Beyonce and Jay Z may wanna be on the lookout. A couple kids are coming to steal their jobs.

First, there was Charlize Glass, who recorded a video of herself dancing to Beyonce's "Yonce" and totally crushing the routine.

And now there's a 12-year old named Justin. He attended a Jay Z concert in North Carolina on Sunday, held a sign that read "Can I rap for you" and was actually called on stage by the artist himself.

Once there, Justin broke into Jay's verse in the Kanye West track "Clique" and he didn't even need any background music to totally nail his part.

Watch Justin break it down below and keep watching to see the adorable favor he asks of Jay Z afterward:

The adorable child of Beyonce and Jay-Z has remained mostly off the radar since her exciting birth in 2012, though her mom placed the tyke in the spotlight a bit last month.

Beyonce and Jay-Z have pledged to take on a plant-based vegan diet for the next three weeks, the rapper announced on his website, Life + Times.

"Psychologists have said it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. On the 22nd day, you've found the way," Jay wrote by way of an introduction.

As of December 3, "I will embark on a 22 Days challenge to go completely vegan, or as I prefer to call it, plant-based!" Bey's husband continued.

This began, he said, when a vegan friend "challenged me to embrace a 'plant-based breakfast' everyday. It was surprisingly easier on me than I thought..."

That friend was Marco Borges, an exercise physiologist and founder of 22 Days Nutrition, a vegan, organic, and gluten-free food and lifestyle company.

Jay-Z has responded to the ongoing racism scandal involving Barneys, saying he is being demonized as a result of something he had nothing to do with.

Barneys New York, the luxury retailer Jay partners with in business, is accused of racially profiling a black customer for simply trying to buy a fancy belt.

Trayon Christian says he was arrested at Barneys after employees assumed he was a thief - even though all his IDs and credit cards were totally legit.

A second black shopper then came forward with similar allegations.

The backlash spawned a Change.org petition and Twitter movements demanding that Jay Z respond, given his highly-touted collaborations with Barneys.

While the brand's CEO Mark Lee issued a statement in which he offered his "sincere regret and deepest apologies," Jay Z remained silent until now:

In a new interview with JET, Chris Brown compares himself to Trayvon Martin and says that Jay Z, despite his own shady past, gets a pass from the media.

The star, claiming shared experiences with Martin, says, “I identify with Trayvon 100 percent as far as living in 2013 and still dealing with blatant racism.”

“This generation is so used to racism that it’s normal; we don’t care. We aren’t on drugs or catching AIDS, but they still look at us as n--gas,” Brown adds.

As for his reputation, the singer claims he's unfairly singled out.

“No disrespect, because I’m a fan, but nobody brings up the fact that [Jay Z] stabbed somebody and sold drugs,” observes Brown. “He gets a pass.”

Regardless of how you feel about that comparison, Brown’s anger issues are well-documented, and he says he's worked hard to overcome them:

Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme is tearing into Jay Z regarding the rock group's treatment at his Made in America festival this summer.

Homme told CBC Radio 2's Strombo Show that Jay is a "kook" who uses extreme security practices and only gave them champagne for a photo op.

“He has his security frisking the bands on the way in," Homme said.

"I just told them, 'If you open up my bag, I’m not playing, so I guess it’s up to you whether we are playing or not.' The idea they frisked all my guys, means you’re in some different place."

"No-one has ever done that [to me]."

It got worse from there, he says.

The wait is over: Jay Z's "Holy Grail" music video has been released.

Check out his epic collaboration with Justin Timberlake below!

The first single off H.O.V.A.'s 12th studio album, Magna Carta Holy Grail, samples Nirvana's grunge rock anthem "Smells Like Teen Spirit," sung by J.T.

Timberlake certainly makes his mark, but it's still Jay's show.

The stop-start nature of the video makes for a bit of a disjointed experience, and there are also moments in which Jay Z's voice is intentionally slowed down.

But that's precisely the idea of "Holy Grail," which strives to bring together a set of cinematic images in an artistic display that is nothing short of groundbreaking.

Does it succeed in that ambitious goal? Tell us below:

What do you think of "Holy Grail"?

Jay-Z allegedly had back problems while filming a 10-minute performance video for "Picasso Baby" this week ... because Jemima Kirke was hanging on it.

According to sources at midtown’s Pace Gallery, he needed help from security to lighten the load as the Girls actress "clung to him like a cheap suit."

The shoot began innocently enough, with Hova serenading her, and the smiley actress keeping it together as she let down her hair and grinned away.

A short time later, the video cut to Kirke ALL over Jay as he rapped to the crowd.

“She was acting totally nuts!” said a witness who watched Kirke climb onto Jay’s back and hold on tightly as the hip-hop superstar "walked about."

“She kept jumping on his back like a little monkey."

The Mrs. Carter Show has been filled with many memorable moments.

Beyonce has honored Trayvon Martin with a moment of silence... she's had her butt slapped... she got her hair stuck in a fan and never missed a note.

Yes, folks, it's Jay-Z!!! The quick, cute incident takes place around the one-minute mark;
