Beyonce famously sang that girls run the world and based on the results of Forbes annual list of the most powerful celebrities, it seems she was on to something.

Thanks in part to her On the Run tour with Jay Z, Queen Bey pulled in an estimated $115 million in the past year, nearly doubling the earnings of her rapper husband.

Beyonce
Mrs. Carter tops the list. She pulled in an impressive $115 million in the past year.

Between rumors of marital troubles and the now-infamous Jay-Solance fight video, 2014 has seen Bey struggling with some problems in her personal life, but she clearly hasn't allowed the drama to affect her career.

Other celebs may earn more than Beyonce (Thanks to his deal with Beats Audio, Dr. Dre raked in an astonishing $620 million in 2013.), but according to Forbes  no one can match Mrs. Carter when it comes to sheer power.

Floyd Mayweather and T.I. brawled in Vegas over the weekend and as more details have emerged, we know more about what sparked their epic melee.

T.I.'s wife Tameka "Tiny" Cottle reportedly caused the fight, and the winner of the bout has been sharing his feelings about Cottle with anyone who cares to listen.

The video above shows Floyd in a club shortly after the fight. Chris Brown's song "Loyal" is on the speakers and Mayweather uses the opportunity to get in a dig at T.I. and his wife.

We're guessing the rapper won't care for Mayweather's comments:

Both T.I. and Floyd Mayweather have spoken out, in their own way, for the first time since their crazy brawl in Las Vegas this weekend.

As previously reported, the rapper and the boxer got into a chair-throwing fracas on Saturday night at a fast food chain on The Strip. What was the basis for this T.I. and Floyd Mayweather fight?

Insiders allege T.I. confronted Mayweather over a photo the former's wife posted to Instagram of herself and Mayweather's daughter, believing some tawdry was afoot.

Mayweather told T.I. to "control" his "bitch" - and it was on!

Now, amidst reports that Mayweather gave him two black eyes, T.I. has posted the following picture on Instagram and penned a caption to clarify this misapprehension.

TI and Floyd Mayweather got into a pretty amazing melee this weekend in Las Vegas, with the rapper beefing and actually taking swings at the legendary boxer.

What would set him off to the point where he'd attempt that act of lunacy? This:

Tameka Cottle, Floyd Mayweather's Daughter

According to reports, the Floyd Mayweather-T.I. fight stemmed from the fact that the rapper is pissed about the fighter possibly getting close to his wife Tiny.

Tameka "Tiny" Cottle wasn't at the scene of the rumble, to our knowledge, but she was in Vegas, and hours before, she posted this picture on Instagram.

She is seen posing with Floyd's daughter, calling the young girl her "new boo."

T.I. was extremely upset about the photo, and others his spouse posted.

Feeling her pictures were inappropriate, he set out to confront Floyd in person about the situation that had made him feel so disrespected, and did he ever!

Take a look at the footage below if you missed it Sunday:

A fight involving Floyd Mayweather broke out in Las Vegas last night.

But this one didn't involve any kind of undercard or pay-per-view order.

The boxer got into a major brawl with T.I. inside a Fatburger on The Strip, with the rapper actually taking a swing at the man many consider to be the best pound-for-pound boxer in history.

T.I. confronted Mayweather - allegedly over photos wife Tameka "Tiny" Cottle posted on Instagram with her “new boo,” Mayweather’s daughter - and threw a punch, which led to entourage members getting involved, chairs getting thrown and total chaos erupting.

WATCH NOW!

Mayweather supposedly told T.I. to "control your bitch" during the melee, which concluded when police arrived on the scene.

Justin Bieber and Floyd Mayweather may not be the likeliest of duos, but they've both been all over the news this week and the odd-couple BFFs decided to relieve the tension together with a bro-tastic spa day.

As Mayweather explains in the Instagram video above, "We call this the good life. Massage, pedicure...we make it do what it do."

Sadly, Biebs didn't offer his own commentary on making it "do what it do," as he was apparently lost in the pleasure of a professional rubdown.

Mayweather has been at the heart of a strange controversy following his recent revelation that he dumped fiancee Shantel Jackson upon learning that Jackson received an abortion.

Seemingly out of nowhere, Floyd Mayweather came out this week and said Shantel Jackson got an abortion last year.

The boxer took to social media - Facebook and Instagram, to be exact - and said he broke off the couple’s engagement last year because Jackson aborted the pair’s twins against his wishes.

Mayweather even posted a photo of an ultrasound as proof.

He has since removed the items, but it's now clear what set Floyd off in the first place: Jackson is dating Nelly!

An insider tells TMZ that Mayweather feels “betrayed” because Nelly is a member of his inner circle.

Floyd Mayweather has finally revealed the reason why he broke off his engagement to Shantel Jackson last year.

In posts on both his Facebook page and his Instagram account today, the boxer displayed what appears to be an ultrasound photo of two fetuses.

He then wrote that his ex-fiancee had an abortion against his wishes.

"The real reason me and Shantel Christine Jackson @missjackson broke up was because she got a abortion, and I’m totally against killing babies," Mayweather wrote. "She killed our twin babies."

Floyd Mayweather has been released from prison, and just in time, too: the poor guy was totally wasting away in there!

The boxer served two months of a 90-day sentence for domestic battery and walked out of Clark County Detention Center in Las Vegas yesterday. He hugged various friends and family members - including 50 Cent - on the way to his car, but did not say anything to the media.

Floyd Mayweather vs. Miguel Cotto

Mayweather was jailed on June 1 after pleading guilty to an incident in September 2010 where he got physical with Josie Harris, the mother of his three children.

It's unclear, boxing-wise, what the future now holds for the undefeated champion.

Fans are clamoring for a Mayweather versus Manny Pacquiao bout, yet there's little reason to believe this will happen any time soon. If ever. Mayweather has spoken of retirement and he did make $85 million in fight earnings last year - but when your nickname is "Money," you can never have enough.

We'll see him back in the ring soon.

Finally, Floyd Mayweather has suffered a defeat. By technical knockout, if you ask us.

Following a positively ridiculous petition from the athlete's lawyer - stating Mayweather should be released early from his 87-day prison term because he's wasting away and his career is at risk - a Nevada judge has responded and basically told the star boxer:

Cry me a frickin river.

Floyd Mayweather Trains

Denying Mayweather's request, the judge said in court yesterday that the athlete's supposedly withering physical state is "self-induced, as water is made available twenty-four hours a day."

He also called BS on the gripe that Mayweather's diet consists of just a few hundred calories/day, adding that "[Floyd] chooses not to eat the food provided" and concluding:

"While the training areas and times provided to Floyd may not be consistent with his prior regimen, he is indeed provided sufficient space and time for physical activity if he so chooses."

Here's a crazy suggestion, Floyd Mayweather: the next time you're worried about your training suffering behind bars, do not beat your baby mama.
