She didn't take the advice of THG readers, but Demi Moore has selected a new Twitter handle.

After stating a couple weeks ago that she was finally moving on from @Mrskutcher - we don't need to explain why, do we? - the actress debuted the chosen moniker yesterday.

"So hard finding a name that was fun somewhat playful and available," Moore wrote. "So for now it will be @justdemi It could grow on me! Thanks everyone for your help in finding my new name!"

The person behind Demi's need to change the handle, meanwhile, finds himself in trouble these days.

Thanks to this Ashton Kutcher Popchips ad, Moore's ex-husband is facing accusations of racism. And thanks to his role on Two and a Half Men, further allegations of not being remotely funny.

Demi Moore is ready.

To remain clean and sober? We hope so. To date a new man? Probably not. To change her Twitter handle? Yes, finally.

The actress made her first public appearance since exiting rehab last night - attending a private residence party in Beverly Hills to celebrate the launch of friend Amanda de Cadenet's TV show, The Conversation - and also made a request of followers on Twitter:

Demi Moore Tweet

Moore, of course, has been going by @Mrskutcher for years, sticking with the handle long after her divorce from Ashton Kutcher was finalized.

But now, days after posting her first Tweet in months, the star is prepared to move on... with our help! Submit your new handle suggestions below and consider THG's suggestions:

Ummm... we guess this is hot.

Demi Moore has Tweeted a picture of herself topless, but there's a PG-rated catch: we can't actually see the front of this actress, who included with the photo a caption that reads: "Remember.....you've got your own back."

Demi Moore Topless

Might this seemingly random act be a response to Ashton Kutcher's first promotional photo for Two and a Half Men, for which he poses naked? We'll likely never know the answer.

It's not the first time Demi has Tweeted out a shot of her body, either. There was this bikini pic in September of last year, which, combined with the latest image makes us think Moore needs a new movie role ASAP. She has way too much time on her (admittedly attractive) hands.

Ashton Kutcher has been accused of infidelity by Star Magazine.

The actor quickly Tweeted his innocence, threatening legal action against the publication. We tend to believe Kutcher, for a couple reasons:

  1. The source is a supermarket tabloid that quotes nary a named witness.
  2. Wife Demi Moore Tweeted the following photos this week. Seriously, who needs to go elsewhere when you can come home to this?
  • 47-Year Old Body
  • Demi Moore Twit Pic

Demi Moore is 47 years old. Amazing.

We know you're the queen of Twitter, Demi Moore, but everyone knows the worst thing you can do is start a feud with Perez Hilton. The low-life always wins, even by being a loser. He has no purpose, other than garnering attention.

Just the same, Moore decided to ignite a Twitter fight with Perez for three-week-old tweets like: "Tallulah Willis, 15, dressing like a slut! Look at her boobs!"

Tallulah, of course, is Demi's daughter with Bruce Willis.

While anyone can and should be pissed that this moron is talking trash about their daughter, it's best not to engage Perez. Ever. But Demi did, Tweeting:

"Clearly Perez Hilton isn't taking violating child pornography laws very seriously. He might not but there are alot of people who do! Anyone who advertises follows or supports Perez supports violating child pornography laws!"

Tallulah Willis is pictured below with her mom Demi Moore. Click here for the Tallulah picture in question, which Perez's original remark was based on.

Yes, she's 15, and calling her a slut is inappropriate, but come on, this is nothing we haven't seen from teenagers countless times ... usually Miley Cyrus.

Predictably, as soon as Moore fired that off, Perez took a well-earned break from drawing semen on celebrity pics and started Twittering like a madman:

  • "Expect another letter from my attorney, kitten. Xoxo"
  • "P.S. Bring it on, bitch!"
  • "That fine, upstanding, wholesome young lady is 15. Still waiting for you to retract your incorrect, libelous and defamatory statements"
  • "And thanks for drawing MORE attention to your daughter's behavior and your parenting skills (or lack thereof). U r real smart!"

Wonderful and highly intelligent stuff, as always. Demi responded with "This is not a game. Children should not be exploited. They must be protected."

Perez Hilton hit back at that one with: "Ur daughter has been an actress in Bruce's films. You 2 have been exploiting Tallulah for quite some time."

In closing, Demi Moore is an idiot. We totally get why you'd want to beat the crap out of him, a la will.i.am, but way to call attention to Tallulah photos no one was talking about, and call out Perez in a forum where everyone can see it.

Whose side are you on?

You can't leave an immature husband alone for a second these days.

Just a few months after posting this half-naked Demi Moore pic, Ashton Kutcher again had some fun at his cougar wife's expense by enlisting Photoshop to give her a fake Mohawk. This creation was then posted on Twitter ...

47-Year Old Body

Demi Moore is bringing the Mohawk back ... Twitter style.

Proud of his artistic creation, Kutcher presented it to his million-plus followers: "Wifey just got a new haircut," he Tweeted. "What do you guys think? I love it."

He got a response fast. "I have the buzzer ready baby!" Demi Twittered back.

"I'm just playing baby, but I think you'd look great with that cut," he insisted.

While we are in no place to criticize anyone's relationship, especially if they make each other happy, do you think Ashton is going overboard with the Twittering? Can there be too much of a good, social networking thing?

We ask you: Is Ashton Kutcher cool?

Recent reports of a proposed Twitter reality show (we wish we were kidding) is not sitting well with two of the "social networking" tool's most famous users:

Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore.

"I hope this isn't true," Demi wrote on Twitter in response to the planned Twitter series. "If it is, our Twitter time may come to a quick and sad end!"

She added, "This would not be a smart move for Twitter!"

Her husband, Ashton Kutcher - the undisputed Twitter king with over two million followers - was equally disturbed by the idea of a TV series.

"Wow I hope this isn't true," the man known as AplusK wrote on his page. "I really don't like being sold out. May have to take a Twitter hiatus."

How tragic would that be? If he were no longer able to post a half-naked Demi Moore pic for the world to see, the world would be worse for it.

Without Twitter, would these two be forced to speak to each other?

As reported by Access Hollywood, Twitter is teaming up with two production companies to develop an unscripted show based on the site. The show would utilize Twitter, dispatching players on the trail of stars in an interactive, competitive format.

Kutcher said the planned show could create a safety concern for celebrities: "I don't want to be stalked!!! It's all fun and games until somebody gets stalked."

While it may seem like everyone is addicted to Twitter, some celebrities actually steer clear of the site. Kanye West, Ben McKenize, Drew Barrymore, Beyonce and Zac Efron, among others, don't wish to tell the world their every move.

"I don't have a Twitter, a MySpace or a Facebook or anything like that," Zac told People. "I kind of value in people not knowing where I am or what I'm doing."

He added that his Twitter updates wouldn't be worth posting, saying, "I'm on the toilet. Still on the toilet. Guys, dot-dot-dot, out of TP. Still on the toilet."

LOL, Zac. And Amen to that.

Ashton Kutcher is a dumbass.

Not that we're complaining, as we get to hear his innermost thoughts, all the time, and they are far from unfunny. But to do this to your wife? Asking for it.

Amanda Bynes Twit Pic

The actor, who attended Bruce Willis' wedding to Emma Heming Saturday in the Turks and Caicos Islands with wife Demi Moore, has taken to his Twitter page to dole out relationship advice to the masses. Among his sage words:

"For me it's about relearning that supporting my wife isn't about providing $ and Home, it's about supporting her desires, needs and emotions." How wise.

"Greatest lesson in my marriage. Don't try to solve her problems, just listen, love and be supportive. This is the opposite of male nature." Again, profound.

"2nd greatest lesson. When she says time for bed, hop to, good things await."

Then, best of all, Ashton posted this picture of Demi Moore bending over in the bathroom, with the request, "Shhh. Don't tell wifey." His vantage point:

While this juvenile behavior isn't quite as funny as his video rants about his neighbor's construction, Stephen Colbert would still be proud that Ashton twatted this.
