Rebecca Gayheart and Grey's Anatomy star Eric Dane have welcomed their second child together, another girl they've named Georgia Geraldine!

Gayheart, 40, and Dane, 39, have been married since 2004, and are already parents to daughter Billie Beatrice, who was born in March 2010.

"Rebecca Gayheart and husband Eric Dane welcomed Georgia Geraldine Dane on Dec. 28, just in time for the New Year!" the pair's rep says.

"Both mom and baby girl are happy and healthy, Billie is thrilled to be a big sister, and dad is getting ready to live in a house full of ladies!"

In August, an expectant Rebecca Gayheart shared with People some details about going through what was a more relaxed second pregnancy.

"What’s made it different is that I’m very focused on Billie … so I’m not very focused on [the pregnancy]. I'm not as neurotic," the actress said.

She also confessed to readying herself for the obstacles that awaited the couple as they prepared to parent two kids under the age of 2:

"I've heard that's very challenging. But I think I'm up for it. Eventually it's going to be great because they'll be very close in age, and to each other, hopefully."

Rebecca Gayheart and Eric Dane's marriage is in trouble, Life & Style reports.

Just a few months away from the birth of the pair's second child, according to a source, Gayheart is increasingly "having problems with his addictions."

"Eric went to rehab recently to try to get it all straight before the birth of their second kid. They are trying, but the marriage is not working out."

It's so serious, reports say the Grey's Anatomy star voluntarily remained in rehab after completing his program to battle a dependence on prescription painkillers.

While Eric is improving, he and Rebecca "aren't talking much." Reveals the insider, "Rebecca is trying to hold it all together as she deals with her pregnancy."

"But right now, she feels it's better if she's alone," adds the source, adding that Rebecca was also seen without her wedding ring twice in the last month.

Eric wants to make sure his problems are behind him before moving back in, and for now, "Rebecca's family has flown in from Kentucky to support her."

With a second child on the way, and with filming set to begin on season eight of Grey's Anatomy, Eric Dane has a lot to lose both personally and professionally.

Therefore - as a "preventative measure," according to a source - the actor recently checked into The Hills Treatment Center, a sober living recovery residence in Los Angeles.

Dane is there "to help him get off of pain medication that he was prescribed for a sports injury that he suffered over the recent hiatus. He reports back to work next week. Business as usual," the actor's spokesperson told Star Magazine.

Dane has starred on the aforementioned ABC hit since 2006 as Dr. Mark Sloan. We wish him a full, speedy, safe recovery.

Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart already have a toddler at home in Billie Beatrice, who was born in March 2010. Soon she'll be a big sister.

The couple is expecting their second child, a source confirmed.

The Grey's Anatomy actor and Gayheart were married in 2004.

"I don't know if there's any change more significant that a human being can make than that of a woman becoming a mother. There's no change more dramatic," Dane said of his beautiful wife earlier this spring.

"You know, I'm a hundred times more attracted to her now. I love her exponentially more than I did before. It's just great to see her be a mother."

"She's beautiful. When she came out, she was really alert, her eyes were open. The doctor gave her to her mom, and I was obviously very emotional."

Gayheart giving birth March 3 at L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center "was an overwhelming moment - probably the greatest one in my life thus far."

"We felt so blessed. The moment we've been waiting for finally came."

Parenthood has been life-changing for this nice couple.

"It changes how you look at things, how you feel about things," Dane says of his new role. "I like to think of myself as an artist, but I'm working for my kid."

"Now I'm a father. I grab my lunch pail, I go to work and I come home and I make sure my kid is taken care of, make sure my wife is take care of.

"Childbirth is a miracle," he adds, "and we've created this life."

The couple’s daughter arrived on Wednesday in Los Angeles, the couple's rep Nanci Ryder said. “Mother, father and daughter are doing great,” said Ryder.

A name has not yet been released, but the Grey's Anatomy star had previously said Gayheart wanted to meet the baby before making a final decision.

"I'm really excited," Dane told Ellen DeGeneres in an interview airing last month. "I'm just going to stay close to my wife and make sure she is all right."

The Grey's Anatomy star, who will also be guest starring on Private Practice January 14, and his wife confirmed they were expecting first child in November.

The couple, who tied the knot five years ago, haven't said much publicly about their baby-to-be, but they have expressed desire to start a family in the recent past.

"We've always wanted to be parents," Gayheart said.

"I think that without a doubt, Eric is going to be the most wonderful dad, and hopefully I'll be a good mom too. We're absolutely looking forward to it."

Grey's Anatomy hunk Eric Dane and Private Practice leading lady Kate Walsh will be teaming up in the newest crossover of those successful ABC medical dramas.

Here's the crossover situation:

• On Grey’s Anatomy, Dr. Mark Sloan (Dane) pleads with Addison to come to Seattle and help perform surgery on a patient (guest star Leven Rambin).
• On Private Practice, complications arise and Mark is forced to take the patient down to L.A. for more surgery, presumably also performed by Addison.

As for Mark's connection to the girl, whether sparks fly between the former lovers, and whether the relationship between Mark and Lexie is at all impacted?

That remains to be seen. But we can only assume it will involve serious surgical and sexual tension, plus a long-winded melodramatic monologue or eight.
