Jesse James' ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, was arrested at her home in Texas late Wednesday for harassment of her former husband. It's not the first time.

The bust came two days after a judge awarded him full custody of their daughter, Sunny. The ex-porn star apparently didn't take this news that well.

At least Janine, who's done time in prison, is no stranger to jail.

Fear not, Jesse James' ex-wife is behind bars.

Janine Lindemulder was arrested for harassment earlier this year, but not much came of it beyond a judge ordering her not to harass or annoy Jesse.

In the last few days, though, she's called him more than 25 times, and that was enough for cops to get a harassment warrant and have her jailed.

Man. First, Jesse James and Kat Von D call off their engagement. Then this insane chick badgers him relentlessly. Not the best week to be Double-J.

Janine Lindemulder, the ex-wife of Jesse James, has been released from jail in Austin, Texas. Her booking photo? One of our new favorite celebrity mug shots.

Lindemulder was arrested Friday on three outstanding warrants for harassment after Jesse turned over threatening emails and voicemails she left for him.

She's due back in court March 11. That is, if she doesn't strangle anyone to death in the meantime. Those are disturbed eyes if we've ever seen them ...

FEAR NOT: We have plenty of reasons to be scared, actually ...

Jesse James effectively trounced ex-wife Janine Lindemulder in their custody battle when a court ruled he may take their 6-year-old daughter Sunny to Texas.

That's where his other, more famous ex, Sandra Bullock, owns a home.

Lindemulder, a former porn star who lives in California, wailed when the Orange County, Calif., judge announced the decision. "I'll move! I'll move!" she cried.

"I can't get attached and let her go!"

Whether she actually will move is debatable, since she just got out of a halfway house and is likely unable to leave the state without the parole board's okay.

James and Lindemulder faced off in a week-long trial.

The motorcycle mogul claims that a move to Austin would be for business purposes, although he was quoted in an online interview saying another reason is so his three children can maintain a close relationship with stepmom Bullock.

The two were set to adopt baby Louis together, but following the shocking cheating scandal that ended their marriage, Sandra will now raise the boy alone.

Lindemulder accuses James of moving to exclusively try to win back Bullock, who is close with the child, at the expense of her own relationship with Sunny.

The judge said James and Lindemulder will have joint custody but James can take Sunny to Texas at the start of her new school calendar, in mid-August.

Until then, Sunny will be with her mom, who James says is a threat to the child, or at least could be if her recurring addiction problems surface yet again.

The chilling Mel Gibson tape, in which he berates ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, is apparently not the only celebrity death threat alleged this afternoon.

Jesse James' ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, threatened to kill him in the past, according to what his lawyer just told the judge in their nasty custody battle.

Fighting for custody of daughter Sunny, James personally has been testifying on the stand this morning, but hasn't mentioned the allegation ... so far.

The motorcycle guru bought a house in Austin, Texas, and wants to take Sunny there so she can be closer to his most recent ex-wife, Sandra Bullock.

Ex-wife #2 is far from pleased about that proposed plan.

Hot Jesse James

At least Jesse James and Sandra Bullock split amicably and quietly. He and his prior ex-wife are at each other's throats in court, and it's getting uglier every day.

Over nearly five years of marriage, Bullock developed a close relationship with Sunny and his two older kids before his cheating led to their divorce.

Lindemulder, who just got out of a halfway house and can't leave the state of California, filed documents trying to stop the planned move by James.

Janine says the Sandra Bullock excuse doesn't hold water because if she really cared about Jesse's children ... she would have stayed in California.

We'll see what a judge has to say about that, but we know James has alleged on many previous occasions that unstable Janine is a threat to Sunny.

A big enough threat to bar her from all contact? Stay tuned.

Jesse James says his ex-wife - the second one, not Sandra Bullock, who he officially divorced this week - poses a serious threat to his six-year-old daughter.

He's not a fan of Janine Lindemulder.

He filed explosive documents in his custody war with Janine, including emails in which she allegedly admits to drug use, prostitution, and extreme jealousy of Bullock.

The documents show emails Janine sent to Jesse's sister, Julie James England, from 2008-2009, which Jesse claims prove Janine is a threat to daughter Sunny.

Among the shocking items: Janine Lindemulder revealed how she agreed to spend one night with a man named Pete, who would in turn pay her $25,000.

Jesse's sister warns, "this [sic] is a form of prostitution."

Hot Jesse James

Jesse James' relationship with his second ex-wife is a bit contentious.

Janine goes on to complain about her daughter's relationship with Sandra Bullock, stating "all [sic] Sunny talks about is Sandy, Sandy! WTF?!" Indeed.

After begging for Vicodin from Julie James - and being denied - she wrote, "I am so depressed, Sun is suffering, I can't even find the energy to play with her."

"It's 9:30 and I don't even know what she ate today," the porn star, who's currently out on parole, added. "Not being awake makes everything better."

Maybe it's not the worst thing in the world Jesse's moving to Texas so that Sunny and his two older kids (from his first ex) can stay close to Sandra.

He may be America's Most Hated, but Jesse James says his ex-wife Janine Lindemulder is a hard core druggie who shouldn't be left alone with their child.

In short, he's an immoral, cheating mess - but she's flat out dangerous!

She's also a convicted felon, which he didn't even mention in his recent bid to keep their daughter protected from her, but it probably won't help her case.

Jesse believes Janine is so unstable that he's refusing to allow daughter Sunny to spend time alone with her mom, in spite of a court order to the contrary.

The embattled bike entrepreneur's attorney is going to court Friday morning, armed with evidence that his second ex-wife cannot be trusted unmonitored.

Janine and Sandra are both peeved at Jesse ... for different reasons.

The judge in the custody battle issued an order last week, allowing Janine, a porn star straight out of a halfway house, the right to unmonitored visitation.

James, who has full custody rights for the time being, granted her access to Sunny recently, but apparently soured on the prospect of unsupervised time.

Reports say Janine was actually supposed to see Sunny yesterday but Jesse refused to hand over the 6-year-old girl because he felt she would be at risk.

Unfortunately for Jesse, the judge rejected Jesse's claim that ex-wife be denied visitation after her current husband denied she's on drugs in two letters.

As if drama with Sandra Bullock weren't enjoy for Jesse these days ... poor guy. Well, partially. He deserves all the blame for cheating on Sandra. Jerk!

After a court battle that was getting ugly in a hurry, Jesse James agreed to allow his second ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder, a supervised visit with their child.

Tomorrow, Janine will have a long-awaited reunion with Sunny James, daughter of Jesse James and stepdaughter to his now-estranged wife Sandra Bullock.

The motorcycle mogul's attorneys met with Lindemulder and her legal team in court on Thursday to finalize the agreement for her to visit the six-year-old.

James has full custody. Since she got out of prison (really), Lindemulder has sought 50-50 custody again, assailing Jesse in court papers and in the media.

"I'm so pleased I will get to see my daughter," Janine Lindemulder said, adding that they will meet next week to discuss long-term visitation arrangements.

Jesse James extended the olive branch to Janine Lindemulder. For now.

Married to James from 2002-2003, the porn star hasn't seen Sunny face-to-face since her tax evasion conviction and subsequent jail/halfway house stints.

James previously complained that Lindemulder had "no filter" when talking with their young daughter, and noted that she flaked on a Christmas Day call.

He also said in court documents this week that Janine once put Sunny's life at risk by joyriding around under the influence. Yeah. That's never a good sign.

Married to Jesse since 2005, Sandra Bullock helped raise Sunny in the home she and James once shared. Then he ruined everything by cheating on her.

It's sad, as Sunny could use a good maternal influence.

Poor Sunny James.

The six-year-old girl recently lost her de facto mother, Sandra Bullock, after Jesse James cheated on the Oscar winner with nasty Michelle McGee and her ilk.

Janine Lindemulder Mugshot

Now Sunny is the subject of a custody war between James and her mom (his porn star ex Janine Lindemulder), with both claiming that the other is a threat.

Last week, Lindemulder, who just got out of jail and is seeking 50-50 custody of Sunny, termed James a master con-artist who does anything to get his way.

She also says he is moving closer to Sandra in Texas, in part to get away from her, since Janine can't leave the state, obviously. But now he is hitting back.

In legal papers, Jesse paints Lindemulder as an unfit mother, to put it lightly, claiming that she was once drugged out of her mind with Sunny in the car.

Jesse James was married to Janine Lindemulder pre-Sandra Bullock.

Jesse's sister, Julie James England, swears that two years ago, she got a call from Janine, "slurring her words, telling me she's letting my niece, Sunny drive."

Janine said she was on "some numbing drugs her neighbors gave her from Mexico and she drank tequila" and she and Sunny were "going to get munchies."

Julie claims she sent a friend to Janine's house, who found Janine "passed out in her car in the garage with Sunny." That's extremely disturbing if it's true.

Sgt. Mark T. England, Jesse's brother-in-law and a medic in the Army, also says Janine once asked if he could score her narcotics - Vicodin, Ambien, etc.

England also says he saw Janine perform at a strip club in the past and do lines of cocaine before going on stage. What he was doing there is another story.

In any case, Jesse claims he can provide Sunny with a stable environment, and despite Janine's claims of turning over a new leaf, she poses a very high risk.

A hearing on Lindemulder suing James for custody is set for June 17.

Jesse James may be on the move to Texas, according to reports. Why uproot his life and settle in the Lone Star State? The possibility is twofold:

  • To be closer to his estranged wife Sandra Bullock, who has a residence in Austin, and who sources say he's still trying to win back
  • To get away from ex-wife Janine Lindemulder, who just got out of prison and has said she will sue for custody of their daughter

Lindemulder, who continues to hurl accusations back and forth over Sunny, claims that Jesse is preparing to leave California with their daughter.

That's significant because it effectively denies Janine any possible visitation, as leaving the state would constitute a probation violation. Served!

Hot Jesse James

Jesse James and Michelle McGee ... er, Janine Lindemulder.

James' lawyer had no comment on a Texas move, but still came out swinging against Lindemulder, claiming his ex isn't fit to raise their young daughter.

His rationale for that? Because Janine Lindemulder a "well-known pornography 'actress,' stripper, drug abuser and convicted felon on probation."

Yup, sums it up pretty well right there.

In court documents, Jesse asks the judge to appoint a doctor to evaluate his ex's stability. The judge rejected her bid for temporary visitation.

A formal hearing is set for June 17.

We'll see if James really does move or if Sandra Bullock, who made her first public appearance since the scandal last night, responds kindly to it.

Jesse James believes Sandra Bullock will return to him ... his ex-wife says.

Janine Lindemulder watched Jesse’s tearful Nightline interview but didn’t buy what he was selling the national TV audience, a source close to the situation said.

Janine Lindemulder Mugshot

James broke down in tears during the interview while saying he wanted to get caught and saying his father's abuse of him as a child led to his cheating ways.

Lindemulder's not buying it, though, believing it was all a PR stunt.

“As far as Janine is concerned Jesse is just a master con artist," a close close to Janine, who is currently battling James for custody of daughter Sunny, said.

Michelle McGee expressed similar views of his "generic interview."

Jesse James' ex- and soon-to-be-ex-wives are not fans of his.

Jesse's ex-wife does not think the abuse he claimed he suffered at the hands of his father was anywhere near as bad as he claims - or caused any cheating.

Instead, “Janine feels Jesse was scarred towards women after his own mom abandoned him when he was only 7. Jesse is a control freak who reacts badly when he cannot get his way. His father stood up to him at times and he resented that.”

Okay, fine. But why go on Nightline and cry about it?

“He believes that Sandra will take him back in time and that they just have to stay apart for a while for the sake of her public image. His ego is so big that he cannot really accept that he brought about his own downfall and nobody else.”

Janine Lindemulder, a former porn star, will be released from a federal half-way house in Oregon today and is planning to move closer to Sunny in California.
