtlety or wading into political waters.

His "Open Letter" is certainly ... different.
