On the little-watched series season finale of LeAnn & Eddie, LeAnn announced that she was off birth control and hoping to get knocked up.

The show ended with LeAnn taking a pregnancy test that came up negative. A few months after that episode was filmed, however, LeAnn stepped out looking as though she might be concealing a baby bump:

LeAnn Rimes: Pregnant?

Sure, the baggy blouse and carefully positioned bag of leftovers could just be coincidental, but since she put the world on bump watch by announcing her intention to get pregnant, we're looking extra hard for clues.

So we have no way of knowing for sure if LeAnn is pregnant, but what we do know is that she's decided to express her feelings about the end of her reality show with a song about her fans...or her haters...or both. We're not really sure:

If you're feeling a tremendous weight off your shoulders this morning, it may have something to do with the fact that the world is no longer forced to suffer under the burden of VH1's failed effort to make LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian seem interesting.

LeAnn & Eddie was a ratings disaster from the start, and despite a valiant promotional effort, the two-timing couple was unable to attract more viewers as the season wore on.

It's clear that Rimes and Cibrian's scripted "reality" show will almost certainly not be back for a second season, so naturally LeAnn and Eddie decided to go out with a bang and fire one last round of shots at Eddie's long-suffering ex, Brandi Glanville.

LeAnn's desire to get pregnant has been a recurring theme on the show (and, we're guessing, in her marriage), so naturally the L&E finale included a nail-biting moment in which LeAnn pees into a wine glass only to find out that she's not knocked up.

It was a tough break, but LeAnn dealt with it admirably, declaring, "At least I can go drink now!"

The VH1 reality series LeAnn and Eddie may be a ratings disaster, but the title couple still earned a nice, seven-figure payday for their first season that no one watched.

Or should we say, Eddie Cibrian earned a nice seven-figure payday?

LeAnn Rimes With Eddie Cibrian

Yes, Star magazine reports that LeAnn has let Eddie keep every dime that the couple made from their carefully scripted series in order to help him feel "more masculine."

"She wants Eddie to have money of his own," a source tells the tabloid. "She thinks it's a good way to boost his self-esteem and make him feel that he doesn't have to rely on her."

Sure. He doesn't have to rely on her. The same eight people would watch the show if it was just called Eddie, right?

If you were ever on the fence in the ongoing Team LeAnn Rimes vs. Team Brandi Glanville feud, there's one thing that will likely get you off that fence:

LeAnn & Eddie. The couple's reality show is that bloody terrible.

  • Peace Out Brandi
  • Mr. & Mrs. Cibrian

Brandi Glanville has always held a certain place in our hearts due to her unfiltered nature, unabashed sarcasm, underrated wit and occasional charm.

Not to mention how amazing she looks in a bikini. Wowza.

Well, Rimes proves with each passing week how she and Cibrian are completely unable to demonstrate similarly redeeming qualities. On the contrary.

If you've been watching LeAnn & Eddie, and we feel sorry for you if you do, you know the extent to which these two will slam Brandi early and often.

Not that Glanville hasn't dished it out plenty in her day, but at this point, they just look sad dragging this out on TV, and she knows it too, Tweeting:

“Baby, baby, baby, I’m excited.” - LeAnn Rimes on LeAnn & Eddie

When her friend Chrissy pays a visit to Malibu armed with a baby girl, you knew a scripted episode featuring LeAnn Rimes' baby makin' thoughts was nigh.

Rimes ven had to take care of the cutie solo. What a coincidence.

Eddie Cibrian, meanwhile, started whining about Brandi Glanville.

“You'd think my ex would be incredibly excited that I’m with somebody who loves the kids like they’re her own,” Eddie told his hairdresser, totally off the cuff.

Great plug for LeAnn the stepmom as well as a dig at Brandi.

"We communicate a little bit over email about the kids, and that’s it," he said. "I mean, I hope she finds happiness. Maybe she would stop talking s--t. I doubt it.”

We do too, Ed.

LeAnn & Eddie is a ratings disaster, and it's almost certain that there won't be a season 2, but fortunately Rimes and Cibirian have chosen to script and rehearse just about every scene, so they'll be able to escape the mess without too much damage to their reputations.

In order to help keep up appearances, the couple even pretended a rented Malibu mansion (probably paid for by VH1) is their actual home!

"That house ups the glamour and makes LeAnn and Eddie look like they're living the high life," says a source close to the production.

"They want people to think they're rich, but the truth is they live in a much older, rustic house and definitely aren't swimming in money."

On last night's episode of LeAnn & Eddie, we saw LeAnn Rimes struggling to make amends with the father and former manager that she once sued into oblivion.

It was a welcome change of pace, as at this point in her "career," LeAnn is more famous for destroying other people's families.

As part of the endless promotional tour for her low-rated VH1 reality show, LeAnn recently gave yet another interview to People magazine in which she defended herself against charges of stealing another woman's husband and trying to slowly morph into Brandi Glanville:

"People are always trying to make it a story of me being a homewrecker and trying to take someone else's kids," said LeAnn. "They take the love I have for my family and twist it around in some weird, sick away."

The televised train wreck known as LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian's reality show will need some heavy promotion if it's gonna survive season one, so the homewrecking duo has been making the media rounds lately and saying things that reveal them to be even more delusional than we thought.

Take, for example, the recent interview in which Eddie opened up about the everlasting feud between LeAnn and his first wife, Brandi Glanville:

  • Brandi is Not Sorry

"My wife doesn't engage," says Eddie. "I mean if you want to look back, really dig down and be a journalist, look at the timelines and you will see there's a big discrepancy. There is really no going back and forth."

"I mean, you eventually have to say something, enough is enough, but the truth is, she always takes the high road."

Right. Apparently Eddie's forgotten about some of the more memorable exchanges between his first two wives:

LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian's reality series premiered on VH1 last night, and after just one episode, many are already saying that LeAnn and Eddie may be worst reality show ever.

Yes, it's really that bad. What's worse, however, might be the the couple's awkward, embarrassing efforts to promote the thing.

When they're not trashing Eddie's ex, Brandi Glanville, Rimes and Cibrian have devoted their press time to griping about how stupid the public is for buying into the tabloid rumors about them.

While their press junket has been one train wreck after another thus far, LeAnn and Eddie somehow hit a new low this morning during an interview for Jennifer Hutt's Sirius XM show.

LeAnn & Eddie, the new reality show of LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian, may have hit a new low for the genre, which says a lot given the competition.

Eddie and LeAnn Ad

The show, ironically, is marketed as the "truth" about the controversial celebrity couple, who feel they need to put "their side of the story" out there.

LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian, who had an affair while both were married to other people and then got married, cannot let go of the spotlight.

It's sad, considering that we've already watched Eddie's family fall apart in the public eye, yet this whole show is a giant exercise in their narcissism.

If you can’t laugh at your problems (home wrecking, ex-wives, parenting issues, tabloid scrutiny), they ask rhetorically, how can you go through life?

This would be a reasonable question if they weren't terrible individuals.

All of their alleged jokes are basically cheap shots at Brandi Glanville (no saint herself, obviously), and they come off as comically high on themselves.
