Suffice it to say Ben Flajnik won't be reading Courtney Robertson's new memoir, I Didn't Come Here to Make Friends: Confessions of a Reality Show Villain.

The controversial Bachelor winner definitely didn't hold back in the book, which details her adventures (and sexual dalliances) with Flajnik in all their glory.

Ben, who was engaged to her for about a year, said, "I don't see why she would choose to have people look at her the way she has portrayed herself."

"It's sad. A new low, even for Courtney."

Even for Courtney. Ouch. Talk about throwing shade! Flajnik continues, "I am in a really great place in life and don't have any interest in reliving the nightmare."

Since Ben refers to their relationship as a "nightmare," obviously they didn't stay friends after they broke up. But it wasn't always so terrible between them.

As she details in the book, the two boned in the ocean and then completed the reverse cowgirl successfully, sans protection, in the Fantasy Suite.

No wonder she beat popular runner-up Lindzi Cox.

Courtney Robertson's tell-all book, I Didn't Come Here to Make Friends, certainly lives up to its billing as it's not likely to win her any friends now either.

Full of sex, secrets and throwing people under the bus, the tome by the most vilified Bachelor contestant in franchise history does not disappoint.

When she's not talking about boning Ben Flajnik in great detail, she's defending herself and their relationship ... okay she mostly talks about boning.

  • Ben Flajnik's Long Hair

If you love The Bachelor and The Bachelorette spoilers, and are curious about what happens after the cameras stop rolling, this book is for you!

Courtney Robertson writes about the doubts she had about Flajnik while filming her "contemplative" shots for the finale, shortly before he proposed:

"He seemed like a real man to me (though oddly he did like Justin Bieber's music more than any twenty-nine-year-old man should) and we had good sex, so far."

Robertson details A LOT of said intimacy in the book, including their infamous romp in the ocean, and reverse cowgirling him in the Fantasy Suite sans protection.

Ben Flajnik's ex-fiancee Courtney Robertson is spilling all in her new tell-all book, claiming she had sex with The Bachelor star while on the show.

Multiple times. While the cameras were a-rollin'.

In her tome, I Didn’t Come Here to Make Friends: Confessions of a Reality Show Villain, she also says Adrien Grenier's penis is huge. So there's that.

Random Entourage conquests aside, Courtney Robertson signed up for The Bachelor in 2012 vowing to treat her relationship with Ben like any other.

That meant jumping at the opportunity to skinny-dip with her suitor in the waters of Puerto Rico, then jumping out of her bikini and into his arms, and ...

The motion in the ocean was strong that night. Just not for very long.

“To answer your question, yes. Ben and I did have sex in the ocean. On-camera,” Robertson reveals, even though no one actually asked her that.

Courtney Robertson has written a book for some reason.

It’s titled “I Didn't Come Here to Make Friends: Confessions of a Reality Show Villain!” and it chronicles an interesting few years for the former Bachelor suitor.

She learned Adrian Grenier has a big penis. She dated Jesse Metcalfe. And she decided to tell the world why and when she started masturbating on a regular basis.

Among the highlights lowlights:

Courtney Robertson never had "actual sex" with Grenier, but the two did hook up often and "he had the biggest penis I'd ever seen - and the biggest bush!"

Robertson also claims the actor still tries to booty call her to this day.

Courtney Robertson will soon released her intriguingly-titled tell-all book, I Didn't Come Here to Make Friends: Confessions of a Reality Show Villain.

The question: Do you even remember Courtney Robertson?

She won The Bachelor two seasons ago, getting engaged to Ben Flajnik, who starred on the ABC reality hit before Juan Pablo Galavis and Sean Lowe.

They lasted for awhile and then broke up, which came as no surprise to most viewers, as Court was almost universally disliked by fans and co-stars.

Not that she gave a rat's arse then, or does now. At. All.

She actually delivered on her vow to pen a "super dishy" Bachelor tome. Short of The Bachelorette spoilers 2014, she reveals quite a lot of stuff, such as:

Dreams do come true. At least 10-20 percent of the time.

Fans know that a final rose does not guarantee a lifetime of happiness, but The Bachelor has produced some couples that have stood the test of time. At least lately.

And with Juan Pablo Galavis' season in full swing, ABC caught us up on some of its recent success stories as part of its "Juan-uary" series of Sunday specials.

Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici are set to tie the knot next weekend. They were one of the duos featured on The Bachelor: Bachelor Love Stories last night.

The others:

Ashley Hebert and JP Rosenbaum
Ashley Hebert and JP Rosenbaum are married. He won her heart on The Bachelorette.

  • Trista Rehn married fireman Ryan Sutter in a ceremony that was televised in 2003. Still the gold standard for the show, over a decade later.
  • Desiree Hartsock and Chris Siegfried. The most recent Bachelorette picked Chris at the end of Season 9 last year. They're still engaged.
  • Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum. After she chose J.P. on The Bachelorette Season 7 finale, Ashley married J.P. in December 2012.
  • Molly and Jason Mesnick. Jason was engaged to Melissa Rycroft, but dumped her for runner-up (and now-wife) Molly on the After the Final Rose special. Close enough.

Will Juan Pablo end up in the success or failure column? The Bachelor spoilers shed some light on that if you're interested ... but the odds are not good.

That's like five success stories in like 27 seasons. Just saying.

Courtney Robertson isn't the most beloved girl to take part on The Bachelor. Okay, she's one of the least beloved. But boy, was she ever talked about!

Perhaps not surprisingly (except for the fact that we expected it to happen earlier), the MODEL is penning a tell-all book about her time on the series.

Courtney Robertson won The Bachelor star Ben Flajnik's hand in marriage in 2011, only to break up with him after a year or so in October 2012.

In the aftermath, she of course landed a book deal for a work entitled I Didn't Come Here to Make Friends: Confessions of a Reality Show Villain.

"Going on The Bachelor was the most amazing opportunity I've ever had, but I did not have a fairy tale ending!" Court tells celeb gossip magazine Us.

Even Ben Flajnik had to see the light sooner or later.

The Bachelor star admits, supposedly, in a new interview what everyone said about Courtney Robertson from the moment she debuted on the ABC show.
