The actress insisted on spousal support from her estranged husband, an unusual request that is unlikely to be granted because Moore is far wealthier than Kutcher.

But insiders tell TMZ that Moore doesn't expect the support to be included in any settlement; she's simply "really hurt" by Ashton, believes he was a "bad husband" and is seeking whatever retribution she can find.

TMZ has obtained the documents and they ask for spousal support from Ashton Kutcher, even though the actress reportedly makes far more than the Two and a Half Men star.

After all, the actress is reportedly lapping up Lindsay Lohan's sloppy seconds.

Sources confirm to Page Six that Moore is dating Harry Morton, the founder of Pink Taco restaurants and the 31-year old who got with Lohan way back in 2006.

Moore and Morton were spotted holding hands Saturday while visiting the Stanley Kubrick show at LACMA, posing with visitors at the museum and seemingly content in their icky relationship.

More than a year after they separated, it's now nice and legal: Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher are getting a divorce.

The actor filed legal papers today in Los Angeles Superior Court, with Kutcher citing "irreconcilable differences" as the basis for the split and with spousal support as a seeming non-issue.

He is not seeking any from Moore and he has told the court not to deny Demi's request if she makes one.

Kutcher and Moore announced the end of their marriage last November, following Kutcher's exposed affair with Sara Leal.

According to Page Six, the actress is moving on from Ashton Kutcher with yet another boy toy, some 26-year old named Vito Schnabel.

Schnabel is the son of famous painter Julian. He's an art dealer who was linked romantically to Elle MacPherson in 2008.

Witnesses tell The New York Post that Moore and Schnabel first cozied up at the 50th birthday bash for Naomi Campbell's boyfriend in India this month.
