Let's not forget most of those programs are nothing more than reality tv. A lot of hype to keep the audiences interested. If it wasn't for the drama no one would keep watching. For the most part people seem to enjoy the misfortunes of others. My motto is live and let live, enough drama in most of our lives, to watch the saga of some one else's soap opera.

There are always two sides to every story people. Neither person is ever not at some sort of fault. Lets face it; I never thought they were a good match for each other. Jake should have seen what Vienna would have expected in a man when her dad called her "his princess". That's a girl whose daddy held her in such high esteem that most men won't qualify. She was used to getting a lot of attention at home and expected Jake to be the same way. In such a short time on the show its hard for these couples to see various perspectives. Jake didn't want someone to take care of; he wanted someone to stand on their own. Vienna wants a man to totally take care of her. I'm the mother of 2 young men. My oldest son os a year younger than Jake.I felt so sad for both Vienna&Jake. I saw the sadness in both of their eyes. I'm speaking as a Mom. I'm 55years of age, and I still believe in love. I do believe and hope that both of these beautiful young people will be able to heal and move on with their lives. It took me many years to totally understand the effects of a controller/mental abuser. Jake has all the symptoms and mannerisms of an abuser... the smugness, the temper, the controlling conversations. These are the same symptoms world over and are now easy to spot now that I know the symptoms. Jake, you are trying to make your name in the movie industry at others' expense. Shame on you. I wouldn't watch your movies even if you do get there, and I doubt you will.

This program has a very poor batting average!
I have an idea for a new type of show. We get about thirty names of qualified women. We put their names in a hat. The batchelor picks a name.......That's it!!! That's the winner. Show would last about two episodes .....but the romance might live forever!

I was blown away when Jake chose Vienna. I don't know why he couldn't see what the other girls in the house saw in her - money and fame hungry.
In my opinion, she was way too forward with him, as if she was hellbent on taking his attention from the other girls and not giving them a showball's chance in hell.
I don't believe all the rumors and gossip that Jake is a phoney, that he was only searching for fame. But I do believe that was Vienna's game plan.
