Helen Phillips has got more than just a new, banging body and reality TV title around her small waist.

The Biggest Loser champion has also got a recently-released Got Milk campaign. It reads:

Happy to lose. And happy to win. When every calorie counts, you have to make smart choices, like drinking fat-free milk. It's a nutrient powerhouse. Packed with 9 essential nutrients including protein, milk helps build muscle and fuels my workouts. Now the loser wins. Drink well. Live well. got milk?

With the ad, Phillips joins previous show winners Michelle Aguilar and Ali Vincent, both of whom have also sported the famous mustache for the national campaign.

So have the following stars. Let's just hope Phillips doesn't follow the lead of one of them. (Milk may have done Chris Brown's body good, but his protein-powered punches only inflicted further injury on Rihanna.)

I feel so good! I feel like I can do anything.

So stated Helen Phillips last night, after she was crowned the seventh season winner of The Biggest Loser.

It's hard to blame the 48-year mother of two for such a reaction, as she dropped an astounding 140 pounds and 20 dress sizes during the competition. Wow. That's like shedding three Mischa Bartons from one's body!

Helen Phillips has succeeded where other stars have failed. Cycle through our Celebrity Weight Loss Hall of Fame/Shame right now!

"I knew when I got home how hard I was working and how many hours I put into it," Phillips, who started the competition last fall at 257 pounds, said to Us Weekly after she won. "I never knew that I would take first place! I always thought maybe second, maybe third, but I did it. I took the whole thing!"

So, how will the Michigan native spend her $250,000 grand prize?

"At this point, I haven't given it a lot of thought. It really wasn’t about the money. Now it's a bonus for me - I get to live my happy life!"

One that's very well-deserved. Congraulations, Helen!
