You'll rarely hear the THG staff take Kate Gosselin's side in anything, but when her own brother, Kevin Kreider, sells her out on CBS' Early Show, well ...

We're still not on Kate's side, per se. We're just saying what a d!ck move it is by Kevin Kreider and loser wife Jodi to procure 15 minutes at her expense.

The two have recently joined forces with Team Jon Gosselin (they officially are Team Jon Gosselin, as we can't imagine there are many other members).

Their mission: Free the Gosselin Eight!

Kevin and Jodi Kreider took to the morning show today to point out, as they have in the past, that they think the Jon and Kate Plus 8 should be canned.

No one asked for the their opinion on the matter, mind you, nor does Jon Gosselin give a $h!t about anyone but himself. But here we are, just the same.

They even brought Gloria Allred, famed lawyer and child welfare advocate who loves microphones and cameras even more than they do, along for fun.

The backstabbing Gosselin relatives promotly threw Kate under the bus pretending to care about their poor, exploited nieces and nephews. Mmm hmm.

Here's Kevin and Jodi on the Early Show ...

In breaking news, Octomom, a.k.a. Nadya Suleman, the mother of 14 children, admits that: "I think it was a mistake - in terms of the well-being of the octuplets and of my other kids. I can't give myself to them 100 percent."

"If I'd known that, I never would have fathomed having eight more."

As if one is artificially inseminated with eight kids by accident. Really, she is just the victim here. If only she realized that six kids was already a lot, and that 14 might be slightly more of a burden. Especially when one has no freaking job.

We'll make a mental note to not repeat Nadya's innocent mistake.

Lawyer Gloria Allred, who represented nonprofit Angels in Waiting, which provided free nanny service to Suleman, is particularly livid about the comments.

"I think it's very, very sad when any mother calls her child, or in this case, eight little babies, a mistake," Allred said. "How are the babies going to feel when they grow up and read one day that their mother calls them a mistake?"

"That is just very, very sad to me as a person who is an advocate for children. Even if she thinks it, the fact that she sad it is very, very troubling because has she even considered the impact that would have on the children long-term?"

The attorney said she remains very skeptical of Nadya Suleman's plans to exploit her kids show her life and earn $250,000 for a new reality show.

"First of all, we have a petition seeking guardianship over the estate of the octuplets pending in the Orange County Superior Court," Allred said.

After California authorities issued four child-labor law violations against Radar Online for videotaping Nadya Suleman's octuplets, attorney Gloria Allred held (of course) a press conference Tuesday to discuss the impact of the citations.

"Because Nadya Suleman has chosen to commercially exploit these babies, she and those with whom she has contracts must follow the law that is there for their protection," Allred said. "If the parents and the media do not protect them, others will."

Allred has long been slamming Octomom for putting her children in danger, and claims that the mother of 14 only cares about them "when cameras are rolling."

The loudmouth lawyer may be a publicity fiend in her own right, but she does not make awful points. In May, she filed a petition against Nadya Suleman and has worked with California's investigation to protect the financial interests of the babies.

Regarding celebrity gossip site Radar Online, California Labor Commissioner Angela Bradstreet said that it failed to take out the required permits before taping two of the octuplets - Noah and Isaiah - without safeguards to protect their welfare.

Attorney Gloria Allred has made it her mission to take down Nadya Suleman, a.k.a. Octomom, as well as her unofficial mouthpiece, celeb gossip site Radar Online.

She alleges the site taped the infants at hours and for periods of time banned by state regulations and failed to provide a supervisor to watch over them.

"These babies were put at risk, exposed to conditions violaying California labor laws," Bradstreet said. "In this case, we're dealing with premature babies."

The four violations - which could carry penalties up to $3,000 - occurred on March 17. They involve the first videos of the newborns when they came home.

Octomom was also hit with a child labor lawsuit in May.

Radar Online, which has posted more than 100 items about Nadya Suleman and her kids - said that like other newsgathering organizations, it is not required to obtain permits and is not restricted to certain hours in its journalistic pursuits.

Nadya has admitted to ruining the kids' lives but seems to have no qualms about being a complete drain on society and milking all the attention she can.

Nadya Suleman, a.k.a. Octomom, is being sued. That's not surprising. Nor is it shocking that mega-mouthpiece lawyer Gloria Allred is representing them.

The high-powered blowhard is letting everyone know she has been hired in the secret case against Nadya Suleman, but she wouldn't reveal who or why.

That is, not until she held a giant press conference to assure the maximum amount of attention when giving away all the juicy details, of course.

All Gloria Allred said going into the Monday morning media circus was that she is doing this "in an attempt to protect Nadya Suleman's children."

It turns out the petition was filed on behalf of Paul Peterson, a former child actor and an active, outspoken child labor advocate for decades.

Vagina = Clown Car

Gloria Allred is helping Paul Peterson, a former child star and known child labor advocate, take on the human clown car in a new lawsuit. Ding, ding!

Peterson, a former Mickey Mouse Club star, has been instrumental in passing several laws designed to protect children in the entertainment industry.

Concerns about the octuplets and the circus outside and inside Suleman's home have arisen since the octuplets came home and Octomom inked a reality show deal.

"This action we have taken by filing the petition in the Superior Court today is in the best interests of the babies," said Octo-nemesis Gloria Allred.

"There are laws, regulations and guidelines for even the youngest child employed in the entertainment business in California," Peterson added.

"The income of children employed in the entertainment industry is their own; 10 percent of the money must be saved until the age of majority. I want a guardian appointed for the estate of the octuplets to protect their earnings."

Nadya Suleman's attorney, Jeff Czech, calls the octuplets "incidental" to her ability to attain income from media and entertainment.

What a world.

Following reports that Nadya "Octomom" Suleman has made a deal to star - along with her eight newborns and six other young kids, of course - in a reality show, attorney Gloria Allred reluctantly offered her take on the stiry.

Allred said that when Angels in Waiting USA - the nursing organization she worked with to help Nadya Suleman - visited Octomom's house, "it appeared that Nadya treated her babies as props ... as part of a TV set for those filming her."

According to Gloria Allred, there are two different Octomoms.

"When cameras were not rolling she was altogether absent for large blocks of time and never volunteered to feed the babies herself," recalls Allred, who said Suleman asked AIW many times about agreeing to a reality show.

"AIW said on the record they would not allow it due to the significant risk of infection posed by the presence of dirty cameras, audio equipment and electrical cords - and concern for the emotional well-being of all of her children."

"Nadya appears to be putting her money-making scheme of a reality show before the best interests of her children. If she goes ahead with it she needs to spend less time looking for a man and more time mothering her 14 children."

The proposed Octomom reality show - think Jon and Kate Plus 8 Plus Crack - would focus on her search for love, as well as keeping 14 humans alive of course.

Allred believes her motives are off the mark.

"If she is looking for men, she is looking for love in all the wrong places. Rather than doing a reality show, she needs to deal with the reality that she has 14 children who need her to be there, to love them and be a real mother to them."

"Her children need a mother who will protect them and their privacy, not a mother who appears ready to auction off their privacy to the highest bidder."
