You were so beautiful before and had a very youthful and fresh look but this surgery has made you look much older, like one of those old Hollywood actresses trying to recapture her youth. When the dr shaved away whatever he shaved away he also shaved away the pretty smile and uniqueness that made you the beautiful and sexy Heidi Montag we all knew. Now you just look "strange" and we look at you and wonder, WTF........ You had a wonderful natural look about you that was was so attractive and appealing and it is gone. Her surgery is awful. Her mom was right she looked better before she went under. When I saw her nose it reminded me of Micheal Jackson nose except the tip. And when i saw a close up of her face her checks the first image to pop up was that "Lion Lady" i can't remember her name but she married a rich man ended up divorce and butch her face to look like a cat. Her body can't handle her new boobs. She can't pull a pamala Anderson. She wants to be a movie actress but she's not natural looking any more she looks like shes 28-35 years older. Even Barbie down size her boobs. I think Heidi is following the path of Anna Nicole Smith R.I.P. The only job she'll get after the hills would be low budget horror films, strippers, or show girls. Heidi Montag's plastic suggeon should be removed as a Doctor!! To allow a beautiful girl, to subject herself to so many surgies, is a sign of much needed therapy.
I know for a fact!! Her face will slim down in about another 3-6 months, and if she reduces her lip size, she will look pretty good. I know this because, my daughter had her jaw changed with Stanford, because she could not eat properly nor close her mouth with ease. This was a much need surgery, and it took almost three years, of braces and Stanford surgeons to correct her problem. Which brings up another area of concern. You cannot operate on a jaw, without complications later, unless it is done with a Chief of Staff Hospital surgeon, not just a plastic surgeon. I fear down the road, Heidi will suffer a lot unless careful attention was given to the right surgeon. My daughter looks beautiful, and can now eat with ease. I think these women are all going to the same doctor who has one photo of his "perfect woman"... they all look the same. Heidi's new appearance looks amazingly similar to Janelle Pierzina, (Big Brother 6USA) and she is a tweak away from looking like the Cat Woman of New York City.
