Hayden Panettiere just celebrated her 21st birthday.

The irony? She apparently got into a screaming match with a doorman outside trendy LA hotspot after he denied the cute actress because she lacked legal ID.

“Are you kidding me?” Hayden said to the Villa employee, according to a report in the National Enquirer. “I come here all the time. Why is this an issue NOW?"

“I turned 21 ... what the hell is your problem?”

Hayden, who has previously revealed that she’s been drinking wine with meals since age eight, needs to remember to carry her license on her at all times.

That or bring boyfriend Wladimir Klitschko along next time. We don't foresee her getting denied by some smart ass doorman with this guy by her side ...

Either Wlad is really tall and Hayden really short, or she's really far away.

The adorable Hayden Panettiere turns 21 today. Break out the champagne! She can now legally enter the clubs she's already been frequenting for years!

The former Heroes star was once in the limelight a lot more.

Her show was a hit on NBC, and she was a celebrity news staple. Nowadays the Long Islander is under the radar a bit, as well as under Wladimir Klitschko.

We mean because he's like seven feet tall, not in that way.

You can't get much more different in every sense than Snooki and Erin Andrews, who we profiled in our first CMT Awards style showdown just moments ago.

While Hayden Panettiere and LeAnn Rimes aren't exactly carbon copies, they're certainly more similar than the aforementioned pair - especially last night.

The former Heroes star debuted a lighter, shorter hairstyle while playing up her baby blues in a turquoise and black lace Pucci dress. Definitely a hit, we say.

Meanwhile, LeAnn cinched her bold Mara Hoffman minidress with a suede corset belt, while adding some ankle-cuffed sandals and gold Neil Lane jewels.

Never one to look anything but stylish, even when casual, Hayden Panettiere went last night to the Step-and-Repeat, presented by Elijah Blue and Kantor Gallery.

For those hoping for a Wladimir Klitschko sighting, we're sorry to disappoint. The giant Ukrainian boxing champ, who's dating Hayden, was nowhere to be found.

Instead, Harry Morton, her previous rumored boyfriend, was with her (albeit not shown here). Bummer. Here's Panettiere, though, in all her cute glory ...

Her once-hit show, Heroes, may be on the verge of cancellation, but it's not slowing Hayden down. Our girl was recently on the cover of Self magazine and played a huge role in the recent Oscar-nominated documentary The Cove.

Heroes decided to royally suck after about Season One, and with its free fall, Hayden Panettiere became less the $h!t than she initially was. But cute she remains.

We're sure Wladimir Klitschko approves of the look above. What guy wouldn't? Too bad she's not 10 years older and on a show that doesn't eat ass, are we right guys?

Looks like Hayden Panettiere and Wladimir Klitschko are officially a couple ... or at least good friends who accompany each other to things like movie premieres.

Originally seen together in Miami over New Year's, the two were spotted (and looking hot) at the "Best of Musical Gala" in Hamburg, Germany Saturday night.

As you can see, there's a bit of a height difference. The Ukrainian boxing champ and actress may seem to have little in common, but they are making it work.

What can these two see in each other? While on the surface, this couple makes less sense than last night's Heroes, we're not judging. To each their own!

Hayden Panettiere recently ditched her blonde 'do to become a redhead simply "Because I could! I was tired of being a blonde and being... you get stuck in one thing and known for one thing and as a cheerleader or whatever that image."

"It's fun to change things up, and now I feel I don't have to overcompensate as much personality-wise when I have red hair as I do with blonde hair."

"I'm typically a very fiery person anyway," adds the 21-year-old actress, and surely Wladimir Klitschko can attest to that, if you know what we mean!

Once one of TV's can't-miss shows, Heroes has gotten so bad that even the beautiful Hayden Panettiere can't convince us to tune in. Just utter absurdity.

Still, we can admire her style. The actress, who's now dating Wladimir Klitschko, recently added fullness to a skirt with some gentle draping on the hips.

Beyonce rocked a similar look (albeit with more exposure up top), showing similar appreciation for the trend. But which of these two stars wore it better?

Hayden Panettiere and Wladimir Klitschko are totally dating. She just doesn't want people know it yet. She even books extra hotel rooms for that reason, it turns out.

So people wouldn't suspect she was sharing a room with her new boxing-champ boyfriend, the diminutive star had aides book her a room at another hotel.

They did so, and it sat empty - if you know what we mean! We mean Hayden's dating Wladimir Klitschko, and they shacked up in the same room. ALL NIGHT.

"It was clear she was with Wladimir, and they were at the Setai together," a source told the N.Y. Post. "But she insisted on booking a room at a separate hotel."

"Then she could pretend she was staying elsewhere. The room was never used."

Too bad many Hayden Panettiere pictures were taken featuring the bikini-clad star cozying up to the fighter. Talk about getting caught red (hot!) handed:

Hayden, who was seen poolside with the Ukrainian boxing champ, who towers over her 5'1" frame at 6'6", has a history of pretending she's unattached.

She repeatedly claimed she was "just friends" with Heroes co-star Milo Ventimiglia. Another guy she said was just a friend? Entourage's Kevin Connolly.

Wladimir sure looks friendly with her in that picture above. Forget his many heavyweight titles - the guy has officially earned the title of Lucky Stiff!
