This is a wonderful man. He purchased this practice from an older physician and agreed to honor all patients that had been associated with the older doctor. This older physician had ANS as a patient. Dr. Kapoor is very very caring and willing to look everywhere to find an answer to a problem. Jerry Brown should be ashamed to drag this man's good name through the mud - it is just a political ploy by Brown to get some free publicity before he embarks on his bid run for governor. ANS was a drug addict - long before she met Dr. Kapoor. She became pregnant. She couldn't get off the drugs while she was pregnant so Dr. Kapoor prescribed methadone - a substitute drug that WOULD NOT HURT THE BABY. It is time to quit using this wonderful man as a pawn and to tell Jerry Brown to go find a Real Criminal to harrass

I unfortunately had to interact with this arrogant S.O.B. in a business transaction. He was rude and had an elitist attitude of entitlement. He's ethically challenged. I stood my ground with him on an issue and he tried to get me fired. My boss backed me up and I'm thrilled to see karma catch up with him. I hope he loses his license and goes away for a long time. Sandeep... You're fired!

I know Sandy socially and he's always been a nice man. I know a few people who are his patients and really liked him and respect him a lot. I hope he can come out of it.

I am a patient of Dr. Kapoor's and have always found him to be the kindest doctor I know. Most doctors today tend to rush through patients as quickly as possible, so Dr. Kapoor always taking his time and giving his full attention to his patients is a rarity.
As for this case, I have no question that he acted with the utmost medical integrity. Everyone is looking for a salacious news story and destroying a good doctor's reputation.

Yeah, the Sandy I knew was an arrogant, selfish, drug addict. It is a shame, I hope he doesn’t loose his license. But I would like to see him turn his life around, the poor thing.

This guy is an arrogant a-hole! I am not a patient of him but know him socially. I'm not surprised at all by all this. He always struck me as a type of person who would put his social standing before his ethics.

He's my doctor, too, and I've always found him to be very professional and compassionate. Sorry to see him dragged through the ringer like this. Hope he comes out okay.
