The "Big Three" of Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher are due on the set of Star Wars: Episode VII soon, the latter revealed in an interview.

Promoting her appearance on The Big Bang Theory, Fisher confirmed as much, saying that the trio is expected on set sometime in “March or April.”

While it's long been rumored that Luke, Leia and Han would return in Star Wars: Episode VII, Carrie Fisher's confirmation is as concrete as anything so far.

It's also the closest thing we've had to a production schedule.

As for Fisher would like for her character? “I’d like to wear my old (cinnamon buns) hairstyle again - but with white hair,” she said. “I think that would be funny.”

How involved the iconic characters will be in this trilogy remains to be seen. Some have suggested they may be more Obi-Wan type characters in advisory roles.

Others have suggested that one (Han feels like the logical pick) or perhaps more will meet their demise, with their children seeking justice against the dark forces.

Harrison Ford may not be fulfilling our dreams of taking over the Star Wars VII movie single handily but that doesn't mean he hasn't been making waves here lately.

Earlier in the day, Ford made the entertainment headlines by saying he'd be on board for an Indiana Jones 5 despite being 71 years old.

"To me, what was interesting about the character was that he prevailed, that he had courage, that he had wit, that he had intelligence, that he was frightened, and that he still managed to survive. That I can do."

You know what Mr. Ford? I believe you. I'll go right along with the idea of another Indiana Jones movie. If it can be worked out that Schwarzenegger is Conan once again, surely we can bring back the fedora.

George Lucas claims that even before he sold Lucasfilm to Disney, he signed Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher for Star Wars: Episode VII.

His words. Lucas tells Businessweek that "we had already signed Mark and Carrie and Harrison - or were pretty much in final stages of negotiation."

"Maybe I'm not supposed to say that," Lucas added. "I think they want to announce that with some big whoop-de-do, but we were negotiating with them."

"I won't say whether the negotiations were successful or not."

Production on the much-anticipated comedy sequel is already underway, but since filming began last week, four new names have been added to the cast, including John C. Reilly and Meagan Good.

For will play a legendary newscaster, a la Tom Brokaw (who Ford could easily play in a biopic), though plot details are scarce at the moment. What we do know is that the main arc of the film is that Ron Burgundy will be vying for a job in New York City on a 24-hour cable news network.

All your favorites from the first film are returning, including Will Ferrell, Paul Rudd, Steve Carell, Christina Applegate, and David Koechner. Also joining on is comedic juggernaut Kristen Wiig, playing a love interest to Carell's Brick Tamland.

Anchorman 2 is set to hit theaters December 20. While you wait, just relax with a nice cool beverage. But not milk. Milk would be a bad choice.

Hammil and Fisher met with Lucas last year to discuss the new film, which takes place some time after the events of Return of the Jedi (Episode III).

It's unclear what roles Han, Luke and Leia will have in the next trilogy, but Solo is also reportedly the focal point of one of two potential Star Wars spinoffs.

A Han Solo movie and a Boba Fett movie are being planned along with Episode VII, which is set for a 2015 release and will be directed by JJ Abrams.

Are you excited that Harrison Ford & Co. are back on board?
