DJ AM Bio
DJ AM is a popular disc jockey who dates hot chicks (or famous chicks, to be more accurate) in order to boost his own celebrity. Or at least it carries that side benefit.
He is the former fiance of Nicole Richie and ex-beau of Mandy Moore. DJ AM's real name: Adam Goldstein. Not exactly hard core sounding, but neither is DJ AM. Oh well.
DJ AM actually used to be addicted to crystal meth and almost died. He is clean and has been for years now. All in all he seems like a good dude, from what we can tell.
On September 20, 2008, DJ AM was in a plane crash in Columbia, S.C., leaving him in critical condition along with Travis Barker, who he performed with earlier that night.
Fortunately, he is expected to recover fully - and he and Mandy Moore are now back together! Woo hoo!
