Richard Marx of all people zinged Chris Brown and the Grammys on Twitter a few hours ago, and we have to say, the man makes a valid, amusing point.
Earlier this week, a report surfaced that producers of the annual musical extravaganza insisted that stars not wear revealing clothes Sunday night.
In response, Marx dropped this gem: "'Risque' clothing banned at Grammys but guys who beat up women? Come ooonnn downnnnn.... #goodcallgrammys"
Chris Brown was dragged into court in Wednesday to answer to accusations from the D.A.'s office that he submitted bogus community service records.
Trying to dupe authorities in such fashion - which he denies - could mean a violation of Chris' probation, which he's still on for his 2009 assault on Rihanna.
What did Brown, his attorney and a judge have to say about it?
Not a lot. The judge wants to hear more evidence and scheduled the next hearing for April 5. But most notably, Chris showed up for court WITH RIHANNA!
Chris Brown is FIRED UP about the inquiry into his community service reports, saying in an Instagram rant that "enough is enough, yo!!"
If you missed it, the L.A. County D.A. believes Brown LIED about doing community service and he could be facing jail time for duping authorities.
Apparently this isn't sitting well with him. Brown took to Instagram to unload on the topic, telling his fans he can't relax because of ALL THE DRAMA.
"Im wise I can handle the hate but enough is enough, yo!!" he writes.
"Im a human being and I honestly think I deserve respect Im sick of being accused ... Im tired yall ... Just don't understand Ive been going through this sh*t since I was 19 years old!"
Chris Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, is irate over efforts to revoke his client's probation on grounds that his community service reports are BS.
Geragos called the L.A. County DA's actions "shameful and a disgrace."
The lawyer incredulously says that "In essence, it calls everyone a liar in the Richmond Police Department and the Virginia Probation Department."
Geragos says he will seek sanctions from the District Attorney's Office for filing a "frivolous, scurrilous and frankly defamatory motion" against Chris Brown.

Frank Ocean told police in a statement that he was called a "f**got" during his parking lot brawl with Chris Brown, who also threatened to shoot him.
According to the police report, Ocean told police Brown had punched him in the face after Frank told Chris he had taken Ocean's parking space.
Ocean told police Brown tried to shake his hand, but Ocean refused, telling Brown he was in his parking spot at Westlake Studios in Los Angeles.
According to Frank, that's when Chris threw the first punch, striking him in the face; after that, two of Brown's peeps pushed Ocean into a corner.
The L.A. County District Attorney's office is accusing Chris Brown of submitting false community service records, violating his probation in the process.
The D.A. is alleging in legal documents that Brown may have lied when he claimed he had performed his community service in the Rihanna assault case.
Bryan T. Norwood, the Chief of Police in Richmond, Va., wrote the judge on September 14 to say that Chris Brown completed 202 days of community service.
He was only required to perform 180. Sounds great, right? Well ...
NBA star Tony Parker is calling out Chris Brown for being a thug.
Why? It all dates back to last year's nightclub brawl in NYC.
The volatile R&B star's temper, which made news again this winter after the Chris Brown-Frank Ocean brawl in a parking lot, is not anything new.
Which is Tony's point. Parker is suing W.i.P. nightclub for $20 million, claiming it should never have let Brown in the door that infamous night last June.

Frank Ocean WILL NOT press charges against Chris Brown after last week's brawl, announcing that he after some soul searching, he has opted to move on.
Ocean posted on his Tumblr, "As a child I thought if someone jumped me it would result in me murdering or mutilating a man. But as a man I am not a killer."
"I’ll choose sanity. No criminal charges. No civil lawsuit. Forgiveness, albeit difficult, is wisdom. Peace, albeit trite, is what I want in my short life. Peace.”

Rihanna knew she'd be grilled about Chris Brown during her new interview with Rolling Stone, and he was reportedly both aware of this and supportive.
According to insiders, she told him about the sit-down before it was published.
“He already knew Rihanna was going to talk about their relationship before she even did the interview,” a source said. “It’s not like he was blindsided at all.
“They already talked about that days ago. He already knew what to expect."
