It was a rough season for The Real Housewives of New York City.
The once-popular Bravo reality series has suffered through steadily declining ratings, and there's been a variety of conflicting rumors with regard to what producers plan to do about it.
First we heard that Andy Cohen and company were prepared to fire everyone except for Ramona Singer. Then just last week, word got out that the entire Housewives of New York cast would be returning after all.
Now it seems that (as is usually the case) the truth is somewhere in between the two extremes. Producers plan to fire at least one of the ladies (probably Aviva Drescher), and have their sights set on outspoken model Helena Christensen to replace her.
The 45-year-old Denmark native and current New Yorker is best known for her work with Victoria's Secret and appearances in music videos such as Chris Isaak's "Wicked Games."
