A year ago, Demi Lovato was spiraling toward rehab, just a couple months away from the incident that would finally make her realize: enough is enough.

Fast forward 12 months, though, and Lovato has turned her life around. She's completed treatment, she's owned up to Bipolar Disorder and she's talked honestly many of her personal demons. Professionally?

Demi has a new album, titled "Unbroken," hitting stores in exactly one month! We wish her continued luck and, on August 20, 2011, we wish her a happy 19th birthday! Send in your best wishes now and check out the artist at last weekend's Do Something Awards:

Demi Lovato isn't saying much about her upcoming album, which will be released on September 20.

But Timbaland has revealed he's worked with the artist on at least one track, while OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder says he collaborated with Lovato on the single "Who's That?" and "Demi blew me out of the water vocally!"

Is Demi Lovato the next Kelly Clarkson? Yes, swears Ryan Tedder.

Added Tedder, gushing: "I had no idea how good her voice is. She's one of the best singers I've ever worked with. Literally, that good... I mean, she's a Kelly Clarkson-level vocalist. And Kelly has a set of pipes."

Demi Lovato took to Twitter last night and revealed the name of her upcoming, which will drop on September 20. It will be titled... Unbroken.

Seems apt, doesn't it? Lovato has overcome a great deal in her personal life, recently opening up to Elle about when enough was enough and she knew she needed professional help. She's also released a new single, "Skyscraper," that chronicles her journey.

Along with the album title announcement, Demi Tweeted the following sneak peek at the CD's artwork:

So, what kind of music can fans expect from Lovato? She's hinted that the album will have an R&B flavor and we can confirm she's recorded at least one track with Timbaland.

Sounds like Unbroken will be anything but uninteresting.

On September 20, Demi Lovato will release a new album, one she recently said will feature an R&B flavor.

Now, thanks to the beauty of Twitter, we have an even clearer idea of what the CD will sound like: Lovato has entered the recording studio with Timbaland, as the rapper/producer wrote following their first session together:

"Yo @ddlovato you killed dat song i gave u. I just pick 2 more for you from one of the producer out my camp @wizz_dumb for u to do 2morrow. (sic)"

Timbaland's younger brother, Sebastian Mosley, also chimed in: "Demi (@ddlovato) is killing it in the booth singing right now. Girl's got a serious voice on her."

We can't wait to hear what this pair comes up with for the album!
