Despite endearing herself to millions of viewers throughout the United States and her native Canada, lovable, laid-back Jillian Harris was eliminated last night.

After last night's episode, The Bachelor field stands at two.

Or is it three?

Could Jason Mesnick possibly end up with DeAnna Pappas after all this time?

She shattered his heart on The Bachelorette. Might he similarly crush the hopes and dreams of both Molly Malaney and Melissa Rycroft in The Bachelor season finale?

The previews airing after Monday's episode of The Bachelor and the previous week's show made quite clear that DeAnna is returning - maybe to beg for another shot?

Some fans believe it's just crafty editing and this outcome is unlikely, but we know DeAnna will play a role in the March 2 season-ender. The only question is what.

So who do you think will win The Bachelor? Will it be Melissa Rycroft, Molly Malaney, or DeAnna Pappas in the biggest reality TV shocker in history?

The Hollywood Gossip's recap of The Bachelor is a rundown of our favorite (and least favorite) moments, with points awarded or deducted as we see fit.

Last night, the three women accompanied Jason Mesnick to New Zealand - where he made a surprise choice in which one he sent home. Let's get to it ...

Jason Mesnick, DeAnna Pappas Photo

Plus 10 for New Zealand. Jealous.

Jason took Jillian to the edge of a cliff and said: "It was just the two of us. There was no one else around for miles and miles..." Minus 5 for ABC's boom mic guy getting in the way of Jason completing that thought.

This week's special feature: Plus 1 for every boring euphemism for sex the writers can come up with. So far: Spend the night together. Connect physically. Handle all this fire. See the passion. Time alone. This week's total: Plus 5!

Sweet mother of ... Jason actually pulled the Titanic card and proceeded to spread his arms in an I'm-the-king-of-the-world sort of way. Minus Infinity.

Jason on the suite card: It was "from Chris to give to me to give to her..." Minus 5. Not as romantic to acknowledge the pimp-like role Chris Harrison plays in all this. But Plus 12 for the pimp-like role Chris Harrison plays in all this.

Despite giving off the impression that she's forcing it and isn't quite sure why she's there, Molly Malaney stuns Jillian for the second rose and earns a place in the finals! Could it be that less enthusiasm and insanity is more? Plus 11.

Melissa Rycroft just wants her parents to see how happy Jason makes her? Their dates are being FILMED! Minus 3, because that makes no sense, and Minus 6 more for the obvious overplaying of the parental absence for two weeks now.

The picture frames of the girls Jason gazes upon contain the same promotional stock pics we use on this site! You can't get any other candid photos, ABC? Minus 4.

Plus 5 for Melissa's video, because it is by far the most sincere and least awkward. On a related note, Jillian refers to Jason as "babe" in hers, while Molly goes with "J" and Melissa the ever-annoying "you." Minus 1 for Jillian and Melissa.

"Dude, when you're 90, you want to be with your best friend." - Jillian Harris. We know you're all laid back and cool and Canadian, Jill, but never start a sentence with "dude" and expect to be taken seriously. Minus 8.

Minus 7 for Jillian for making up that dream about Ty after getting eliminated. Just move on, girl. Sorry, that was mean. Bad us. Minus 5 for our staff.

Finally, Plus 30 for the melodramatic setup to the "shocking" finale and the "intimate" After the Final Rose special to follow. What happened is so emotional ... that we've decided to keep it as intimate as possible. What does that even mean?

Oh, and Plus 16 for that great deleted scene with Jason and Molly in the tub, with their microphones malfunctioning. We imagine 98 percent of the show is like this.

TOTAL: -Infinity, +47! A quick list of who's in and out on The Bachelor...

Roses received at ceremony: Molly, Melissa.

Booted By Jason Mesnick: Jillian.

With her heavily-hyped reunion with The Bachelor star Jason Mesnick drawing near on the season finale, DeAnna Pappas has revealed some additional details about why she rejected Mesnick in favor of Jesse Csincsak - then later dumped Csincsak.

"I believe that we all make mistakes in our lives and we learn from them ... it came down to two totally different people. Jason, who has it all together has everything a woman would want. And then there's Jesse, who kind of was a wild card," she told Extra.

The Bachelor Wedding Photo

"For me, I felt like the wild card was going to work out. Someone to keep me on my toes. Eventually, it wasn't what I was attracted to anymore," she added.

Both Jason Mesnick and Jesse Csincsak attempted to propose marriage to DeAnna Pappas during July's broadcast of The Bachelorette's fourth-season finale.

DeAnna Pappas rejected Mesnick, on bended knee, before he could follow through with his marriage proposal offer and presented Csincsak with her final rose.

Things initially seemed to go well for the engaged couple, but after months of wavering over a wedding location, Pappas announced she had broken up with Csincsak.

That split took place in November.

As for her reunion in New Zealand with Mesnick on The Bachelor, Pappas said it was a positive experience for her - and hopefully for The Bachelor viewers as well.

"I believe that it's going to resolve some issues for myself and possibly some viewers," she said.

When speaking of DeAnna Pappas' surprise visit, which will air in two weeks, Mesnick admitted to being caught off guard by the appearance of his ex-flame.

"Of course it threw me off. I fell in love with her and I went through my healing process. She's the last person I expected to see, especially in New Zealand," he said.

Tonight on The Bachelor, Jason Mesnick takes the final three bachelorettes to New Zealand for overnight dates - where the fantasy suite may or may not be in play.

Later, the L-word is dropped by one of the three girls, and one is sent home at the end. Will it be Melissa Rycroft, Jillian Harris or Molly Malaney hitting the road?

Check out the sneak preview below ...

Pretty standard promo - except for the part about the "shocking" season finale, which is already being hyped even before tonight's elimination has been announced.

We're referring to the millisecond-long shot about two-thirds of the way in, which clearly shows Jason kissing a woman that really, really looks like DeAnna Pappas.

We know she's coming back to the show in some capacity, but is she really making a play for The Bachelor's heart? We're fairly certain it's her. See screen cap below:

Jason Mesnick Kissing DeAnna Pappas

Scandalous, to say the least - either if it actually happens, or if ABC used old footage from last season's The Bachelorette as the ultimate fake-out. Wouldn't surprise us.

What do you think? Would Jason actually choose DeAnna Pappas if given the choice over his remaining options this season, or is this all just reality TV smoke and mirrors?

We'll find out soon enough. For now, follow the jump for a two-minute clip from tonight's episode, in which Molly Malaney and Jason go bungee jumping ...

The Hollywood Gossip's recap of The Bachelor is a rundown of our favorite (and least favorite) moments, with points awarded or deducted as we see fit. Last night, the four women took Jason to their hometowns. Let's get to it ...

Plus 5 for ABC subtly plugging Dancing with the Stars via Jillian Harris' mom's take on relationships: "Life is a dance and you learn as you go."

Minus 4 for Jillian literally mixing her cliches: "I literally catapulted off the couch. It was like a total cherry on the top of a perfect day."

In Michigan, Molly Malaney's dad offered her the best Guns n' Roses-themed advice of the evening: don't cry. Simple, yet profound. Plus 11. (Jillian's mom blew a chance to warn her about getting caught in November Rain... again.)

The Malaney hat box was great, too, leaving both Jason and Molly momentarily mortified. Plus 4. And Plus 3 more for Molly's adorable argyle sweater!

Minus 4 for mimosas in a Thermos. It's just weird, Naomi. But not as much as referring to Jason Mesnick as her "potential future husband" three times in 90 seconds.

Hector: There's just one God. Joanne: There are multiple lifetimes. Mmm. Minus 12 because this awkwardness sealed Naomi's fate long before the Rose Ceremony.

  • Jason and Jillian on The Bachelor
  • Jason and Melissa on The Bachelor

Canada's Jillian Harris was the big winner of the night, while Jason Mesnick received a bit of a surprise when Melissa Rycroft said her parents would not be participating.

A surprising Plus 13 for Melissa Rycroft's parents declining to participate on the show. No offense to Melissa for her decision to go on The Bachelor - thank goodness she did! - but you have to admire her folks' stance in a way.

Minus 5 at the same time, though, because they could support their daughter a little. They didn't even go to games when she was a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader? Her surprisingly low self-esteem for a girl so gorgeous makes sense now.

Plus 6 for Jason Mesnick keeping Melissa around in spite of this setback. Besides, her family's no-show still leaves them light years ahead of Naomi's family. Let's hear it for victory by omission! You wonder if Melissa Rycroft heard how Naomi's date went, decided she already had a rose in the bag and told her parents not to bother.

Obligatory Plus 3 for Chris Harrison and his dashing good looks.

A brief discussion of next week's previews: New Zealand? Really? Jealous. Plus 4. OMG, is there some doubt about Jason and Molly's chemistry? Minus 7. Okay, did Melissa not tell her folks she was even going on the show? Minus 2. Finally, re: DeAnna Pappas' return - if we're supposed to believe what we saw (and it's not ABC having a field day with us), DeAnna tells Jason she made a mistake - and he still has a chance with her?! Minus 13, because we don't buy it ... but totally Plus 35 because that would be, as Chris Harrison's voiceover says, "the most shocking twist in Bachelor history."

TOTAL: +36! A quick list of who's in and out on The Bachelor...

Roses received at ceremony: Molly, Melissa, Jillian.

Given the Heave-Ho By Jason Mesnick: Naomi.

Does Jason Mesnick shun favorite Melissa Rycroft? Or does he send Naomi packing? Is Molly Malaney the cutest thing ever? Will DeAnna Pappas return again?

All these questions and more will be answered on tonight’s much-anticipated episode of The Bachelor as the reality show's 13th (and best) season continues.

The surprises have been manifold. Last week, Jason Mesnick shocked the world when he declined to hand out the final rose during the dramatic rose ceremony.

Megan, Lauren and Shannon were all sent home broken-hearted, even though the show's rules permitted Jason to dole out one last rose to a lucky lady.

This epic season is quickly drawing to a close, with a number of questions unanswered. For one, DeAnna Pappas' much-touted appearance has fallen off the radar so far. DeAnna hasn’t appeared since the premiere. Will she be back tonight?

Jason Mesnick and DeAnna Pappas on The Bachelorette season finale.

Elsewhere, in case you missed the previews for tonight’s episode, big things happen with both Melissa and Naomi (Molly, Stephanie and Jillian round out the field).

ABC makes it seem as if Melissa Rycroft is stood up by Jason, and that it’s Naomi crying at the end of the rose ceremony. But you know how those previews can be.

What do you think? Will Jason Mesnick send Naomi home at the end of the Seattle dates? Will Melissa get stood up so Jason can go on a date with DeAnna instead?

We'll see, but don't count Melissa out based on a stupid promo.

Their love connection is, like, so real. Follow the jump for a touching video (put together by someone with even more time on their hands than our interns have) of some of Jason Mesnick and Melissa Rycroft's best moments so far ...

Former star of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette DeAnna Pappas didn’t get her fairy-tale ending after enduring two seasons on the reality TV shows.

But that hasn’t stopped her from helping other frazzled brides-to-be plan their big day as the host of Get Married, a wedding advice show that airs on Lifetime.

The Bachelorette Promo Pic

She's definitely got the right experience! Oh, wait.

In an interview with People, DeAnna Pappas, 27, chatted about weddings, why she and ex Jesse Csincsak broke up, and her much-anticipated visit to The Bachelor pad now inhabited by her Bachelorette runner-up, Jason Mesnick.

Q: Tell us about your new co-hosting gig on Get Married?

DeAnna Pappas: It is the bride’s guide to getting married, from finding the right dress and invitations to writing vows, picking a cake and planning the honeymoon. The show handles broad topics and refers viewers to the site GetMarried.com where they can find local vendors and even more tips. My co-host Colin Cowie and I also have blogs on the site. Me, I just talk about everyday life and my ongoing quest for love.

Q: Why did you want to host this show?

DeAnna Pappas: When the opportunity first came about, I was engaged, and when the president of the company contacted me in Colorado, I thought I could learn something [for my wedding] and follow my TV hosting dream. I flew back home to Atlanta and met with her. It is a very close-knit family, a comfortable setting and I really liked their goal of helping brides and grooms.

The Bachelorette star DeAnna Pappas didn’t get her happily ever after (for the second straight time), but she’ll be helping other brides-to-be plan their dream weddings. Something she is well-versed in after the past year. Oh, wait ...

DeAnna, who recently called off her engagement to pro snowboarder Jesse Csincsak, will be co-hosting Lifetime network’s Get Married, a show that covers all things weddings. Something she is very knowledgeable about ... not having.

The second season premieres January 5 - not long before another of DeAnna's famous rejectees, Jason Mesnick, debuts on the new season of The Bachelor.

DeAnna Pappas announced her new gig on the show's blog.

“I am so happy to be co-hosting the new season of Get Married! Every weekday morning I will be bringing you the latest in wedding planning tips and trends, and weekly I will be blogging here at bloggerbrides.com,” Pappas writes.

“Many of you may know me from seeing me on television looking for love ... The second show, many of you watched as I got down to one man ... he got down on one knee and proposed to me ... unfortunately we have since gone our separate ways but still remain very good friends. From my personal love experiences and sharing the ups and downs of love with my friends, I have become a go-to girl among my girlfriends who have become beautiful brides themselves.”

In light of her recent breakup with Jesse Csincsak - which even Bachelor host Chris Harrison says was sparked by her "going Hollywood" - some question if DeAnna really makes the best co-host of a wedding show. What a crazy notion.

But Get Married CEO Stacie Francombe, who hired Pappas after watching her on The Bachelorette’s fourth season, maintains DeAnna is the right person for the job.

“The truth is going to come out as to what really happened,” she says. “She’s very real and very honest about who she is and what she wants in life. She wants to talk to brides, she wants to help them and she wants to listen to them.”

As for DeAnna Pappas, she's very much in search of Mr. Just Right.

“[Jesse Csincsak] is a wonderful man and will make some woman very happy one day,” Pappas laments, but not for too long of course. “As for me, I still VERY much want to be in love, GET MARRIED, and start a family of my own!”

In was a little over a week ago that Jesse Csincsak revealed via webcam that his world had been shattered by fiancee DeAnna Pappas.

Today, the spurned snowboarder is opening up about the breakup and discussing his dating future in a deep interview with TV Guide ...

Q: Why go on YouTube to present your side? Why not just issue a joint press release?

Jesse Csincsak: We were going to do that, but some people found out [before we wanted]. The easiest thing seemed to be to hop on the webcam and put it on YouTube. I did it because I wanted to tell the fans what happened. [DeAnna and I] have gone our separate ways. I love her and I wish her nothing but the best. I felt that that's what I portrayed on YouTube and I hope that's the way it was taken.

Q: What response are you getting?

Jesse Csincsak: Thousands of emails, 20,000 to 30,000 hits a day on my MySpace page and 5,000 emails to my MySpace page.

Q: Any ladies interested in picking up where DeAnna Pappas left off?

Jesse Csincsak: There are definitely a few ladies who have contacted me, but I'm taking things one day at a time.

Q: Did going on-camera allow you to express more how you truly felt?

Jessie Csincsak: Yeah. I figured there's no better way to tell someone how you feel than to get out there and look right into the screen and say this is what's going on. I spoke to the fans about how I was really feeling. I didn't discuss anything about what had gone on [privately]. The answer I got [from DeAnna Pappas] was that she loved me, but "wasn't in love with me." That's what she told me.

It was a stunning breakup everybody totally none of us saw coming.

Reality TV lovebirds DeAnna Pappas and Jesse Csincsak are history.

Ashley Hebert on the Season Finale

The host of The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, Chris Harrison, tells Entertainment tonight: "DeAnna went to Breckenridge last week and broke up with Jesse. He was stunned. I've talked to Jesse several times, and he did not see it coming."

Harrison claims DeAnna Pappas leaked the break-up to the press early:

"They agreed that this was not going to get out to the public until Thursday, they were going to release a joint statement and try and keep this above board, and she went out on her own, leaked it, and so he's just feeling a little beat up."

Jesse Csincsak and DeAnna Pappas in happier times. Like this summer.

"He really truly loved DeAnna," Harrison said of Jesse Csincsak. "He was so happy. He's like, 'Let's just go to Breckenridge, let's go to Atlanta, let's get the heck out of here, and let's live our lives. Let's just get to know each other and hang out.'"

Interestingly, Harrison says that the supposedly down-home DeAnna Pappas started having big Hollywood dreams and getting "bad advice" from people in L.A.

"... Paparazzi guys and some of the other people that she's been running into that have filled her head with, you know, these dreams that she's going to come to Hollywood and make it big and do all this stuff. And I think her head's getting a little bigger than it should and I think that's led to this as well."
