ESPY Awards Fashion Face-Off: Erin Andrews vs. Danica Patrick
Presented by ESPN, the ESPY Awards hand out hardware to athletes that have already won the most important prize in their line of work. It's pretty ridiculous, really.
But who cares?!? It also results in opportunities to see sports stars and personalities in outfits that are far more revealing than what we're stuck with on SportsCenter every night. Two cases in point from last night's ceremony: Brooklyn Decker and Maria Sharapova.
Go compare their looks now and then do the same below for Erin Andrews and Danica Patrick.
Danica Patrick: Playboy Interview
Danica Patrick finished third at this weekend's Indianapolis 500.
But when it comes to women that men most wish to see pose naked in Playboy, there's a good chance she'd rank number-one (see poll below).
Perhaps Patrick has taken a step toward that milestone event, as she answered a series of questions in the latest issue of that magazine. We've included a couple excerpts from the interview below.
Who do you most wanna see nude in Playboy?

What was your first car?
It was a Mustang Cobra, back when Mustangs were still pretty exclusive and cool. I was hard on it. I went through a brand-new set of brakes in a couple thousand miles. The car ended up with 8,000 miles on it when we sold it. I didn't have it that long, and I was on my third set of brakes.
Is it hard to be both sexy and a racer?
When I was younger I felt uncomfortable because I didn't want people to look at me and think, She's just some girl, and write me off before they gave me a chance. There's nothing I can't do in a race car because I'm a girl. These days I love being a girl.

Danica Patrick: De-Tramp Stamped!
Danica Patrick looks beautiful in her photo spread for this year's Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.
But while the magazine had no quams posing this racecar driver in a bikini, across the hood of a car, or slightly bent over, it apparently drew the line at the ever-controversial lower back tattoo.
It's known in some circles as a "tramp stamp," and a Sports Illustrated spokesman broke the BS meter in his explanation for why Patrick's was airbrushed out:
"The Swimsuit Issue emphasizes natural beauty. The freckles are left on and, in this case, the tattoos came off."
Should Sports Illustrated have airbrushed out Danica Patrick's tatoo?
So, just to summarize: a tattoo is too racy. But Brooklyn Decker nude, with nothing but body paint, is acceptable?
Don't get us wrong. We're happy about the latter, but shocked about the former.
Danica Patrick: Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Photos Galore!
Our staff is torn on Danica Patrick.
On one hand, perhaps a professional athlete that wants to be taken seriously should not be a scantily-clad spokeswomen for GoDaddy.com and/or often pose in a bikini.
On the other hand, Danica Patrick is really good looking!
The racecar driver poses seductively for a number of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition photos in the issue that comes out this week.
And while Patrick can't match the beauty of cover girl Bar Refaeli, we'd go for a ride with Danica any time... if you know what we mean!
