Will Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather fight this May? The former's trainer says he will decide within days whether to agree to a boxing match May 5.

Freddie Roachsaid Manny and promoter Bob Arum are in the Philippines, trying to push back deals to fight other boxers so he can tangle with Floyd.

Roach is scoffing at Mayweather's tweet in which he calls Pacquiao a "punk," saying, "He should look in the mirror. He's been ducking us for two years."

Manny Pacquiao vs. Floyd Mayweather

As for what weight class Manny Pacquiao will fight in, Roach said 147 lbs., or the upper limit of welterweight. We'll see if that becomes an issue as well.

Of course, even if Pacquiao can rearrange his schedule, both sides have to agree on a financial deal, leaving many possible opportunities for an impasse.

Roach says, "We'll do it on even terms." At least Mayweather's jail sentence for domestic violence has been pushed back, freeing up his calendar for May 5.

He just needs an opponent to conveniently duck last minute.

Who will win if Pacquiao and Mayweather throw down?

Ah, the life of a famous person. You can pretty much admit that you beat up the mother of your children... and then make a deal with a judge that allows you to fight for millions.

Such is the case for Floyd Mayweather Jr., who was sentenced to 90 days in prison last month on a domestic violence charge, but has now successfully postponed his jail time until June. This means he'll be free to fight in Nevada on May 5.

"We are pleased that the judge granted postponement of Floyd's surrender date so that he can fulfill his commitment to Las Vegas to deliver his promised mega-fight and the economic benefits it provides to the community," said Leonard Ellerbe, a representative of the fighter.

No opponent has yet been named for the May 5 fight.

Mayweather will then begin serving his prison term on June 1. He must also complete 100 hours of community service and pay a $2,500 fine.

Floyd Mayweather may have knocked out Victor Ortiz last night, but he was apparently still itching for a fight afterward ... with sportscaster Larry Merchant.

During the post-fight interview, Floyd started absolutely screaming at HBO's 80-year-old ringside reporter, yelling, "You never give me a fair shake."

"HBO need to fire you," the fighter continued, all up in Merchant's grill. "You don't know $h!t about boxing. You ain't $h!t! You're not $h!t!" Yikes. See below.

Larry Merchant didn't back down, barely even flinching at the outburst and telling the champ: "I wish I was 50 years younger and I'd kick your a$$."

Damn, Mayweather. Who knew, you won by KO, but you still got served.

At least he didn't bring up Floyd's apparent history of wailing on women.

Floyd Mayweather has trouble with anger. And security cameras.

Last month, surveillance video outside the boxer's Las Vegas home caught him berating a guard who dared to ask for his identification. Now, TMZ has obtained a tape that may prove even more damaging to Mayweather.

In mid-September, the athlete was charged with four felonies in connection to allegedly assaulting ex-girlfriend Josie Harris.

The video above depicts Harris being wheeled away on a stretcher, following a confrontation in which she claims Mayweather punched her in the face. A September 9 police report states that the duo's kids escaped the house and ran to a guard station.

Floyd Mayweather really wants to get into his motherf-ckin house.

The boxer was stopped at the security gate of his Las Vegas home early on the morning of December 19. When asked for his ID, the athlete said he didn't have it - and then exploded at the guard who wouldn't immediately let him pass.

"Let me in my mother f**king house!!! You know who I am man... let me in my house!!!" Mayweather screams, also referencing the allegations made by another guard who claims the boxer smacked him:

"I had a problem here before when the security lied and said I touched him and I didn't!"

TMZ, who first posted the video above, says this tape has been turned over to police and it could be used in latest the battery case against Mayweather.

Floyd Mayweather was served with a warrant in Las Vegas last night and arrested in connection with an alleged November assault against a security guard in his neighborhood.

The boxer was at a casino on the strip when police came for him, but he doesn't look too sad about getting booked, does he? Perhaps the black jack table was being even less kind to Mayweather than the cops that took him in...

It's hard to say what Floyd Mayweather has more of: Championship belts or arrest warrants?

This case stems from a November 15 incident, in which a private security guard Shayne Smith claims Mayweather went off on him after Smith placed parking citations on two of the athlete's vehicles.

As first reported by TMZ, an employee inside Mayweather's gated Las Vegas community approached the athlete late yesterday afternoon and inquired about a parking situation. Mayweather allegedly responded to the question by poking the man in the face with his finger.

Police were called to the scene, but Mayweather did not answer their knocks on his front door. The case has now been turned over to the DA, who will decide whether or not to pursue it further.

Mayweather was due in court to face eight misdemeanor and felony charges, all of which stem from a September incident in which he allegedly punched Harris in the face and took her cell phone.

Reports indicate he also threatened to beat his children if they dialed 911. The world champion athlete could face up to 34 years in prison if convicted on charges that include felony coercion, grand larceny and robbery. He is due back in court January 24.
