But a new report makes it clearer than ever: the quarterback is having no trouble scoring with Eva Longoria!

Rumors of Longoria and Sanchez as an item first started in June and are now heating up after the famous twosome allegedly spent two nights together over Labor Day weekend.

According to The New York Post, Longoria was spotted at Sanchez's home in Bedminster, New Jersey on Friday; she then took in a performance of "Rock of Ages" with the signal caller Saturday and followed that up by dining with Sanchez at Japanese hot spot Nobu in NYC.

Based on her marriage to Tony Parker, of course, we all know Eva has a thing for professional athletes.

The only question remaining: Did Sanchez split the gorgeous actress' uprights... if you know what we mean?!?

According to In Touch Weekly, the former Desperate Housewives star and the New York Jets starter are "testing the waters" of a relationship, taking extreme measures to ensure their romance remains under the radar.

Longoria supposedly donned a blonde wig during a recent night out with Sanchez and friends at New York's Hotel Griffou, where the burgeoning couple was spotted "laughing and having a great time."

They then jetted off to the Caribbean a couple weeks later.

Longoria recently split from Eduardo Cruz, while Sanchez was rumored to be an item with Kate Upton, possibly the only woman on Earth from whom Eva would be a step down.

Eva Longoria and Matt Barnes? That's the rumor of the day.

Having divorced San Antonio Spurs star Tony Parker in 2010, Eva was rumored to be dating Matt after the New York Post reported a dalliance on Sunday.

The Texas-born actress "may have her eye on a new baller," they said, noting that the two were "very flirty" while dining with friends in NYC Thursday.

"There was definitely a spark between Eva and Matt They weren't seated next to each other, but you could tell there was something between them ..."

"There was a little hand-holding and a lot of eye contact."

Matt Barnes and Gloria Govan broke up last week, and the NBA is locked out, freeing him up to potentially court Longoria. But she says it's not true. At all.

The 36-year-old Desperate Housewives star slammed the story on her Who Say account, "First Jessica Simpson, now this. Once again, press gets it wrong."

"Let me be very clear, Matt Barnes and I are not dating!"

Jessica Simpson is pregnant though. We got that right.

"We are doing a charity event together for Padres and Athletes vs. Cancer," Eva explained further. "Why is the truth never the headline? Why did I bother to comment when they put your statement at end of articles? #stillannoying."

Eva Longoria, who split from the Spurs point guard last year and started dating Penelope Cruz's brother in January, was spotted south of the border with her new man this week. They vacationed in Mexico with a few friends.

The couple is currently in Cabo and a friend tells People we're looking at a lot more than a fling.

"Things are getting very serious between Eva and Eduardo," the source says. "They're really happy."
