Demi Lovato gets very personal in the latest issue of Cosmo on Campus.

Speaking to the British publication, the actress/singer touches on her long-time eating disorder, the perception of her body and the mistakes she believes many young women make when it comes to the opposite sex.

"I was about 12 or 13 when I developed my eating disorder, and at that time nobody in the public eye talked about their body issues," says the 20-year old, whose problems went far beyond a focus on healthy recipes.

OUCH!

Demi Lovato just endured a very painful weekend - and not because she's a San Francisco 49ers fan.

The young singer apparently fell hard to the floor on Friday, Tweeting photos of a badly-bruised leg, a cast and crutches and including a caption with them that says it all:

"This sucks."

Earlier in the week, Lovato gave followers a pretty clear idea of what led to this injury, writing: "Never, ever, ever, EVER let your roommate clean your hardwood floors with Pledge."

The artist has been residing in a sober living house in Los Angeles for the past few months as she attempts to remain clean, sober and eating disorder-free.

We wish her a speedy recovery from this latest mishap.

Demi Lovato deserves nothing but props and praise for taking her rehabilitation as seriously as any celebrity in recent memory.

Unsatisfied with the treatment she got two years ago for an eating disorder and cutting, among other personal issues, The X Factor judge has been residing in a sober living house.

TMZ confirms that Lovato may own a very large home, but she retired each night after filming the Fox series to a facility with counselors and other addicts.

Demi Lovato has come out with a special new single.

Almost two weeks after 26 individuals lost their lives at the hands of Adam Lanza, The X Factor judge has dedicated a version of "Angels Among Us" to those affected by the massacre.

"We can never imagine what the families in Newtown, CT are experiencing right now," the video says in its opening. "And while there is nothing we can do to replace their loss, we can stand together and support them during this difficult time. This song is in honor of those angels we lost on December 14."

It's a beautiful gesture, a lot more uplifting than Jesse James' gun rant.

Thank you, Demi, for striking the perfect note with this song.
