Chris Brown and Justin Bieber are collaborating on new music again - and "Actin' Up" - with rapper Asher Roth on his latest, appropriately-titled single.

Biebs and Breezy, both of whom are making headlines constantly for "Actin' Up," rap on the new tune, which features a few telling lyrics in the chorus:

"I don't really give a f--k, they said I ain't old enough, but I be young and acting up," Roth, who was signed in '08 by JB's manager Scooter Braun, sings.

"Every two hours in America today a child dies of a gunshot would. Unity is what we are afraid of so fear is insanity, lets love each other."
- Not CB, just Christopher

So says Chris Brown (or should we say Christopher Brown) in the intro to his new music video for "Don't Think They Know," featuring an Aaliyah hologram.

The late singer, whose vocals are also featured in the song, makes a posthumous in what looks to be part of the Chris Brown unity project. He aims to inspire!

Stylized in black and white (with a hint of red and blue), the "Don't Think They Know" video shows Chris on the streets of Compton in a low-rider.

The 24-year-old R&B singer proceeds to show off his dance moves alongside faint holograms of Aaliyah, who dances around him in a dark room.

The final frame of the Chris Brown music video is a written message stating, "Dear Aaliyah, We love and miss you, thank you for inspiring all of us."

Are you buying Chris' newly-created, peace-loving image of love and unity?

Chris Brown used to be known - in addition to beating Rihanna to a pulp, getting into fights, pissing off neighbors and exploding at the media - for gay slurs.

Now the R&B star is singing a different, decidedly pro-gay tune!

Brown issued a series of tweets Friday that revealed his plans to release a new single on Monday in conjunction with what he calls his "Unity Campaign."

It's unclear what that is ... but here's him with a bunch of kids!

The move is unprecedented for a singer known for his hot temper and a series of controversial incidents. Think he's finally turned over a new leaf?

Chris Brown, whose new album embodies a "classic essence of R&B and soul with the new age of music now," will collaborate with Aaliyah on his next single.

Wonder how she would feel about that if she were alive.

"They Don't Know" contains previously unheard vocals from the late singer, and Brown shot a music video for the song in Los Angeles last weekend.

"I shot it in the hood. I went to 60th Street and Cedar Block," Brown said.

Chris Brown has released a song called "I Can't Win."

Sometimes, a song title is worth a thousand words.

The dance-heavy track features CB auto-tuning his way through a tale of romantic suffering, inviting you to read into it however you like based on his life.

It's been an interesting week for the maligned singer.

His dad doesn't want him to date Rihanna, while he publicly said he's happy and grateful for forgiveness ... yet he just unfollowed her on Instagram.

Also, he just shared this insightful Tweet:

Man-in-demand Chris Brown recently took time out from dating Rihanna to team up with Sean Kingston and Wiz Khalifa for SK's new single "Beat It."

Not shockingly, the visuals feature more boobs than THG's bikini photos gallery.

Sure, the video looks rather cool - sunsets, artistic angles and lighting, etc. - and the song is alright, but it seems to basically be an homage to boobs.

Check out the video for "Beat It" below and see if you agree ...

Chris Brown is responding to accusations that will.i.am ripped off a song by Arty and Mat Zo to make his latest track "Let's Go," which features Brown.

"I don't even know who mat zo Or arty is? I ain't got s--t to do wit if ur mad or not. Someone asked for a feature on a record and I did it," Brown Tweeted.

Eloquent as always ... but we see his point.

Will.i.am, meanwhile, has not yet responded to the claims from Arty and Mat Zo that he ganked the duo's dance track "Rebound." Here's both:

"They never cleared rights through Anjunabeats, who's only one label, who ownes [sic] the rights for 'Rebound,'" Arty tweeted of the alleged pilfering.

The backlash was so severe that his collaborator tried to quell the feud.

Chris Brown is not letting his beef with Drake die down.

He took a shot at his rival in a new remix of "R.I.P." with Young Jeezy and Kendrick Lamar, calling Drizzy out with a reference to one of his biggest hits.

In the remix, Chris Brown raps, "Dearly departed, I bought a plane I departed / And if you started from the bottom, go on and come out the closet."

Ohhhhh, it's on now.

Drake recently fired back in his new single, "5 AM in Toronto," rapping "I’m just being frank with you / I mean, where you think she at when she ain’t with you?"

That not-so-subtle allusion would be to Chris' relationship with Rihanna, who Drake once had a thing with, and who they allegedly brawled over in NYC.

Not exactly Biggie and 2Pac, but the feud is definitely real, with no love lost on either side. Though when it comes to Rih, CB may have the last laugh.

Reports of the couple's breakup Monday look to have been merely an April Fools prank ... like the Lindsay Lohan pregnant Tweet, but not as hilarious.

Chris Brown is staying focused on his music and being the person he wants to be.

In a new interview with Rolling Stone, Rihanna's boyfriend says his new album, X, will clear things up and show the world who he really is nowadays.

"Basically, I'm saying the negativity is in the past," he says. "I'm just all about positivity and moving forward, being able to X out the negativity and stay on a focused path."

"Now, instead of Chris Brown being the temperamental guy everyone thinks I am, I'm about crafting that into my music, so when my fans hear it, they can feel it."
