Many undecided voters are faced with a tough choice between Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. Count Hayden Panettiere among them.

The Heroes cutie said this week that she was "not yet prepared to say" which of the Democratic presidential hopefuls she supports.

"I had a conversation with Barack Obama," the 18-year-old girlfriend of Milo Ventimiglia said. "I'm waiting to hear from Hillary Clinton."

The big issue for the actress? Whales.

A source tells celebrity news sites that when Hayden attended a February 1 dinner with former First Daughter Chelsea Clinton, and "Hayden Panettiere made it clear to Chelsea she'll vote for whoever will help save the whales."

THG NOTE: If she already had a conversation with Obama, but is waiting on Hillary, does that mean Barack does not want to save the whales?

THG NOTE II: Both California and New York (Hayden's home state) held primaries February 5, so she may be out of luck until November!

THG NOTE III: Know who probably doesn't care about whales, but wants to service Hillary in the Oval Office? Holly Wellin!

Barack Obama can take his celebrity endorsements from Oprah Winfrey, Kate Walsh, Scarlett Johansson and Amber Lee Ettinger and shove 'em.

Why? Because Holly Wellin has backed Hillary Clinton.

What's Up Hillary?

The British porn star recently said she would love to have Hillary Clinton in the White House. And she means that quite literally.

Holly Wellin, a 21-year-old who is "best known for her enthusiastic (and often violent) performances" according to various bios, wants Hillary Clinton to be president so she can be her intern. You know where this is going.

Mmmm! Holly Wellin has a nice surprise for (Mrs.) President Clinton.

In order to get back at Bill Clinton for the Monica Lewinsky scandal, Holly said she would gladly pleasure Mrs. President in the Oval Office.

Comments rendered unnecessary. We just hope Hillary is asked about this vote of confidence during her next debate with Barack Obama.

The Hollywood Gossip Fashion Police were just about to pull over Hillary Clinton, but we learned that the Crying Police already cited her.

Besides, the Democratic presidential candidate was willing to poke fun at herself in the new Us Weekly, admitting that some of her fashion choices in the past haven't been, um, stellar. That's a nice way of putting it ...

Of this tropical-colored, ankle length coat at a Feed the Children event in 2000, Clinton quipped: "I'm a big believer in recycling â€" even carpets!"

She also mocked her own wedding dress, joking and referencing a great Seinfeld quote, "They got the idea for the ‘puffy shirt' from me!"

Hillary Clinton is running neck-and-neck with Barack Obama for the Democratic nomination, with 22 states holding primaries or caucuses today.

The former First Lady has attracted celebrities such as Jack Nicholson, America Ferrera and Amber Tamblyn to her camp, while Barack Obama is endorsed by Oprah Winfrey, Scarlett Johansson, will.i.am, Kate Walsh and many others.

A number of Obama supporters recently released this cool music video.

A host of celebrities, such as Scarlett Johansson, Will.i.am, Common, Kate Walsh, Nicole Scherzinger and Nick Cannon, have lent their singing voices to "Yes, We Can," a cool YouTube video supporting Sen. Barack Obama (Ill.).

It was inspired by Barack Obama's "Yes We Can" speech. See below ...

Meanwhile, Barack's chief rival for the Democratic presidential nomination, Sen. Hillary Clinton (N.Y.), teared up - AGAIN - at an event, this time at the Yale Child Study Center, where she worked while in law school...

What do you think: Is Hillary Clinton crying too much?

With tomorrow's Super Tuesday primaries and caucuses in 22 U.S. states, the race between Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton is getting tighter by the day - and celebrities are flocking to both of the popular contenders.

You can count on Ann Coulter to hate Jewish people, look like a man, throw the word "treason" around way too often, and to generally suck.

But a recent statement that she might back Hillary Clinton in November's general election? That took The Hollywood Gossip by surprise. Check it out ...

Hillary is locked in a tight race with Barack Obama for the Democratic nomination. Ann says she prefers her to presumptive Republican foe John McCain.

We can't imagine that's true, but this race is nothing if not unpredictable.

Last night's Democratic presidential debate in L.A. between Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton, was notable for several reasons:

  • Nobody started crying during it
  • There was actually a discussion of issues
  • A large number of stars were in the audience

Forget the Oscars or Grammy Awards - they should have had a red carpet for this thing! Just a few of the many celebrities on hand:

Steven Spielberg, Leonardo DiCaprio, Pierce Brosnan, Diane Keaton, Stevie Wonder, former Grey's Anatomy star Isaiah Washington, Bradley Whitford of The West Wing, and America Ferrera (with fiance/non-fiance Ryan Piers Williams).

Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton talk health care and foreign policy.

Barack Obama certainly has his share of celebrity support (Oprah Winfrey, Scarlett Johansson), but like the nation's voters so far, the crowd on hand last night seemed relatively split between the two Democrats.

America Ferrera has even teamed with Chelsea Clinton and has actually been knocking on doors for their fave candidate. We mean Hillary Clinton.

Their battle for the 2008 Democratic presidential nomination has taken over the news, but we're going back to their college days for this photo finish.

Born in 1947, Hillary Clinton is a product of the baby boom generation through and through... right down to her obligatory hippie phase in the late 1960s.

While he missed out on that part of American history, Barack Obama (born 1961) was still one cool customer when he enrolled at Columbia University.

My, how these youngans have grown up ...

Which do you like better: the Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama of yore?

In Saturday's South Carolina primary, Obama defeated Clinton in a rout that may only be surpassed by Tom Brady and the Patriots in next Sunday's Super Bowl. Obama won 55 percent of the vote to Hillary's 27 percent.

The next big date on the primary calendar for these co-frontrunners is February 5, a.k.a. Super Tuesday, when more than 20 states vote.

Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler. Donald Trump and Rosie O'Donnell. Britney Spears and Kevin Federline. These famous squabbling celebs have nothing on a new pair of high-profile Americans competing for the nation's highest office!

During last night's Democratic debate in South Carolina, rivals Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton sparred frequently and bitterly, making viewers entertained but uncomfortable, and leaving John Edwards trying to get a word in edgewise.

She may not have turned on the water works on the Tyra Banks show this week, but Hillary Clinton did stump for the sympathy of woman everywhere by discussing her contrived marriage in public.

The presidential hopeful was asked about forgiving husband Bill Clinton for his affair with Monica Lewinsky and she replied as though it was an isolated incident in an otherwise perfect union.

"I really had to dig down deep and think hard about what was right for me, what was right for my family," Clinton said in her taped appearance, set to air Friday. "I never doubted Bill's love for me ever, and I never doubted my faith and my commitment to our daughter and our extended family."

Or her political aspirations, of course.

Clinton added that she struggled with feelings of anger and embarrassment.

"The momentary feelings â€" you know, you are mad, you are really upset, you are disappointed â€" all of that goes through your mind …" Clinton said. "I have found you really shouldn't make decisions in the heat of those moments."

Instead, you should plan for them in detail, such as the fake sudden outburst of emotion Hillary displayed before the critical New Hampshire primary last week.
