Marston Hefner, the oldest son of Hugh Hefner, was arrested after he allegedly attacked his Playmate of the Year girlfriend Claire Sinclair, according to reports.

Police were called to the residence Marston shares with Sinclair in Pasadena, Calif., after one of Sinclair's family members called 911, claiming Marston had attacked her.

Officers observed visible injuries on Sinclair's body, including bruises and red marks, and Marston admitted the two had gotten into an argument earlier.

He did not admit striking Sinclair, however.

Sinclair told cops Marston punched her, kicked her in the stomach and refused to let her leave the residence, however. The model called family members after the alleged attack. Family members then made the decision to contact the authorities.

After a brief investigation, Marston was arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence at around 11:15 p.m., and hauled off to a nearby police station.

Marston was released on $20,000 bail a few hours later.

Sinclar, 20, was Playboy's POTY 2011. Marson Hefner, 21, whose mom is Hugh's ex-wife Kimberley Conrad, has been dating her on-and-off since August 2010.

If he had had his way, Hugh Hefner would have exchanged vows with Crystal Harris in the summer of 2011.

But the Playboy founder says he won't be making that same mistake in the new year, telling People this week that he "dodged a bullet" when Harris dumped him days before their scheduled June wedding.

"I am clearly not meant to be married," the 85-year old said. "Married life isn't for me."

Don't cry for Hef, however. He's far from lonely.

The bachelor refers to his latest girlfriends, Shera Berchard and Anna Berglund, as "special ladies" and told the magazine he'd be "on top of my game" in 2012. It's unclear which of those women he's nicknamed game.

Hugh Hefner and Crystal Harris are involved in a major doggy dilemma. A canine conundrum. A puppy problem for the ages... literally!

While this couple narrowly avoided a wedding in June - when the young blonde essentially stood her much elder fiance up at the altar - and while they have little contact with each other at this point, Hefner tells People Magazine there's still one very cute point of contention between him and his ex.

Their puppy, a Cavalier King Charles spaniel.

"We both love the puppy," Hefner said of the dog and the debate over who gets to keep him. "I told her if she wants to keep the ring and the Bentley, then maybe I can keep the puppy. I [hope] we will work it out."

Of course, even if it doesn't, we have a feeling the Playboy founder will be okay.

He's moved on from Harris with Anna Sophia Berglund and Shera Bechard, two busty women we're assuming he can put to good use in other, doggy-related ways.

Hugh Hefner believes Lindsay Lohan's Marilyn Monroe-themed Playboy pictures will make the new issue a keepsake - proving some people wrong, including himself.

"The concept came from my editors," Hefner told People in a recent interview.

"I had mixed emotions. I could not have anticipated, quite frankly, that it would turn out to be such a newsworthy event, or that the pictorial would turn out so well."

Oddly enough, the two never crossed paths - even at the photo shoot. Even so, Hefner is well aware that lately, Lohan is "carrying around some serious luggage."

"Historically, Playboy pictorials are connected to stars at various times in their career," Hef says. "Sometimes it's the beginning of their career and sometimes it comes at a particular moment - as with Lindsay - that is intended as a turnaround."

Hefner says his wish is that "this is a born-again beginning for Lindsay" and that he wishes her all the best. "I think there's a rooting interest for her," he says.

Part of the reason the issue is such a big seller, Hef says, is due to his direction.

It was he who insisted on fully nude Lindsay Lohan pictures, after all.

During negotiations, "Some of the people around her said, 'No, no, I don't want her nude.' And I said, 'No, look, this is how it's going to be. This is how it is.'"

Hugh, you are the man. That is all.

Not unlike the men it is marketed toward, Lindsay Lohan's Playboy spread will come early this month. Hugh Hefner confirmed the news on Twitter Friday.

"Because of the interest & the Internet leak, we're releasing the Lindsay Lohan issue early," Hugh said after the leak of the Lindsay Lohan Playboy pictures.

"The Lindsay Lohan pictorial has been leaked on the Internet & is causing a sensation," he said, stating the obvious regarding "a true Collector's Edition."

This is NOT one of the Lindsay Lohan Playboy pictures. It's from New York Magazine in 2008, when she also posed nude in a Marilyn Monroe-themed pictorial.

A rep for the magazine said someone had taken the cover and photos from an advance copy of the magazine and posted them online "without permission."

The rep said nothing official would be released until December, but that was before Hef's announcement. There's no word yet on just how early "early" is.

Lohan, who squeezed in the Playboy shoot between court dates, community service obligations and whatever the hell else she does, has not commented.

She banked close to $1 million for the nude shoot, and while it remains to be seen if the leak will hurt sales, she and Playboy are certainly buzzworthy now.

"Lindsay Lohan was the top search name on the Internet yesterday. Her issue goes on sale next week. Hot. Hot. Hot!" Hefner Tweeted enthusiastically.

Hugh Hefner may have given it to Crystal Harris on multiple occasions, but the Playboy founder's former fiancee is about to give it right back to her ex - but giving away his engagement ring!

TMZ has actually posted the listing for this 3.39 carat rock, which will go up for auction in October at Christie's, a famous auction house in New York City. It's expected to fetch between $20,000 to $30,000.

Why is Harris parting with the stone? Because, insiders say, the busty blonde "couldn't bear to look at the ring anymore because it brought back bad memories."

And if you truly believe that's the reason, you likely also believe the Boston Red Sox still have a shot to make the playoffs this season.

Hugh Hefner has an important point to make: He has totally made love to Crystal Harris. Multiple times!

In a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the Playboy founder goes into way too much detail about this insertion as a response to his ex-fiancee claiming over the summer that she wasn't attracted to Hef and he was only inside of her for like two seconds one time.

"We had sex with her and a girlfriend," Hefner says. "We had sex the first night that we met with another girl, and it was such a nice relationship that I kept them both over for a weekend."

Awwww, that's so sweet!

Despite being burned by Crystal just a few days prior to their wedding, Hefner is remaining optimistic. He tells the publication: "I'm looking for a partner. A romantic partner."

She just better have fake breasts, blonde hair and be under the age of 30.

Kendra Wilkinson just doesn't get it.

Granted, this former Girl Next Door opened up about her relationship with Hugh Hefner in the memoir "Sliding Into Home," but her situation can't compare to that of Crystal Harris. Why?

"She was about to get married to him. I would have never agreed to get married to him," Kendra told People yesterday when asked about Crystal's disparaging remarks on The Howard Stern Show. "To [plan to] get married and then be a backstabber to someone like that... to take it to that level and then go and backstab, that's, like, cruel, you know?"

Kendra can relate to life at the Playboy Mansion, but her opinion of Harris has changed for the worse over the last couple weeks.

"At first I was really proud," Wilkinson said. "I was like, 'Wow, she's being classy about things.' But then lately, she's just like totally running her mouth and it's hard."

Or, it's the opposite of Hugh Hefner.

Crystal Harris, you've messed with the octogenarian.

That's the message Jayde Nicole has sent to Hugh Hefner's former fiancee, after Harris humiliated the Playboy founder by telling the world he only lasts for two seconds in bed.

"Hef doesn't usually react to things so it must have been really bad for him to take to Twitter in attack mode," Nicole told E! News. "You don't want to pick a fight with Hef, he's not someone you want to go up against."

Harris has since apologized (which Jayde says was "definitely smart to do"), and Hefner has seemingly moved on with a couple new girlfriends. But you never know how the old man might seek revenge.

He could drop his pants at any time and scar you for life.

During an appearance on Howard Stern's radio show this week, Crystal Harris said she wasn't attracted to Hugh Hefner, she never saw him naked and they only had sex once, with it lasting for like "two seconds."

Now, the busty blonde has something to tell her former fiance: My bad!

"The Stern interview scared me, he's harsh," Harris Tweeted last night. "I was unprepared and blurted out things I shouldn't have said, I'm sorry."

Hmmm... we've all seen the interview, and Harris wasn't exactly berated inside a police interrogation room. What did she expect to discuss with Stern, America's debt ceiling debate?

Hefner has taken a broad, reasonable approach to the incident, saying this week that "Crystal shouldn't have been booked on the show at this sensitive time." He's right. It's almost as if she cares more about attention than doing the right thing.
