Are The Jonas Brothers breaking up? We sincerely hope not.

But while their future on the music stage might be up in the air, we know exactly where you'll find these siblings this summer: on the big screen.

All brothers return for Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam. They'll be joined in the sequel by Demi Lovato, as Joe Jonas offered fans a preview of the movie this week. He said:

"There's a lot more romance with my character and even with Nick's character. The romance, the singing and dancing – everything is bigger and better."

As for his on-screen persona, Joe says "the romance between Shane and Mitchie (Lovato) is still there and it continues to grow," but there will be an obstacle: a competing music camp called Camp Star.

The youngest Jonas brother, Frankie, also has a role in the movie. Lovato told People she can't get enough of working with the entire family:

"They are so easy to work with and we just hangout and have fun. They are like my brothers and they are my best friends. They always make me laugh."

There's no place for friendship on the red carpet.

Demi Lovato and Selena Gomez may be BFFs, but you'd never know it from the face-off below.

Demi Lovato loves Joe Jonas... but only as a friend!

The young superstar has taken to her Twitter account to shoot down rumors of a romance between herself and her BFF. Demi writes:

"There's been a lot of rumors lately that I'm dating one of my best friends Joe. I can promise my entire career that I am not. It's unfortunate that some people out there are so desperate for attention that they have to make up gossip to keep their site alive.

"We've NEVER dated. He's incredible, but we don't have feelings for each other in that way. I love you guys, and I wouldn't lie about that."

Note to Lovato: have you seen Joe in a tanktop?!? You might wanna revise this relationship.

Just think of how many times you could get to first base - and only first base! - if you and Jonas dated. Let us know what you decide.

Over the last few weeks, former fans of Miley Cyrus have turned against the Disney performer.

Many have clearly grown sick of her self-serving Twitter messages; her inappropriate acts on stage; her blatant lying over a relationship with Liam Hemsworth.

But we had no idea this tension extended all the way to Miley's supposedly best friends... until now! Over the weekend, Cyrus posted this photograph of herself and Demi Lovato on Twitter:

The image is months old, taken from a premiere of Miley's Hannah Montana movie, and it was accompanied by this message from Cyrus:

Now this is what true friendship looks like. None of that hollywood crap.** @ddlovato I miss you :)

Lovato's immediate, cryptic reply? Yeah... It's just kind of hard to miss somebody that I don't know anymore.

Ouch! Instead of asking the usual question - why are these two holding a private conversation over a public forum? - we're gonna focus on the reason why Demi might be mad at Miley.

She did break up with Cyrus' brother, Trace, in July. But the friendship seemed stable despite that awkward situation. Perhaps Lovato is simply as sick with Miley's antics as the rest of us.

After all, it must be difficult to remain close with someone that only thinks about herself.

You have to sort of hand it to Miley Cyrus: in the video below, she's directing attention to a cause that isn't 100% about herself. That's a big step for the egomaniacal superstar.

Cyrus has teamed with fellow teen icons the Jonas Brothers, Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato on the song "Send It On."

The single is meant to unite these stars and their fans in calling attention to the environment while also lining the pockets of Disney executives.

As key parts in Disney’s Friends for Change: Project Green - an effort to alert viewers on the best ways to protect the planet - Miley, Nick, Kevin, Joe, Selena and Demi are modeling themselves after the celebrities involved in the 1985 "We are the World" campaign, a song written by Michael Jackson that benefited African famine relief.

Both projects may have good intentions, but both are incredibly high on the unintentional comedy scale. Just try to keep a straight face when the camera zooms in on Nick Jonas below:

Over a year ago, we asked if Demi Lovato might be the next Miley Cyrus.

Based on the latest Billboard 200 list, that prophecy might finally be coming true.

The young singer's album, "Here We Go Again," sold 107,000 copies last week and is currently the top-selling CD in all the land.

Well, sort of. Michael Jackson’s "Number Ones" actually sold 151,000 copies but it doesn’t count for the Billboard 200 because it’s too old.

An unusual, nonsensical rule? Yes. But at least it gives Demi something to celebrate. Hopefully this helps on her road to cutting recovery.

For awhile, the Internet was abuzz with rumors of a feud between Demi Lovato and Miley Cyrus.

In the latest issue of Britain's Sugar magazine, however, the Sonny With A Chance star cleared up the controversy - and said her relationship with Cyrus was anything but contentious.

Lovato told the publication that she refers to Miley as "Dragon," a reference to the movie Step Brothers.

Jokes aside, Demi said her friend has "given me so much advice." For example:

"Recently she sent me this four-page text message encouraging me and telling me she has faith in me. It was so inspiring and made me feel great – because I do get a bit overwhelmed by the paps sometimes."

Demi, of course, recently broke up with Miley's brother, Trace Cyrus. But that hasn't affected her bond with the Hannah Montana star.

As for her other celebrity friends, the Jonas Brothers, Lovato told the magazine: "Everyone asks me if I fancy them, but I totally don't!"

Are you sure, Demi? Joe Jonas is single now. Just sayin.

Following a lengthy flirtation over Twitter, Demi Lovato and Trace Cyrus have ended their brief relationship.

Miley's older brother opened up about the break-up to People.

"Demi is one of my good friends and I definitely became very, very close with her in the past few months, and it's something I really wanted to make work. But unfortunately, we both have very busy schedules," the Metro Station singer said.

Trace says he and Demi remain close pals, despite the split.

"We gave it a shot and that's all you can do," says Cyrus. "Every time I hung out with that girl or talked on the phone with her, it was amazing. She's someone I can totally relate to... Maybe when she's older and we've both matured, we'll be looking for the same thing and it can work out."

For now, based on the recent rumor of Lovato cutting herself, we just hope Demi is dealing with this break up well.

New rumors are swirling around Demi Lovato, as tabloids have published photos that appear to depict the Disney star's troubling habit of cutting herself, a self-mutilation reaction that some use to deal with difficult emotional issues.

Speculation first started around eight months, as the first set of questionable pics were released, seemingly showing Lovato's scarred wrists.

Now, Star Magazine has unleashed the pictures below:

"Demi has been really stressed out about her new show, Sonny with a Chance," a source told Star. "She's not getting enough downtime because there is so much work involved, and she's always being pulled in different directions."

Can such pressure lead to destructive behavior? Yes, says Jennifer Austin Leigh, a doctor that has never treated Lovato, yet, apparently, has also never turned down an opportunity for fame.

"Cutting is how she can let go of the stress that has built up inside - when she cuts herself, it's a way to cope," said the San Francisco–based psychologist.
