This week on The Real Housewives of Orange County, one aspiring housewife was hoping - practically begging - for a ring, while another potential candidate was less than enthused by the idea of her man proposing.

It seems Vicki's found something about Brooks that's a little less than perfect. His teeth. Specifically, the fact that some of them are missing.

She's treating him to a set of new chompers. Minus 10 because I can't ever unsee the pictures of his missing teeth. And also because Vicki won't let the doctor talk.

At dinner, Tamra tells Eddie about her trip. She says she and Alexis "got into it a little bit." A little bit. Gee, Tamra, I think you're leaving out a thing or two.

Eddie's taking her to Bora Bora. Next week. After she just got back from Costa Rica. I hate her. (Not really.) Minus 25.

Alexis has an on-air reporting gig. Plus 10 for keeping her cleavage under wraps this time!

It's a fashion segment, and given that she's a fashion maven, this should be a slam dunk, right? It actually seems to go well! Good job, Alexis! Plus 10.

Tamra and Eddie are headed to Bora Bora. She wonders if he's going to propose and doesn't want to tell the other women she's going in case he doesn't.

Previously on the Real Housewives of Orange County, the ladies headed to Costa Rica to call Alexis out on her phoniness and materialism. And Vicki took some whacky pills.

This week the adventure continues and involves... paddling.

We're still at dinner and Alexis is in tears because Tamra can't keep her voice down. Tamra's pretty much being a bitch right now. Minus 25.

Vicki says that at times they're all materialistic. Plus 10 for that tidbit of truth.

Gretchen tries to speak up for Alexis but ends up twisting the knife a little bit more. Alexis gets up to leave the table and Heather wants to hug it out first. Alexis says no hugs. She wants to be alone.

Gretchen gives her a head start and then goes after Alexis, but Alexis won't let her in the hotel room.

Here's the kicker - this intervention all happened before dinner was even served. Way to go, ladies. Now Alexis is crying herself to sleep on an empty stomach. Minus 10.

Back at the table, Gretchen bursts into tears because she hurt her friend by trying to both be honest and defend Alexis. Vicki decides to take Alexis her lobster dinner and after barging into the room, Vicki promptly begins to talk about herself. Minus 10.

Gretchen's gone from crying to cranky because Vicki was let inside Alexis' room and she wasn't. She's defended Alexis so many times and this is the thanks she gets?

This week, the Real Housewives of Orange County are headed to Costa Rica. Alexis thinks they're going to Mexico, but that's okay as she also doesn't realize how fake she can be.

Heather and Terry and Tamra and Eddie meet up for dinner. Talk immediately turns to Tamra and Alexis' lunch date. Terry almost chokes on his champagne when Tamra spits out that she told Alexis he thinks

Alexis is a phony. I knew that one would come back to bite her. Minus 5.

Heather says in a one-on-one that Tamra's got to learn to keep her secrets...uh...secret. Then the ladies plot to confront Alexis on their trip to Costa Rica.

Alexis's friend Shannon comes over while Alexis is packing. Since Alexis doesn't have a full-time nanny, she's only going on the trip for two days while the rest of the ladies will be there for five days. She's packing like she'll be there for way more than two days, which isn't shocking at all, really. She's nervous about being on a trip with Tamra. And since Tamra and Heather have plans to stage an intervention, she should be.

Heather's packing too. She tells her assistant/friend that they'll be ziplining and going on a safari. But she's packing Jimmy Choo wedges. Minus 5. She's also confident that Terry can keep the good ship Dubrow running smoothly in her absence.

Last week on The Real Housewives of Orange County, Alexis threw the most obnoxious birthday party in history, Slade looked at rings, Tamra told Eddie to put his money where Simon's tattoo was, and Briana called Vicki out on Brooks' shadiness and her emotional affair on Donn.

This week, Slade and Gretchen go to couple's counseling and Brooks supports Vicki. Let's break it all down in THG's official +/- recap!

Vicki says Briana was disrespectful during their fight. Brooks shows up to her office to bring her coffee and says that she knows she's not a perfect person but she thinks she's a perfect mom. Um, I'm thinking you can't be an imperfect person and a perfect mom since moms are people too, Vicki. Minus 10.

Vicki's crying into her coffeecake over the fight with Briana and how disrespectful and rude Briana was. Brooks says Briana was honest as she sees things and what parent wouldn't want a child who can be honest? Then Vicki says Briana called him an opportunist. He ends up saying he doesn't take any of this personally.

Heather meets her friend Dina for lunch to talk about acting and Harrison Ford and life choices and Heather's name. She's thinking of changing from her professional name, Heather Paige Kent, to her personal name, Heather Dubrow, permanently. She says one of the reasons she didn't take Terry's name is because no one knows how to pronounce it. But, she's moving forward with the change. After something like 10 years of marriage. Plus 10.

Last week the RHOC left off with Vicki speechless after learning that Briana eloped. This week, Vicki has Briana in tears, and they don’t appear to be tears of joy.

Vicki and Tamra meet up at a lingerie store for bra fittings. Vicki’s bra fitter thinks she’s a FF. Tamra’s a 32D, which she feels is impossible given recent surgical de-enhancements. Tamra suggests that Vicki get Briana some bridal lingerie for her honeymoon.

Minus 30 for the gross factor of your mother buying you lingerie. Ew. EW EW EW.

Vicki thinks Briana’s eloping is disrespectful and wrong and is upset that it robbed her of all of the wedding planning “fun.” Minus 10 for being selfish, Vicki. This isn’t about you.

I’ll give you a Plus 5 for realizing this isn’t about you and knowing you have to suck it up. But ONLY 5 because I don’t trust you to follow through with this.

Slade’s getting ready to go for a ride on his bicycle and Gretchen’s getting ready for lunch with Tamra. Gretchen just wants everyone to get along.

Slade just wants to get married to Gretchen.

He meets up with Gretchen’s dad on his ride and asks for her hand in marriage. Plus 10 for being the gentleman Ryan wasn’t when he eloped with Briana.

This week’s RHOC picks up where last week’s left off, with Gretchen becoming a Pussycat Doll and the gang, including Vicki, is all in Vegas to support her.

But will all the good will between Gretchen and Vicki be left in the desert?

The girls are all nervous for Gretchen. Gretchen’s nervous for Gretchen. Everyone’s nervous. Except the ACTUAL Pussycat Dolls. While Gretchen changes into her performance outfit, everybody else enjoys the show.

Vicki says Brooks is from the South so he’s never seen anything like this.

Tamra says she could be a gynecologist now.

Plus 5 for the giggles.

It’s time for Gretchen to perform and Alexis’ prayers didn’t pay off. That was rough. But, like Tamra said, she looked great? That’s a plus, right?

The gang has ventured back to Slade and Gretchen’s hotel room for a post-Pussycat Dolls party and to celebrate Gretchen’s birthday. Vicki brought Gretchen a birthday present AND an apology. And then Vicki ruins it by expecting an apology back from Gretchen. Plus 10 for the apology and Minus 20 for ruining the moment.

First they got down and dirty running through the mud. Then they went glamping. This week the Real Housewives of Orange County are stepping out on the town and heading toward the bright lights of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Alexis gets a visit from Gretchen while she’s in the middle of cleaning up her own kitchen. Plus 5 right off the bat. Gretchen’s here to give feedback on Alexis’ stints on Fox 5, except she drops the bomb that Fox 5 called her first. Alexis gets her feelings hurt.

Gretchen tells Alexis it’s obvious that Alexis is nervous and says Alexis could benefit from trying to connect more with the audience. Gretchen’s advice was pretty tactfully delivered and spot-on. Plus 10.

Then, in a one-one-one, Alexis says it was killing Gretchen to be happy for her and it’s all Tamra’s fault. Minus 10, Alexis. You’re such a whiner.

Heather’s headed to an audition. She’s been an actress for “many years.” She hasn’t been working much lately because of her four children, but now that three of them are in school?  She’s seeking balance between her career self and her mother self. Plus 5, but good luck with that.

Heather feels really unsettled because she’s auditioning again and she’s opening a restaurant and she’s got kids and she’s got Terry. And an assistant to make sure everything gets done. Let’s not forget that.

Gretchen and Slade are hanging out at home folding laundry like normal people. Plus 10. Gretchen calls Alexis to invite her to the Pussycat Dolls performance on Saturday. Then she calls Tamra to complain about folding laundry.

Last week on the RHOC, Tamra had her breast reduction surgery, Gretchen had started auditioning for The Pussycat Dolls and, of course, there was more drama with Vicki.

Just another day in Orange County, right? Is there any other type of day?

Let’s check in with these crazy women once again with THG's +/- recap!

Vicki visits Tamra and asks “Where are your boobs?” Then Vicki tells Tamra that she and Alexis are friends now, except “you can’t fix stupid anywhere in the world.”

This friendship is going to be an awesome one, right? Because friendships motivated by jealousy always are.

Alexis, meanwhile, is planning a Glamour Camping (Glamping) party and she’s making S’more’s goodie bags. She thinks it’ll be great to get the girls together in a place where they can lounge in their sweats and get to know one another.

Except her nose isn’t entirely healed so she can’t carry anything heavy or bend over. I can’t wait to see how Glamping goes. Can’t wait. Plus 10.

Gretchen’s nursing a sore throat and Slade tries to help her rest her voice by telling her to text him if she needs anything from downstairs, to which she replies “I’m writing it!” Minus 5 for missing the point.

The Real Housewives of Orange County took last week off, but are back this week and ready to get dirty. Let’s find out how Vicki and Co. are doing in THG's +/- recap!

Heather and Terry head to David August so Terry can get a wardrobe makeover. According to her, Terry “is not a suit guy” and “has the style of a doctor” meaning scrubs and clogs. I’d like to point out that his status as a doctor is what’s allowing this little indulgence.

For three suits and a couple of sports coats? $40,000 to $50,000. Add on the “accessories” and we’re adding another $10,000 to $15,000.

They’re spending more on a partial wardrobe than teachers make in a year. Minus 30.

Tamra and Eddie hit the gym. Tamra says she was insecure with her body in her previous marriage but working out has definitely given her something to work toward during her divorce. Tamra thinks she wants to open a fitness studio. Perhaps Heather’s entrepreneurial ways are rubbing off on Tamra.

A word of advice, Tamra: If you go into this with anyone else, get a contract! Vicki would be proud.

Talk of Tamra’s breast reduction surfaces when Eddie says “If you go through with this…” Tamra says she’s already scheduled her surgery date and she’ll be out of commission for at least five days. Eddie’s totally supportive, probably because she’s not having anything done to her derriere. Something tells me Eddie’s all about the A. Plus 5 for the happy couple.

Vicki’s daughter Briana is recovering from her recent thyroidectomy. Briana calls to tell Vicki that the pathology is back and it’s not cancer! Plus 15.

Vicki immediately calls Tamra to tell her the good news.

Last week on The Real Housewives of Orange County, Gretchen and Vicki nearly came to blows over Slade’s comedy sketch. Then Alexis checked in to her plastic surgeon’s office for “sinus surgery.” You know how that goes.

Briana, Vicki’s daughter, is having a medical crisis, too. A serious one. Except Vicki’s kind of stealing her daughter’s thunder. Let’s find out what the girls of Orange County are up to this week with our THG +/- recap!

First up, Tamra visits her plastic surgeon. She wants to have her implants removed. Totally. As in, no implants at all. Simon, her ex, influenced her against this surgery previously, but now that she’s her own woman, she’s making her own decisions.

And the boobs have got to go.

“Third set of boobs. Third man. Third time’s a charm.” Nice, Tamra. Plus 5 for using your brain instead of your boobs to get ahead from now on.

Meanwhile, Alexis’ “sinus” surgery is about to begin. Her doctor has taken what may be the least flattering pictures of Alexis in existence and plastered them on the wall. And the camera man was kind enough to show them to us.

I had to pause the TV to look at just how unflattering these pictures are, y’all.
