Nearly seven months pregnant with her first child, Holly Madison has been hospitalized due to severe morning sickness, the Playboy model confirmed via Twitter:

"Almost seven months and morning sickness took hold! Glad to be otherwise OK, though."

Holly's Tweet comes just after the British royal family confirmed that the pregnant Kate Middleton is suffering from similar complications, albeit much earlier in pregnancy.

Holly Madison is pregnant with her first child.

And, thanks to baby daddy Pasquale Rotella, we now know the gender of the little tyke who will soon be having lunch from the same snack trays once enjoyed by Hugh Hefner.

Madison is having...

We know this because Rotella Tweeted a sonogram of the impending baby today, telling followers: "Off to Amsterdam and I already miss my girls."

THG sends the expecting couple the best and everything, but we can't help but wonder: Tweeting a sonogram? Is that where we've fallen to as a nation?

Holly Madison and Kendra Wilkinson once shared a very old man.

But despite the fact that Madison is pregnant with her first child, and Kendra has already gone through such an experience, Holly recently said she hasn't heard a peep from her former pal/sexmate since news of her status broke.

"No, not at all, not yet," Holly told Hollyscoop when asked about contact with Kendra.

The pregnant Girls Next Door star put her growing body on display last week for the first time since announcing she's pregnant for the first time.

We'd say it's been a good pregnancy so far. Holly is expecting with Pasquale Rotella, who she's been dating for about nine months. Lucky stiff.

Pasquale Rotella, the man who got Holly Madison pregnant, is facing a laundry list of criminal charges that could land him behind bars for up to 13 years.

The founder and CEO of Insomniac, a producer of electronic-music concerts, has been indicted for bribery, embezzlement, conspiracy and conflict of interest.

He was one of six people charged in a corruption case stemming from $2.5M in alleged backroom deals surrounding raves at L.A.'s Memorial Coliseum.

Rotella has maintained his innocence throughout a 13-month investigation.

Back in April, his attorney said Rotella "has always acted lawfully and appropriately with respect to all dealings with the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum."

He called the charges "completely baseless and flat-out wrong."

The attorney added that the charges are "politically motivated and publicity driven. Mr. Rotella will vigorously defend himself to clear his good name."

For the sake of Holly Madison and her baby, we hope that's true. Rotella is out on bail and will back in court September 25 for a pre-trial conference.

Holly Madison loves her body. But the former Playboy centerfold will soon watch it change significantly.

The ex-number-one girlfriend of Hugh Hefner is expecting her first child with someone named Pasquale Rotella, who's been dating Holly since the beginning of the year.

"I've always wanted to be a mom," Madison tells Us, adding that she's 12 weeks along and has been "lucky" so far because there's been "no morning sickness."

At least for the time being, Holly plans to continue to anchor the Las Vegas burlesque revue, Peepshow. So much for those plans to adopt, huh?

For years, Holly Madison yearned to have a baby with boyfriend Hugh Hefner. But it never happened, likely because he's 129 years old.

So now the former Playboy model is taking it upon herself to start a family: she's making plans to adopt!

"I really want to be a mommy," Madison tells In Touch, adding that the process with adoption mentoring service Hold My Hand is underway and she hopes to secure a child from Africa or South Korea.

Madison has mostly been out of the news since leaving the Playboy Mansion, although she did appear in her own reality show and has been performing in Las Vegas for awhile.

We last wrote about her way back in September because she took out an insurance policy on her large breasts.

Holly Madison might not be the boob we think she is.

The heavy-topped model is apparently well aware of her one marketable asset and has taken out a $1 million insurance policy on her breasts.

Holly did it to protect herself and those who appear in her Las Vegas production, Peepshow, Hef's ex tells People:

"I've heard about people getting body parts insured and I thought, why not?, because if anything happened to my boobs, I'd be out for a few months and I'd probably be out a million dollars. I thought I'd cover my assets."

A week ago at this time, the world assumed Crystal Harris would officially be Mrs. Hugh Hefner.

Instead, the model dumped her fiancee on Tuesday and hung out in a VIP cabana at a pool party in Las Vegas.

"I'm doing okay," she told People. "I just had to get away. Today is the day and I just had to get away. I'm going back tonight so I just wanted to get away for the day."

Holly Madison, who always wanted to marry the Playboy mogul herself, is appalled at Crystal's behavior.

"That's a new low," Holly Tweeted of Harris' partying. "That's disgusting and whoever booked her is tacky."

But, hey, at least this ordeal has given Madison a reason to be in the news again. She ought to be thanking Crystal.
