After a long hiatus, The Real Housewives of Orange County are back for a seventh season. Let's catch up with them in THG's +/- review of the premiere!

When we first see Gretchen, she’s getting ready to go to lunch. With Tamra. Because they’re trying to “bury the hatchet.” And because Tamra’s negativity just brings Gretchen down.

Slade’s not happy about a potential Gretchen-Tamra truce.

Plus 10 for trying to be the bigger person. Minus 10 for the rose petals in the bathroom floor.

Vicki’s house is for sale and they have a showing, so she has to go make the bed for her adult son because people won’t want to buy the house if the line on the comforter isn’t straight. And then they have to fluff the pillows on the couch.

Plus 10 because they’re doing it themselves.

Vicki also reveals that she’s dating a guy named Brooks who lives in Mississippi. He hasn’t been to her house because - get this - Don’s still living there because she needs his paycheck to maintain the house. But it’s okay because she and Don haven’t seen each other in about two months (despite living in the same house).

Minus 10 for the weird factor.

We're less than two weeks away from the return of Bravo's longest-running franchise, The Real Housewives of Orange County.

What scripted drama have writers come up with for cast members Tamra Barney, Gretchen Rossi, Alexis Bellino, Vicki Gunvalson and Heather Dubrow? E! News has spoken to a number of them and provided the following preview:

Barney has downgraded in the chest department, reducing the size of her 34 Double Ds - and she couldn't be happier about it.

"It's been one of the best things I have ever done in my life," she says. "I feel a lot more confident without my implants."

Rossi, meanwhile, worried that newbie Dubrow might "have a stick up her ass," but Heather says she was "pleasantly surprised [by] how well we all got along" on the show. Boring!

Step aside, Atlanta, New Jersey and Beverly Hills. The originals are about to show you how it's done.

Indeed, the Real Housewives of Orange County - Alexis Bellino, Tamra Barney, Gretchen Rossi, Vicki Gunvalson and newcomer Heather Dubrow kick off season number-seven on February 7.

And based on the first official preview for new episodes, it looks like viewers will be in for the status quo, with the following trailer depicting catfights; plastic surgery chatter; helicopter rides; and, of course, Rossi posing naked.

Gretchen Rossi rarely celebrates a holiday while fully dressed.

In July, this Real Housewife of Orange County posed in a patriotic bikini, forcing THG to ask whether or not you would tap that red, white and blue booty.

Now, Rossi is at it again for Halloween. The 33-year old will appear at the Pussycat Dolls Burlesque Saloon in Las Vegas on Saturday night, wearing very little, according to this promotional poster for the event:

Feel free to call and make a reservation if you truly have nothing better to do with your time and money.

Considering Gretchen typically wears revealing outfits - seriously, what the Hell is this?!? - it's unclear just what Rossi is aiming for here. It's akin to Lindsay Lohan going as a law-breaking drunk for Halloween.

The Fourth of July brings out the good (Josh Groban), the bad (praising Lake Minnetonka by comparing it to Vegas) and the women so desperate for attention they turn the American flag into a bikini.

Gretchen Rossi is waging battles left and right.

Yesterday, she bashed Tamra Barney over The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member's handling of her recent feud with Jeana Keough.

Now, Gretchen's won a partial legal victory in her ongoing legal battle with her former boyfriend, Jay Photoglou, prohibiting the guy from slandering her.

Gretchen Rossi and Jay Photoglou are not fans of each other.

The former couple is suing each other for libel, defamation and slander, with Rossi requesting a protective order, most of which was granted on Friday.

The protective order prohibits Rossi or Photoglou from discussing "sexual histories of either party, either party's financial information,” plus home and cellular telephone numbers and their home addresses.

We've all had breakups that required courts to settle these points, right?

Sunday's season finale of Real Housewives of Orange County saw Tamra Barney throw red wine (and a cease-and-desist letter) in Jeana Keough's face.

Her motive? Jeana badmouthing Tamra in the press.

But for all her supposed gossiping about Tamra's divorce from estranged ex Simon Barney, Jeana has an ally here in former co-star Gretchen Rossi.

"It's very strange how the woman conducts her life," Gretchen Rossi said.

"Tamra threw the letter in her face. Tamra threw the drink in her face but yet, two episodes earlier Tamra was crying to Jeana saying, 'You want my kids to think it's OK to throw something at somebody just because you're mad at them?'"

"And I'm thinking to myself, 'How hypocritical is that?'

"You don't go to a party armed with a cease-and-desist letter," she continued. "To me, that's overly dramatic. That's just looking for attention."

"That's looking for camera time. To throw it in somebody's face when you're an adult like that just shows your level of class and immaturity."

BAM. We're guessing Tamra's not on Gretch's Christmas card list.

Gretchen Rossi was almost placed in handcuffs yesterday, but not for the reasons this dirty Real Housewife probably would like.

After failing Rossi failed show up for a court appearance on Thursday, a judge issued a bench warrant for her arrest. However, he held it for a week and ordered the reality star to show up on Thursday, April 29.

From what does this mess stem? Rossi was scheduled to be in court for a debtor examination related to money she owes ex-boyfriend Jay Photoglou. The cash results from a lawsuit she filed against him that was thrown out.

Since then, Photoglou has sued the Real Housewife of Orange County for slander.

A judge awarded Jay $18,900 and Photoglou wants to collect.

“A lawyer from the firm Gretchen hired showed up in court and asked for a continuance because Gretchen’s lawyer was unavailable,” said Jay’s lawyer, Orlando Castano Jr. “Gretchen didn’t show up and the judge then issued a bench warrant for her arrest, holding it to give them the opportunity for her to come to court. She must show up next Thursday at 8:30 a.m.”

According to Jay Photoglou, Gretch Rossi is more than a Real Housewife of Orange County.

She's also a real, giant, big, fat liar, reads a lawsuit filed this week.

The litigation stems from Rossi and Photoglou's supposed relationship. The photographer says he and Rossi began dating in 2008 and that she told him she was acting as a caregiver to her terminally ill “ex-boyfriend friend, Jeff Beitzel.”

However, once Gretchen landed a spot on the Bravo series, she denied she was involved with Jay and played up her relationship with Betzel.

The lawsuit claims that Rossi was “intimately involved with Photoglou the entire time the show filmed Rossi’s first season” and is charging the spoiled non-housewife for damaging his reputation by calling him a liar, a drunk and a thief. It cites libel and slander and five other counts.

This isn't the first time Gretchen has been involved in a scandal.

She's been caught posing nude online and she's planning a painful singing career. If Photoglou wins his lawsuit, perhaps he can put a gag order on Rossi's vocal chords. Forever.

On the surface, Twilight Saga actress Ashley Greene and Real Housewife of Orange County Gretchen Rossi have little in common.

The former is a young actress on the rise. The latter is a spoiled, talentless reality star. But let's look deeper.

Both stars have posed naked, with Rossi's photo still live on the Internet and quite racy. Greene's lawyers have at least forced websites to remove the nude pictures of his client.
