George Clooney and girlfriend Sarah Larson were hospitalized for injuries and treated Friday after the motorcycle they were riding was hit by a car in New Jersey.

Clooney, 46, suffered a hairline fracture of a rib and road rash, and Larson, 28, suffered a broken foot, says the actor's representative.

Both Clooney and Sarah Larson were treated at Palisades Medical Center in North Bergen, N.J. Both have since been released.

Clooney is in the New York area filming his new movie Burn After Reading, and has been spotted out with new gal pal Larson at restaurants.

Sarah Larson, who was originally thought to be named Sarah Lorraine, made her debut as his date at the Venice and Deauville film festivals this month.

A onetime Fear Factor winner, Sarah Larson now works as a cocktail waitress at Las Vegas' Moon nightclub in the Palms Casino Resort.

His film Ocean's Thirteen premiered there June 6.

They've reportedly been inseparable ever since Sarah Larson flew to France with Clooney on September 1 for the Deauville Film Festival.

The two also dined with Clooney pal Matt Damon, his wife Luciana and five other friends at the L'Auberge de l'Abbaye restaurant in Beaumont-en-Auge.

We may still be wondering if Hayden Panettiere is dating Heroes co-star Milo Ventimiglia, but there's no doubt about this anymore:

Sarah Larson and George Clooney are a couple.

George Clooney, Girlfriend

The pair has been spotted holding hands yet again, this time in New York City. At this point, all that remains in naming them. Looney? Carson? Send us your best ideas!

Forget the enormous boobs on Lucy Pinder. Our favorite couple right now is George Clooney and Sarah Larson.

Sarah Lorraine has danced, a go-go, right into George Clooney's heart.

People magazine has relayed new information about the 28-year old spotted on the actor's arm earlier this week, prior to a dinner date the pair had with Matt Damon and his wife in France.

She's a former Fear Factor winner who works as a cocktail waitress and go-go dancer at Las Vegas's Moon nightclub in the Palms Casino Resort. She's pictured on the left in the shot below.

Meet Sarah Lorraine (left) the woman who has stolen George Clooney's heart. The identity of the woman on the right is unknown - but she may have stolen Jessica Simpson's breasts.

Clooney met Lorraine at the Ocean's Thirteen premiere party in Vegas on June 6. They've been getting jiggy with it - if you know what we mean! - ever since.

This is sad news for Monika Jakisic, of course, the model previously linked with this actor. But it's apparently great news for his friends. They love Sarah.

"She's really nice and generally liked by George's friends," a celebrity gossip source said.

Clooney "couldn't keep his hands off her" at Venice's Hotel Cipriani, site of the afterparty for Clooney's next film, Michael Clayton, according to an observer.

"At one point he just leaned over and kissed her on the lips," a witness said. "My God, she is stunning."

That she is. One might even refer to her as the anti-Amy Winehouse.

Monika Jakisic who?

A few weeks after celebrity gossip rumors said George Clooney was dating that foreign model, it appears as though the world's most eligible bachelor may be dating a different woman. Also a model. Obviously.

Elisabetta and George

Seen here, the actor is out on the town in France with Sarah Lorraine. He and the beauty dined with Matt Damon and his wife over the weekend.

Sorry, Brookyn Decker. But Sara Lorraine may have bumped you out of celebrity news headlines as the hot, new, random girlfriend of the moment.

Has someone finally made an honest man of the world's most famous bachelor, George Clooney?

Seen here, Gorgeous George is helping Monika Jakisic off a chartered yacht in St. Tropez. Only 28, this British model looks to be about the sort of beauty that could tame the 46-year old Clooney.

Clooney and Canalis

The only remaining question is this: Will Jakisic walk down the aisle with this actor before Camila Alves can work her magic on another well-known single, Matthew McConaughey?

It's a race to the altar, people!

And don't think Ryan Piers Williams won't do all he can to win the battle by proposing to longtime girlfriend America Ferrera.

They make the pairing of Nick Lachey and Bruce Springstein look normal.

But that doesn't mean George Clooney and former President George Bush can't band together for an important, charitable cause.

George Clooney Press Conference Pic

The pair made an appearance Thursday on ABC's Good Morning America to discuss their efforts to rebuild an emergency care hospital in Louisiana after it had been destroyed in Hurricane Rita.

"I thought we could add a little spice to this event, and, boy, was I right," the former chief executive told GMA's Diane Sawyer, as People's Sexiest Man Alive sat at his side.

The first President Bush also displayed a sense of humor, telling the actor/ladies man: "Don't ask about Barbara."

Bush then said he was "too old" to ask Clooney "about Britney Spears." (Not that he has to; he can just visit The Hollywood Gossip every day for the latest of the commando queen.)

On Wednesday, Bush - who had been personally asked by Clooney to participate in the reconstruction effort - presented local Louisiana officials with a $2 million donation from the Bush-Clinton Katrina Fund that will pay for operating expenses once South Cameron Memorial Hospital is rebuilt next year.

Clooney, managing to refer to his former role as Dr. Doug Ross on ER, told the appreciative crowd:

"There is good news in all of this, which is that when the hospital gets up and running, I will not be doing any of the medical procedures."

Neither will the newest doc on Grey's Anatomy, Eric Dane.

The World's Sexiest Man can do without a leading lady.

But it may be more difficult for George Clooney to deal with the loss of his prized pig.

Pic of George Clooney

Indeed, Max, the nearly 300-pound potbellied pig who lived with Clooney in the actor's Hollywood Hills home, has died. The pair had been pals for 18 years.

"He just died, like an hour ago," Clooney told USA Today over the weekend. "He was as old a pig as the vets had ever seen. I was really surprised because he's been a big part of my life."

The actor and the hog even shared the same bed sometimes, causing women from Ellen Barkin to Julia Roberts to be jealous of the porker.

The actor was out of town promoting his latest film, The Good German, when Max passed away. There was no comment from Kendra Jade on the sad event.

"It has been a bad year for my pets," Clooney said "I had a bulldog that died this year, too. It's strange how animals become a bit part of your family. They really become a big issue with you."

The actor insisted no replacement pig could ever take Max's place. Lindsay Lohan, meanwhile, is reportedly considering turning to hogs once her affair with microphones is over.

People magazine doesn't lie. And neither do our eyes. One look at a George Clooney picture makes it apparent why the actor was just named Sexiest Man Alive - for the second time.

George Clooney in the Crowd

He joins pal and Ocean's 13 co-star Brad Pitt as the only multiple time winners. He also joins the publication for the following interview:

On whether he'll ever have kids:
"I think it's the most responsible thing you can do, to have kids. It's not something to be taken lightly. I don't have that gene that people have to replicate. But everything in my life has changed over time."

On his vow to "never marry again" " and whether he's changed his mind:
"The truth is, I haven't softened my position on anything, but it's not something I deal with on a regular basis. Who knows? I've been married (in the early '90s, to actress Talia Balsam). It's not something I'm looking out for. The truth is, I'm really happy."

On what he finds attractive:
"Everybody says this, but sense of humor is No. 1 for me. It's certainly what's most attractive. It's not the first thing you notice at 21, but it's the first thing you notice now. You also have to have a sense of humor about my life.

It certainly has had an effect on relationships, but I would bet less of an effect than my own issues or insecurities. You can't really blame outside forces for things not working out. You have to take some responsibility."

** THG Note: Hear that, Jude Law?

On being in the tabloids:
"I usually don't notice anymore. The funniest thing is that recently a story came out that I was with some girl from Deal or No Deal whom I had never even met."

** THG Note: Other stories have linked Clooney with Ellen Barkin.

On his favorite on-set pranks:
"There were so many. It's a constant battle of evil, rotten things."

On being named Sexiest Man Alive for a second time:
"This one's going to be hard for Brad (Pitt) since he's been Sexiest Man Alive twice. He's enjoyed that mantle. I'd say 'Sexiest Man Alive' to him and he'd go, 'Two-time.' So that's been taken away. We used to call him Two Time. So Brad's going to be upset."

... and they're doing something about it!

A public service announcement featuring the famous of the famous is set to air. Among those pledging their support against poverty include Matt Damon, Don Cheadle, Julia Roberts and George Clooney.

A Clooney Close Up

The stars recently filmed a public service announcement that shows them patiently waiting their turn at a voting booth.

The queue also includes New England Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady, Toby Keith and Alfre Woodard.

But they're not promoting a candidate or political party. The ad is an effort to raise support for ONE: The Campaign to Make Poverty History.

"This is a first step in a long-term effort to start making the fight against global AIDS and extreme poverty part of the election conversation, and Americans can be part of that by joining," Damon says in the spot, which is slated to run through Nov. 7's Election Day.

The PSA started airing Monday on MTV and will also run on FOX, Comedy Central, Spike TV and other stations, as well as and

Says Clooney: "Both this election and as we start to look toward 2008, you can talk with the candidates, you can get on their Web sites, let them know that you will be asking them about their positions and to do even more to save lives in Africa and the world's poorest countries."

Adds country star Keith, "My deal has always been, forget politics. … I've been to Africa and seen it firsthand; it left a mark on me that I have to live with now, so I want to do my part."

According to the official Web site for ONE (, which was launched with the help of Bono, the organization "is a coalition of 2 million people and over 70 non-profit, advocacy and humanitarian organizations."

The site points out that ONE is supported by "such notable people as: Brad Pitt, Tom Hanks, Pat Robertson, Kate Hudson, Rick Warren, Jamie Foxx, Jars of Clay, Penelope Cruz, Dave Matthews, Salma Hayek, George Clooney, Bill Gates and many, many others."
