Dina Lohan swears she wasn't drunk on Dr. Phil. We're not so sure about that.

Lindsay Lohan's insane mom blames the editing for making her appear intoxicated in a new promo for her sit-down with the TV doc, airing next week.

A seemingly confused Dina acts so bizarre in the promo that even Phil seems baffled by her mere existence, and people wondered if she was blitzed.

She denies this vehemently and insists she was sober, telling TMZ defiantly: "I don’t care what it looks like. I’m fine and I don’t care what anyone says."

Dina Lohan Drunk

"All people saw was two minutes edited of an hour long interview. Of course they cut it to make it interesting. That’s their job. I don’t blame them."

"Some of the comments were taken out of context but I’m fine. I’m fine.”

Dina says the public shouldn't judge her until they see the interview, insisting she's a "good mom" ... guess you can be delusional even when sober.

"I think the interview will be good. I know what I said and the facts are what the facts are. The proof is in the facts. The truth will set you free."

Dina Lohan: "Look at you, you're in your little tie and your little shoes...." Dr. Phil: "I'm in my little tie and my little shoes … what the hell does that mean?"

The train wreck mother of Lindsay Lohan stops by Dr. Phil next week, and from the looks of the promo below, it goes about as well as you imagine it does.

She's basically a living, breathing advertisement for Alcoholics Anonymous.

When Dr. Phil is taking you to task for exploiting people, you know you've got issues. Did we mention Michael Lohan is also appearing via satellite?

Set your DVRs for this one people. Then do some soul-searching and reflect on your life and why the hell you would devote an hour of it to these people.

We're not judging, we're totally gonna be doing the same after we finish adding more Lindsay Lohan pictures to our gallery. We love that hot mess.

Terrell Owens appeared on Dr. Phil yesterday with the three (of the four) women he has children with, and the TV personality eviscerated all of them.

Very politely, but still.

The ex-NFL great and the mothers of the kids he fathered (and say he doesn't pay child support for) hashed out their differences in front of a live audience.

And Dr. Phil. The erstwhile TV shrink started the show by going fairly easy on Owens, and never got flat-out harsh with the footballer. But the truth hurts.

Phil basically told Owens he's an irresponsible human being (which T.O. to his credit acknowledged) and needs to be the father he personally never had.

It was a sad and confusing display, made all the more so by Owens, now nearly broke and alone, recalling of his (lack of) relationship with his own father.

Not that Terrell's previous flings were spared by any means.

Dr. Phil gave them a verbal dressing down as well, accusing them of stonewalling T.O. out of spite and likely scarring their children for life as a result.

We never thought we'd say this about the TV spectacle, but maybe they all needed to hear it from someone ... and Phil certainly doesn't mince words.

The Taylor Armstrong pity/exploitation/public service announcement tour continues today on Dr. Phil.

Following an explosive, controversial interview on Entertainment Tonight Tuesday - during which the Real Housewife of Beverly Hills detailed the alleged abuse she suffered at the hands of her dead husband - Armstrong will appear across from a man who knows all about profiting off the pain of others.

Watch a preview of the interview below and check your local listings to find out when you should stay as far away as possible from your TV it airs:

During the conversation, Taylor acknowledges that pressure from having his life recorded may have contributed to Russell's suicide.

"I can't say what he was thinking at the time [of his death], but what I can say is that I believe that if it weren't for the cameras, there's a chance I wouldn't be sitting here with you today," Armstrong.

As a mother of a five-year old, her response, of course, has been to quit the show and withdraw from the public spotlight as much as possible. Oh, no. Wait. It's been the exact opposite.

Cindy Anthony telling Dr. Phil McGraw that Casey Anthony had a seizure that may explain covering up 2-year-old Caylee Anathony's death for weeks?

Cindy insisting that Casey participated in a "hot body" contest while her daughter was missing (and presumably dead) strictly to help out a friend?

George Anthony admitting he and Cindy nearly divorced in 2006, after the family learned he had secretly racked up about $30,000 in gambling debts?

The Anthonys never having met Zanny the nanny, having no clue who Caylee's dad is, and suspecting Casey of stealing from them - yet doing nothing?

George claiming "he could never be out celebrating," and making it clear the two are divided over Casey's innocence, yet downplaying his own role?

Dr. Phil self-righteously claiming he would never interview "unconscionable psychopath" Casey Anthony herself, because "her actions said enough"?

McGraw trying to look like he's somehow above the fray by not paying the Anthonys, but rather donating the money to charity - run by the Anthonys?

This may have set the low water mark for TV "journalism."

George and Cindy Anthony are split over the innocence (or lack thereof) of their estranged daughter Casey Anthony, according to Dr. Phil McGraw.

"[George] is very critical," the TV psychologist said, while Cindy makes excuses for her daughter at every opportunity and lives in a state of denial.

Neither of Casey's parents have spoken to the 25-year-old since she was stunningly acquitted of murdering toddler Cayley Anthony back in July.

In an interview airing today and tomorrow, the Anthonys are speaking out on the death of their granddaughter and the public trial that followed.

Casey's defense lawyers claimed Caylee drowned accidentally and George tried to hide the child's body, having molested Casey as a child no less.

Both deny anything of the sort, but at the same time, Dr. Phil said Cindy and George "have a different view [of whether Casey murdered Caylee]."

Dr. Phil believes that Cindy Anthony, mother of Casey, is all about making excuses. As we know, Dr. Phil McGraw does not tolerate excuses. It's YOUR fault!

And in advance of his highly anticipated interview with George and Cindy Anthony, the first part of which airs today, Phil spoke on The View about Cindy.

"She seems to make an excuse at every turn," he said, adding that the grandmother of the slain Caylee Anthony is still "very much in denial."

The TV shrink also said he doesn't believe that George Anthony molested his daughter or that family dysfunction can explain Casey's behavior.

"I think it will change people's view, whether they liked them before or didn't," he said of his no-holds-barred interview down with the Anthonys.

To their credit, in exchange for their first TV interview, the parents of Casey Anthony asked for a donation to the non-profit Caylee's Fund.

Dr. Phil holds nothing back in his interview with Casey Anthony’s parents.

The much-anticipated sit-down with George and Cindy Anthony, which will now air Tuesday due to the Novak Djokovic vs. Rafael Nadal U.S. Open title match, is their first since Casey Anthony was acquitted of murdering Caylee.

Phil wants to make clear in previews that he GRILLS her folks ...

Specifically, Phil lays into Cindy over a chilling MySpace message she posted 12 days before she called 911 to declare Caylee Anthony missing.

“My Caylee is missing. She came into my life unexpectedly just as she has left me. Jealousy has taken her away, jealousy from the one person that should be thankful for all the love, support and strength given to her,” she wrote.

Cindy tells Dr. Phil that she didn’t mean it literally.

Are they misunderstood, grieving grandparents? Gold-digging weirdos? It's unclear to say the least. Perhaps Dr. Phil can figure out George and Cindy Anthony.

The September 12 season premiere of the Dr. Phil Show will find Phil sitting across from the parents of America's most hated individual, Casey Anthony.

The Anthonys will discuss their daughter's trial, during which they both testified, what their lives are like now, and finally the million-dollar question:

Did Casey kill Caylee Anthony? Here's Phil's promo:

Casey Anthony’s parents, George and Cindy Anthony, will break their silence in an interview with Dr. Phil on the blowhard's upcoming season premiere.

Airing September 12, the interview will mark the first time Cindy and George have spoken publicly since Casey was acquitted of murder charges in July.

Casey Anthony remains in hiding, although she may be forced to return to Florida imminently to serve probation for a check fraud conviction.

“Cindy and George have suffered a horrific loss with the untimely death of their granddaughter Caylee," Dr. Phil said in a press release this afternoon.

"They have since endured an unprecedented public attack on their family,”

“Have these attacks been warranted, or not? I looked them straight in the eye and asked some very tough questions. Despite living under a ‘media microscope’ for years," Phil adds, "THEIR story has never really been told."
