Runaway bride Crystal Harris was called out by Holly Madison for living it up at Wet Republic in Las Vegas just days after dumping Hugh Hefner.

Harris' co-attendee in Sin City, Heidi Montag, also turned heads at the pool party.

Showing off a slender look she reportedly achieved by working out for 14 hours a day, Montag not only looks plastic, but slightly anemic now:

Gaunt and Plastic

Heidi Montag, who had countless plastic surgery procedures done in 2009-10 (we really did lose count), debuted her new "look" at Wet Republic.

"I've been working out from, like, 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. for two months now. I've been working out really hard because I had this pool party," she said.

"I was like, I have to be in shape. I was actually a lot overweight. It was the most I've ever been because I've kind of been in hiding eating pie with my husband [Spencer Pratt] and puppies, so I needed to get back in shape."

Botox Barbie says she went from 130 pounds to 103.

"I've been running a lot, and doing weights," the former reality star said. We can see that. It's not like she has any sort of career to take up time.

Charlie Sheen would approve of the job cellulite is doing here.

Just look at these Kate Gosselin, Heidi Montag and Britney Spears pictures. Time to hit the gym, ladies! Star Magazine is flat-out shaming you all here!

We kid. There's nothing wrong with cellulite, as it beats unnecessary plastic surgery. Kim Kardashian would surely agree ... then shill for QuickTrim.

Anyway, here's Star's latest cover, which won't win the celeb gossip rag any points for originality, but at least won't get them sued for $50 million:

Cellulite vs. Britney

LOSERS: Sorry, Heidi, Kate and Britney. Cellulite is opening a can of whoop ass on y'all. But we respect you for not getting any work done. Well, Britney at least.

For Heidi Montag, her killer body didn't come easy. It required hitting the plastic surgeon's office gym with trainer Chad Waterbury regularly for months.

To get in shape for her airbrushed Playboy photos and her "live performance" at Sunday's Miss Universe competition, Heidi worked hard to look her best.

Fortunately, you can't gain singing talent like you can muscle tone.

Heidi's rendition of "Body Language" at the Miss Universe pageant was beyond bad, but the title of her crappy single is somewhat appropriate, given the time she spent getting into shape to pose for her weak set of PG-13 pics in Playboy.

"I definitely got in great shape for that, it's the perfect title considering everything!" she says. "In Playboy, you see the photos, but in Miss Universe, you see it live ... what my body looks like and what I've been working for."

Like a knockoff version of Britney Spears circa 2000, in other words.

WHAT DUMBBELL: Heidi Montag's workout (and airbrushing) works wonders.

Heidi and Spencer Pratt brag that their trainer "only trains professional athletes."

They should fit right in then, if being professional attention whores qualifies.

Her number one goal from the workout: to build a better behind. "I had just the flattest butt!" Heidi admits. "I wanted it to be pure muscle and be curvier. Playboy is very feminine, sexy, curvy and I really wanted to go for that look."

Heidi Pratt, a.k.a. Heidi Montag, is proud of her figure.

We're glad to hear that, since she certainly spent enough money on plastic surgery to alter it completely from the reasonably cute girl she once was.

A Giant Boob

The Hills star, who's gonna be doing a "tasteful" naked Playboy spread in September, has plans to share her fitness secrets in The Heidi Workout.

"Staying fit is something I'm very passionate about," Pratt, who officially changed her last name from Montag after marrying Spencer Pratt. "I work out with a strength and conditioning coach 90 minutes a day, five days a week."

She's detailing her routine of "full-body, intense resistance exercises" in a new downloadable workout series, developed with trainer Chad Waterbury.

The series features full-body exercises, executed as rapidly as possible, "so you burn fat faster," says Waterbury, who does both light and heavy weights (75 lbs.!) with Heidi Pratt to give her body "a hard look with a feminine shape."

She's hard to look at, all right ...

The Heidi Workout will also offer nutritional advice, based on guidelines Waterbury gave to the 22-year-old TV star. She avoids all "white" foods like carbs, but fills up instead with lean meats including grass-fed beef - Heidi loves steak!

She also needs a steady diet of vegetables, fruits and attention.

"Heidi has a really healthy appetite," Waterbury adds.

Not that she needed to shed weight. At 5'1" and 100 pounds, the reality star wanted to put on curves. "When she came to me her butt was really flat and she wanted to make it bigger," says Waterbury. "Now, it's nice, shapely and round."

Amazing what a couple of large silicone implants will do for you. Nice to see the fame whore believes in fake boobs, but not in birth control or fame.
