Helen Phillips has set a new weight loss standard.
The season seven champion on The Biggest Loser shed 140 pounds and managed to drop 20 dress sizes during her run on the show. That's simply incredible.
Phillips is 48-year-old mother of two. She hails from Sterling Heights, Michigan and went from 257 pounds to 117 during the competition. Congrats are very much in order!

Just a point - going from a size 22 to a size 2 is 10 dress sizes, not 20. Dress sizes drop by 2's. And yes, it IS incredible!
