As long as Spencer is around you your life is in danger. Spencer portraits himself as a phycopath and you are his object of affection. Please follow advise from your family and hometown best friends. Yur family and childhood friendsd are the only people that care about you and your life. Heidi, I read a few of these comments and most of them are negative. You have transformed into a totally different person when you met Spencer Pratt- what a douche bag!!! He is a lying, deceitful bastard. Stephanie is a shit starter as well. You were such a wonderful person and good friend when the Hills first started. I almost didnt want to watch it when you and Spencer were on the TV. Lauren was the best thing that ever happened to you. I am so glad that she has found happiness.
