I would like to say something to all of you who are upset: Thing is, it's also a test for YOU to see if YOU can react well when others are rude. Understand? If the fact that someone is rude, inadvertently tricks you into being rude also, well what accomplishment is that??
And for anyone who feels angry about the engagement: take a moment to remember what you are feeling now. This is what jealousy feels like. Learn to recognize it. Try your best to think before you say anything. Jealousy hurts, but you CAN handle it. Take a deep breath and let it out slowly. This is your time to learn that what other people get in life does not hurt YOU. It feels like it at first. But you will still have wonderful things in life, even if someone else, right now is receiving something wonderful.
Now, this next part is for everyone who says that Danielle is or is not pretty; It doesn't help ANY OF US to be judging any other girls or women by their looks. We don't want to be judged, right? When we do it, we are feeding into why people can convince us to buy magazines etc that make us feel bad about ourselves.
When we put someone down or build them up based on looks, we are confirming that all of us can't reach the very bar that we are guilty of setting. Even if we look good, well we didn't GIVE ourselves our good looks. It was given TO us. And the outer, even if it reflects the inner, only does so by chance, you know?
Let's not give each other such high standards that we are all saying everyone is ugly!! Don't rate her - good or bad. She's a person, as we all are. And, also, we do not know what is in a person's heart. So best we all try to be our best selves. And it's best that we excuse those who haven't quite achieved that yet. It's all ok. : )
They may be happy as a couple and individuals - that does not mean happiness will escape YOU. And even if you ARE feeling rather lousy right now, for valid reasons - my name is Chris - and I am praying for you, whoever you are - RIGHT NOW - as you read this, that your life, too, is wonderful and abundant and that you have all you need and all you desire. if kevin is happy, let him be happy! i think that they are perfectly adorable together! and they will probably stay married til death do they part. reminder, kevin is very religious so they will most likely stay together for a long time. and i expect pregnancy in the next 2 years for them.
