Britney Spears took a break between concerts to walk around Hyde Park in London yesterday with her adorable sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Accompanying them was none other than the singer's agent and new, confirmed boyfriend, Jason Trawick. Isn't it nice to see her with a stable guy in her life?

Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline have yet to comment publicly on the fact that Britney and Jason are dating. Expect a statement from their rep soon.

All we've got to say is, how long before Britney and Jason Trawick walk down the aisle? We're thinking late summer, maybe a nice Labor Day weekend wedding.

Most celebrities loathe and resent the fact that they have to give their agents a nice piece of their assets ... but apparently not Britney Spears.

She's dating him. Jason Trawick. No, really, it's legit.

Trawick, an agent with William Morris, who has been seen with Brit in L.A. and in the Bahamas in the last month, is officially Spears' boyfriend.

People reported this development last night and now, multiple sources tell TMZ that it's the case. They are really dating. It's 100 percent true.

According to reports, Jason Trawick, who Spears has "always had a crush on," has been visiting Britney on tour - most recently in London last weekend.

Jason has also said that when Britney Spears' tour is over he's planning on whisking his sweetie away on a vacation to a "private location." Hot stuff!

Wonder how papa Jamie Spears feels about it. Oh, right, Trawick probably had to clear every detail with him first. And Jamie will be going with them.

Just kidding about the last part. Sort of. Not really.

We know we report rumors of Britney Spears dating Jason Trawick, her friend and longtime agent, every few months - but we're taking this one seriously.

Although People magazine botched its story of Bar and Leo breaking up earlier, it's reporting that Britney and Jason are definitely an item. What is great!

The best thing - and entirely necessary for any relationship involving the recovering singer to take place? Her family wholeheartedly approves of Jason Trawick.

Confirming Internet rumors, an insider tells the celeb news magazine of Jason and Britney Spears: "They are totally and definitely dating," the source says.

"Her dad loves him. He's the best thing that happened to her."

In recent months, Jason Trawick has often been seen with the pop star, including during her May trip to the Bahamas with her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

The most recent romance rumors surrounding the two popped up in mid-May, during the Spears family's getaway to the Bahamas following the conclusion of her U.S. Circus tour dates - and before her current European swing.

The two were also supposedly dating back in March.

"They're very sweet together," the source says, adding that Spears "always had a crush" on Jason, who is also one of her brother Bryan Spears' best friends.

"He makes Britney really happy, and he's great with the boys."

Earlier this week, Britney Spears bikini pics, adorable shots of Jayden and Sean and rumors that the star is dating her agent Jason Trawick surfaced online.

Well, we still can't state with any certainty whether she and Trawick are a romantic item, but we sure can tell you this: she and the kids had a freakin' blast!

On her official site, Britney writes that she has been "enjoying a wonderful vacation at the Atlantis resort in the Bahamas with her family and friends."

Back home in California before heading off to Europe with the Circus next month, Britney Spears was spotted with her agent, Jason Trawick, over the weekend.

The couple were seen riding, alone, in her white Mercedes. The pair just drove around Los Angeles for two hours straight, without even a stop for food or gas.

Two hours straight? Are these two an item again? Were they ever? All we know is that every few months, this same rumored relationship seems to pop up.

While it's possible they were just driving aimlessly around LA talking biz - we have done so and have far less interesting lives - but isn't that a bit strange for Britney Spears and Jason Trawick, who have twice been linked romantically?

Whatever the case may be, Jason Trawick appears to be a decent guy, and a good influence on Britney. And no matter what, he's no Osama Lutfi. Nice.

For the second time in 10 months, rumors have surfaced that Jason Trawick, a longtime agent of Britney Spears, has been handling her assets in more ways than one, if you know what we're talkin' about. We're talkin' about having sex, people. Come on.

And for the second time in the last 10 months, said rumors have been nixed rapidly. Britney Spears is not seeing her longtime agent, her camp says.

"They are absolutely, 100 percent not dating," a source close to Britney tells Us Weekly emphatically and exclusively. "He is her agent, and that is it."

E! News reported Wednesday that Britney was secretly stepping out with Jason Trawick, but the insider says, "They have never gone out on a date."

"He has been her agent for four years, and they are very close. He gets on with her family, but there is absolutely, categorically nothing romantic going on."

"Jason was on the road with Britney for her tour, but that is what agents do - support their clients. Any stories of them being together are utterly made up."

Way back in the dark ages of early 2008, after a vacation in Costa Rica, rumors flew that Britney Spears was dating her agent Jason Trawick, who helped get her back with her parents and on the right career track post-meltdowns.

That buzz died pretty quick, but now it’s starting all over again, with E! News reporting that Jason Trawick and Britney Spears have been going on secret dates!

Trawick, a William Morris Agency rep who has worked with Spears for years, recently joined Spears for the first four shows of her Circus tour, but E! says the two recently have been growing much closer away from the workplace.

A Britney Spears insider insists that the rejuvenated pop star and the talent agent strictly have a "close professional relationship" and that's it, calling it "ridiculous" to suggest the pair is anything close to "romantic." But is it?

Another well-placed source reported to E! that Jason Trawick's talent agency bosses are OK with his tight bond with Britney and, in fact, "They joke about it."

Are Britney Spears and Jason Trawick dating? Were they before? Ever?

The 37-year-old Trawick is credited with helping Spears reunite with her parents, her manager Larry Rudolph, and landing her comeback role on How I Met Your Mother.

He declined to comment on this story and referred a request to Spears' rep.

But Jason, who also represents Hilary Duff, Taylor Swift and Paris Hilton, was spotted with Spears and her sons on March 1 in Louisiana, riding in a golf cart. Trawick was holding Sean Preston as Britney drove, holding Jayden James.

Perhaps most importantly, the "If U Seek Amy" singer's father-conservator approves of Trawick's involvement in Britney's life, whatever that might be.

"Jason is one of the few people who Jamie Spears actually trusts," says a Spears family confidante, and that could be his ticket inside her inner circle.

Rocking a flowy purple dress (on a day that was apparently chilly) Britney Spears visited her manager - and rumored boyfriend - Jason Trawick.

Whether their meetings are more about pleasure than business has left fans and media filled with curiosity, pondering the following questions:

• If so, is this destined to be a long-term relationship or just another in her long line of flings?
