From one douche to another, Jake Pavelka says Bachelorette castoff Ryan Park deserves another shot at love as the star of The Bachelor next season.

"I think he would be pretty good at meeting the audience," Pavelka told Us Weekly at a party celebrating Bachelor Pad 2 last night in Hollywood.

"He wears his heart on his sleeve."

Other strong candidates include Bachelorette runner-up Ben Flajnik and Ames Brown, who along with Jake, debuted on last night's Bachelor Pad 2 premiere.

Park told reporters last month he was no longer "in love with Ashley," but admitted he continued to run through plenty of "what if" scenarios in his head.

So would Park take a shot at being ABC's new Bachelor? "Maybe!" he said ... but clearly he would. Like Jake Pavelka, you can tell he lives for this stuff.

Based on the trailer that aired on last night's Men Tell All special, Season 2 of Bachelor Pad is shaping up to be one of the best/worst shows in reality TV history.

Seriously, it's guaranteed to elicit one or both of these responses:

1. This show represents all that is wrong with society today!
2. This is so bad, it's must-see TV!

Jake Pavelka is making it a trifecta.

The Bachelorette castoff turned Bachelor star is coming to season two of Bachelor Pad this summer! Counting his stint on Dancing With the Stars, this will be the fourth ABC reality show for Jake in two years. Pretty amazing.

Pavelka, who is also starring on Famous Food with Heidi Montag and Ashley Dupre (seriously, that's a real show) will be competing for 15 more minutes of fame - and $250,000 - with other Bachelor rejects August 8.

EW broke the story with its report that Jake took Jackie Gordon (from last season of The Bachelor) out on the town for a date at LA’s El Capitan theater.

While Jackie didn’t make the final cut with Brad Womack, maybe she and Jake will fare better. Eh, Brad and Jake are both uptight stiffs, so probably not.

ABC has not announced the full cast of Bachelor Pad, but if rumors are true, Jake's ex-fiancee Vienna Girardi and Kasey Kahl, her new man, are both on it!

That is going to be seriously awkward. And ratings gold.

Last night's episode of The Bachelorette was essentially scaled back to an hour and 15 minutes to make room for the Jake Pavelka-Vienna Girardi smackdown.

This left us with two thoughts: 1. This could easily be a one-hour show every week, and 2. This interview was likely the greatest 45 minutes in show history.

There were so many ridiculous comments made and insults traded, The Hollywood Gossip has devoted a separate Bachelorette recap to their joint interview.

Our traditional Bachelorette rundown will follow shortly. Now, for the blow-by-blow of the much-hyped reunion that followed the Breakup of the Century ...

Introducing the segment on a somber note, venerable host-pimp Chris Harrison pretends not to be ecstatic this fell in ABC's lap. What a great job. Plus 8.

Jake comes out to tell "his side" first. Jerry Springer-esque. Minus 4, if only because a screaming audience and/or chairs thrown would have enhanced this.

Oh, if you have this on DVR, have one person do a shot every time she says "fame whore" and another take one every time he says "undermined." Plus 10.

After Jake Pavelka says he was "blindsided" by the split, Vienna Girardi alleges "emotional abuse." Hard to tell who's lying more in the early going. Minus 3.

Jake seems genuinely surprised, even now, that Vienna is trashy and not that smart. Plus 4, because 10 million viewers knew this on his season's premiere.

We've never been big fans, per se, but when Jake starts being all condescending about text messages, her family, her dog, etc., we feel bad for V. Minus 7.

Vienna, on Jake complaining that she remeasured their room: "I never picked up a tape measure. I never picked up a tape measure in my life." Plus 12.

For whatever reason, they bleep out Gregory Michael's name, even though Vienna's alleged cheating with Gregory Michael was widely reported. Minus 18.

That story about Jake throwing the GPS into the back seat was pathetic and disturbing, but Minus only 5, because you know how guys are about directions.

Chris: "We don't really care about the dog." LOLOLOLOL. Plus 10.

Asked by Chris what they loved about each other, Jake says Vienna "challenged him." Plus 14, because he definitely just became "the biggest fake liar ever."

Jake: "I believe there is more to relationships than sex and intimacy." Like updating one's Twitter and going on as many reality shows as possible. Minus 9.

Near tears and vehemently denying Jake's accusations of her "flings with other men," Vienna asks Chris if she can take a "poly-o-graph" test. Plus 1,000.

How the HELL has Chris kept a straight face for a HALF HOUR? Plus 7.

When she interrupts Jake, in the midst of apologizing no less, he raises his hand in rage (not quite making a fist, but close) and berates her. Minus 250.

As she storms off in tears, Jake just shakes his head condescendingly. "There she goes again." How would these two EVER work as a couple?! Minus 40.

Minus 200 more, because as entertaining as this was, these morons both need to go away forever now ... and we have a strong suspicion they won't.

Wow. We always knew Jake was an uptight stiff, but we didn't peg him for a misogynistic a$$hole. We can't believe we're saying this, but ... Team Vienna?

TOTAL: +534.

Whose side are you on?

The Bachelor star Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi, who received his final rose just months ago, have broken up. This is shocking, as they seemed perfect together.

NOTE: The second sentence above is not true at all.

Many viewers of The Bachelor groaned when Jake picked Vienna on the season finale, given the rumors about Vienna's past and her personality ... in general.

Looks like the 84 percent of you who said he should've picked Tenley Molzahn and the 80 percent of you who said he and Vienna wouldn't last are vindicated!

Rumors about Vienna Girardi - partying, drugs, secret boyfriends, marriages, betrayal, topless modeling and plastic surgery - surfaced throughout the season.

She was bad news and we all knew it. Just not Jake.

A FAIRY TALE MOMENT: And a very short engagement.

Now 2-for-19 in producing marriages (Ali Fedotowsky's rumored choice is discussed at length in The Bachelorette spoilers here), it's another blow for the franchise.

You knew it was coming this time, though.

Jake Pavelka did his best to defend her, and his decision to marry her, but just over three months later, something apparently went terribly wrong between them.

What specifically happened, we don't know.

“Jake and Vienna have split,” says Janice Lee, a rep for the commercial pilot and professional airhead. “They appreciate the respect for their privacy at this time.”

No reason was given. After Pavelka was eliminated from Dancing With the Stars in late April, he spoke spending time with Girardi to "focus on our relationship."

Guess it was only then that he took some time to pause, reflect, look back on the last few months and realize that he was engaged to freaking Vienna Girardi.

I'm totally on ...

Radar Online may have topped itself with this one.

Citing an ex-girlfriend with no name, and offering no details of any actual sex, that site says Jake Pavelka cheated on Vienna Girardi with some random ex.

His alleged ex-girlfriend says The Bachelor star "made contact" with her after taping the show. Scandalous! He also said that Vienna meant nothing to him.

Supposedly.

The woman has not been publicly identified, possibly because she does not exist. But whoever it is gave a garbled interview on some Florida radio station.

In the interview, the woman says that Jake was forced to propose to Vienna Girardi. From what we know of The Bachelor, that part might really be true!

For a guy who's supposedly cheating on Vienna and in love with some nameless other woman, Jake sure looked happy yesterday in his sit-down with Ellen DeGeneres.

“When you get down on one knee and propose marriage to someone I take that very seriously,” she says through distorted audio. “The fact that he did that exclusively because he was instructed to do that, it disappoints me so much.”

Instructed. You knowz it. That's how Chris Harrison rolls.

The supposed Jake Pavelka ex reveals that they had made plans together for the future and even had a possible marriage discussion. She feels she was lied to.

“His actions are a complete 180 of that person he claims to be," she says. "I feel like I'm forced to say something for the sole purpose of defending my honor.”

Mmm hmm. This is even more absurd than the story yesterday claiming Vienna is an evil mastermind who manipulated Ali and conned Jake into proposing.

Jake started calling her after he finished taping The Bachelor, she says, and those phone calls led to an in person meeting and "he told her he loved her."

Whether this is true or complete BS, the question remains: Will Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi last, and actually walk down the aisle?

Vienna Girardi won The Bachelor Monday night. Maybe you heard.

This revelation came not only as a shock, but a huge disappointment to a large portion of the ABC series' viewers, many of whom had fallen in love with Tenley Molzahn and/or Ali Fedotowsky and were hoping Jake would feel the same way.

According to Us, it was all part of her EVIL MASTER PLAN!

Vienna Girardi complained on the finale that her fellow contestants - particularly Ali, now the next Bachelorette, hated her. Perhaps they had good reason.

The magazine speculates that Vienna "set a trap" for Ali, and her adversary fell right into it, eventually taking herself out of the running. Diabolical ...

TURNING TRICKS: Jake was apparently punked by Vienna. Sucks for him.

"You don't see the things Vienna said to me. They were very hurtful," Ali said on the post-finale "After The Final Rose" special, and she took it personally.

"Vienna would always thank us for coming to her 'bachelorette' or 'engagement party,' then tell us we were all going home," another contestant reveals.

"Ali would just call her out on it."

Fiercely competitive Vienna ("she always had to one-up people," another castoff says) zeroed in on Ali as her main rival and vowed to TAKE HER OUT.

"Vienna would say to Ali that she was going to shake her boobs in Jake's face," explains another show insider. And oh, how she shook said boobs. Hard.

One of the girls in the house offers this theory for how Vienna was able to compel Jake Pavelka despite what some think are so many negative qualities:

"I think Jake hasn't ever been with a girl like Vienna and is experiencing a 'wild side.' Once she figured that out, maybe she was a little more seductive."

That about sums it up. Will Jake and Vienna last?

Last night on The Bachelor, Jake Pavelka chose Vienna Girardi to be his wife. Or at least fiancee for the next 6-8 weeks 'til the "lightning hot" chemistry wears off.

We're just kidding. Mostly. While his pick shocked and appalled many viewers, Jake is clearly on cloud nine. We wish them the best and hope they beat the odds.

As far as this "Maverick" Bachelor is concerned, Vienna's haters can kiss off. While they cried tears of sadness last night, Jake and Vienna only shed tears of joy.

Will Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi last?

On an epic season finale, even by The Bachelor standards, Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi decided to spend eternity together. Tears of joy flowed as he proposed.

Congrats, guys! We give it at least a couple of weeks!

Despite her best efforts, Tenley Molzahn could not compare to Vienna, a pariah all season long but a free spirit who has always had a vice grip on Jake's heart.

Our traditional point-system recap of Monday night's shocking events - and the most difficult decision Jake Pavelka will EVER have to make - appears below ...

Jake reflects that Tenley seems so perfect but he has this "lightning-hot chemistry" with Vienna Girardi. Minus 4, because no one talks like this dolt. No one.

Tenley and Jake jump in the pool with all their clothes on. So totally unrehearsed and totally romantic! Plus 8. The rest of the family joins them. Minus 8.

Sallie, Jake's mom, is not a fan of Vienna. Her weird sarcasm and lack of anything nice to say is really making it awkward. Funny how that works. Plus 2.

Jake thinks his fam's opinion is because he set Vienna up to fail, telling them Vienna was not well-liked in the house. Dude, you are delusional. Minus 5.

Vienna and Jake make out and rub mud all over each other. Plus 17, because this belongs on Cinemax late night and took place on ABC at 8:40 EST.

On the boat, Jake worries he and Tenley have emotional chemistry but he feels no physical chemistry. Tenley sighs, "I feel it." Ouch. Poor girl. Minus 10.

The best production assistant creation of the night goes to the photo collage Tenley "made" for Jake. Honorable mention? Vienna's promise ring. Plus 9.

Shirtless Jake tries to look contemplative on the balcony. Neil Lane arrives and the network makes it look like Jake and Neil are BFFs somehow. Plus 17.

Tenley Molzahn is first to hear Jake's decision. Kiss of death. Minus 250 for the wrong choice, and because she "appreciates his honesty." Preposterous.

Vienna arrives and Jake gives back her promise ring, a total fake-out move before he proposes for real. Plus 125 for the writer who thought up that one.

On "After the Final Rose," Jake calls Vienna, who is moving to Dallas with him, his "baby" and says they have "so much heat." We're creeped out. Minus 11.

Chris talks about what a "maverick" Jake is. Sarah Palin rolls in grave. Plus 7.

As predicted, the new star of The Bachelorette is Ali Fedotowsky! Plus 20.

Oh yeah, and Jake has actually been cast on the new season of Dancing with the Stars. Is this a great addition to reality competition? Or a case of ABC forever giving up the farce that The Bachelor is about finding love and not ratings? Eh, we love it. Plus 100.

TOTAL: +17. SEASON: +26.

Will Jake and Vienna last?

It all comes down to tonight for The Bachelor star Jake Pavelka.

Will he choose Tenley Molzahn, the sweet, effervescent, adorable, squeaky, wonderful girl from a normal Oregon family who seems like she would make the perfect wife in every respect (save for her ex-husband telling Jake to run for it)?

Will he choose Vienna Girardi, an annoying, possibly unstable ditz who enjoys topless modeling, whose family is a little out there, and who the other girls all hated with a passion (and whose ex-husband also says Jake should run for it)?

The right choice is clear. The question is whether Jake makes it.

Will Tenley Molzahn or Vienna Girardi be Mrs. Jake Pavelka?

For whatever reason, Vienna Girardi has had Jake wrapped around her finger from day one, and The Bachelor spoilers suggest she comes away with the final rose.

Can Tenley Molzahn somehow pull off the upset? We know that millions of fans (about 86 percent of viewers, according to our informal survey) sure do hope so.
