Rihanna has yet to speak in public about her split from allegedly violent ex, Chris Brown, but she’s got a mouthful to say in her new song.

Kanye West posted a demo, “Silly Boy,” on his blog, in which RiRi bashes her former beau with the help of Lady GaGa on backing vocals.

“I said I’m not coming back. You fooled me once but you can’t have that ego turning. Just too bad for you, that when you had me. Didn’t know what to do, she’s over you. Cause you had a good girl, good girl, girl. That’s a keeper," RiRi sings.

"You had a good girl, good girl ... but didn’t know how to treat her. So silly boy, get out my face. Why do you like the way regrets taste?”

We would have gone with "tell me how my a$$ tastes," but not bad.

If her new song lyrics are to be interpreted as any sort of message to Chris Brown, Rihanna is apparently quite over her ex-boyfriend and alleged batterer.

We doubt it is a coincidence that the new track surfaced on Kanye's blog right after those alleged Rihanna nude pics leaked online last week.

Guess know where Kanye’s loyalty lies - and now, so does Brown.

He is due in court on May 28 for a preliminary hearing on assault and criminal threats charges stemming from a February incident where he's said to have pounded her into oblivion and told her he would kill her during a nuclear blowout.

His defense may hinge on a leaked police photo of the battered singer that surfaced on celebrity gossip site TMZ in the weeks following the altercation, and his lawyer's claims that this undermines Brown's right to a fair trial.

As soon as the alleged Rihanna nude photo scandal broke on the Internet late Friday afternoon, speculation began running rampant over the pictures' origin.

One unsubstantiated but popular theory? Chris Brown leaked them.

The messages "I love you" and "I miss you" appear scrawled on the mirror in one of the alleged Rihanna pics, which could have been written to Chris Brown.

Her disgraced ex-boyfriend could be looking for revenge, some believe, as he stands accused of criminal threats and assault while she's moving on with life.

So the story goes. Perez Hilton even claimed the R&B star "must be responsible" for distributing the raunchy photos. But is there any truth to this at all?

None, says Chris Brown's rep, who calls the speculation over his involvement in the naked photo leak patently absurd, incorrect and unfair.

"This is both a false and defamatory statement. Chris has not released or 'leaked' any photos of Rihanna (or anyone else for that matter)," his rep said.

On Friday, her label Def Jam sent cease and desist letters to outlets who published the photos, claiming that the images violate "the Artist's rights."

The record company neither confirmed nor denied if it's actually Rihanna nude. In our opinion, the pictures are probably her, although there is still no conclusive proof that they are, or of where they came from. It's sort of bizarre.

Dramatic new developments in the Chris Brown case are poised to develop as Brown's high powered attorney, Mark Geragos, formally filed a motion late Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court seeking access to internal LAPD records.

Geragos believes that the chilling, beaten Rihanna photo was illegally leaked to the media by an LAPD officer and could lead to the case being dismissed.

The attorney states in the new motion that Rihanna, whose real name is Robyn Fenty, was very concerned about information being leaked to the media.

Prior to the photo being leaked to celebrity gossip site TMZ, Geragos' motion states that, "Ms. Fenty requested that the police reports related to this incident be kept confidential, and a Request for Confidentiality of Information was completed."

That clearly wasn't enough to ensure her privacy.

Will Chris Brown's case be dismissed based on the controversial leak?

"I'm informed and believe that on or about February 19, 2009, a photograph taken by the LAPD depicting physical injuries on Ms. Fenty was illegally leaked to the media. Specifically, I am informed and believe that this highly prejudicial photograph was sold by an LAPD officer to the entertainment website, TMZ."

"The photograph was immediately viewed by hundreds of thousands of viewers and was displayed on every news channel for several weeks. In fact, the photograph still remains on the TMZ website. The purpose of the leak was necessarily for profit and to vilify Mr. Brown and poison the potential jury pool."

Rihanna grabbed headlines with a surprise, eye-popping appearance in which she wore a menswear-influenced Dolce & Gabbana creation at the Met Gala in New York Monday – but Brown was the one who has something to celebrate: His 20th birthday.

The birthday greetings poured in for Brown on this celebrity gossip site, as fans wished the embattled, allegedly abusive star well on the 5th of May.

How did he actually spend the day?

Laying low with family in Virginia.

According to a source, Brown had a small birthday celebration with friends and family. Probably a good move to stay out of the limelight, as he faces two felony counts – assault and making criminal threats – to which he has pleaded not guilty.

The on-again, off-again pair have spent time apart lately, but reunited briefly in L.A. last month before Rihanna headed to her native Barbados.

There, she is rumored to have rekindled a romance with her ex-boyfriend, Negus Sealy, a.k.a. The Love God. She has not commented on this.

Inside at the bash, after Kanye West finished his set, partygoers erupted in cheers when Rihanna – still clad in her suit – joined the rapper onstage for a duet of his tune, "Say You Will." She then sang her hit, "Live Your Life."

In March, just weeks after the alleged confrontation with Brown, Rihanna celebrated her 21st birthday with a night out on the town in L.A.

We'd wish Chris Brown a happy 20th birthday on this 5th of May, but we're not sure he's deserving. Hopefully the music star lays low today and reflects on the serious crimes he is charged with after "allegedly" beating Rihanna to a pulp.

So enjoy your birthday, Chris, if only because it may be your last one in some time that isn't spent behind bars. That's enough to make you go ...

Chris Brown: Oh Yeah!

Brown has pleaded not guilty to assault and criminal threats charges stemming from the February 8 attack on his then girlfriend. If convicted, he faces nearly five years in prison, though he is trying to hammer out a plea deal.

If Brown and the prosecution are unable to reach a mutually acceptable plea bargain, his attorney will have no choice proceed with the defense - likely to center around the leaked Rihanna pic that surfaced after the incident.

Will he beat the rap? Will he learn from his ways? Will he fly into another blinding rage over rumors that Rihanna is now back with her ex, Negus Sealy?

Only time will tell. For now, we'll just mark Chris Brown's 20th birthday with a little photo gallery of the embattled star. Click to enlarge:

Since Chris Brown's arrest in February, his normally loquacious attorney, Mark Geragos, has said nary a word about how he plans to defend Brown against charges that he punched, choked and threatened to kill his pop star girlfriend, Rihanna.

But comments by the attorney in court Wednesday suggest part of the strategy might be attacking police for the leak of a photo of Rihanna's bruised face.

The defense lawyer told a judge he planned to request information about possible police misconduct or bias and mentioned by name an appellate court ruling that provides defendants access to files in internal police investigations.

Geragos' remarks seemed a clear reference to the probe sparked by TMZ's posting of a photo consistent with Rihanna pictures taken by police that night.

LAPD investigators have been interviewing their own officers and scouring computers for two months - so far in vain - in an effort to determine if someone inside the agency sold or gave the photo to the celebrity gossip website.

Is Chris Brown's lawyer's apparent strategy of focusing on this haunting, leaked Rihanna photo relevant to his client's defense - or a shameless, distracting ploy?

With a preliminary hearing date now set for May 28, Geragos' actions indicate he may seek to have the case thrown out over the photo at that time.

Whether he proves effective or not, the attorney's focusing on the photo's leak would most definitely compound the LAPD's embarrassment over the apparent failure to safeguard evidence in a case that has attracted world attention.

A state law makes it a misdemeanor for officers or law enforcement employees to profit by leaking confidential reports or images. Police Chief William J. Bratton promised "a very painful experience" for any LAPD employee found to be involved.

"We are still following leads and the case is far from closed," said Deputy Chief Mark Perez, head of the LAPD's Professional Standards Bureau.

While a judge yesterday set a preliminary hearing date of May 28 in the case against Chris Brown, Rihanna remained in her native Barbados, trying to lay low.

Since Chris allegedly pummeled her brains out (Brown is facing charges of assault and criminal threats, both felonies), Rihanna has yet to speak publicly.

But her father, Ronald Fenty, told this week that the time in the sun has taken the singer’s mind off of the February 8 incident and Chris Brown in general.

“Chris sounds like old news to me,” Fenty said, according to MSNBC. He says his daughter is “a different person, back to herself. It’s like Chris never existed."

"She seems reborn,” he said.

Others close to Rihanna also speak of her "new trajectory."

Rihanna, who was just given back the jewels that had been held as evidence since the attack "is really realizing how precious life is,” says the source.

“She could lose it all if she’s not smart. She’s starting to see that one wrong choice about who she loves could turn her into the next Whitney Houston.”

Ouch, Bobby Brown. Bet that one stung.

Chris Brown's high-powered lawyer, Mark Geragos, plans to ask the court to dismiss the assault and criminal threats case against his client because of leaks.

Geragos told reporters that the leaks in the Rihanna case "form the basis for a motion to dismiss the case in regard to outrageous governmental misconduct."

Whether he's successful remains to be seen, but in any case, a court date is set for Brown today in Los Angeles for his February 8 altercation with Rihanna.

The singer will not appear before the judge.

Geragos will be present on behalf of the singer. Sources say Brown signed a waiver, although it remains unclear exactly what said waiver entails.

Brown appeared in court earlier this to enter a not guilty plea on charges that he beat and threatened to kill Rihanna in a violent altercation that left the Barbados native, and his girlfriend at the time, bruised, bitten and unconscious.

Following the not guilty plea, Brown's team and the L.A. County District Attorney's office were said to be working on a plea deal. That was weeks ago.

Several reports now suggest a deal is closer, if not imminent.

According to legal experts, Mark Geragos (above) is expected to ask for more time in the case to search for further evidence. If he is unable to secure additional time from the judge, a preliminary hearing date may be set in the case.

At the preliminary hearing, prosecutors presens the case before a judge explaining they have enough material to pursue a conviction. Geragos will counter that they do not, and the judge will decide if a criminal trial is warranted.

Regardless of the outcome, Rihanna and Chris Brown want no part of that, as it could result in information going public that both want to suppress.

Brown has sought a plea deal in which he does not serve jail time, but as the felonies he's charged with carry almost five years, that's a hard sell.

"I would imagine all parties would be interested in resolving the case so as to avoid the public airing of dirty laundry at a trial," said Shawn Chapman Holley, who has represented The Game and Lindsay Lohan but is not involved here.

"If the D.A. makes a 'tough' offer, this makes it a difficult choice for the defendant," the attorney added.

"For example, if they offer a deal that still carries significant jail time, the defendant might want to take his chances at trial. Doing so, however, exposes a high-profile defendant to unwanted negative publicity."

UPDATE: Judge Patricia Schnegg set a preliminary hearing for May 28 - the result of Geragos pushing for as late a date as possible to allow him adequate time to respond to the investigation into how Rihanna's police photo was released.

Geragos says he will still move to have Brown's case dismissed should the haunting photo's appearance prove to be the result of a police transgression.

Former heavyweight champ Mike Tyson has some interesting insight into woman-beating in general and as it pertains to the Chris Brown-Rihanna situation.

No stranger to domestic violence himself, Tyson MTV News his perspective on the Chris Brown scandal while promoting Tyson, a documentary on his life.

"My personal opinion about that is, he’s just a baby," Tyson said of Brown, whose career is in jeopardy as he faces assault and criminal threats charges.

"He’s just a little baby that don’t know how to handle his emotions when it comes to a woman. He probably thinks, ‘I know how to handle my emotions.’"

"We all think we do. But the fact is, you look at this person and you might be crazy in love, but we don’t know how to handle those feelings."

Mike Tyson then expounded on this, growing increasingly animated and looking like he was about ready to pound somebody - anybody - into submission himself:

"Do I think it’s right to beat up a woman? No! Hell no! Have I hit a woman before? Hell yeah!!! Was I wrong? Hell yeah!!! I’m a product of that environment. Do I regret ever doing that? Hell yeah!! Would I do it again? Never!!"

Tyson served three years in prison for raping Desiree Washington in 1991. His ex-wife, Robin Givens, accused of him of spousal abuse two years earlier.

Conflicting reports emerged last week involving Chris Brown dating a former hometown girlfriend, Erica Jackson, and spending time with Girlicious singer Natalie Mejia.

Brown's people are now saying neither story is true.

An unidentified spokesperson for Chris Brown, 19, claimed that photos taken the previous weekend of the singer leaving the West Hollywood Tattoo Mania parlor in the company of Natalie Mejia, 20, and another man "don't mean anything."

"Chris was in a Hollywood tattoo parlor with a woman from the recording studio named Dean, who was getting a tattoo," Brown's rep reportedly told People.

"Natalie Mejia was there along with Dean," the source added. "[Reports in other media] that Natalie Mejia is now Chris' new girlfriend are also false."

According to E! News, Mejia confirmed that she is the woman seen leaving the tattoo parlor with Brown, but declined to comment on their relationship.

Natalie Mejia reportedly told Radar Online that "Things are going well between us, but I really do not want to comment much more than that right now."

Chris Brown's rep says he's not hitting it with Natalie Mejia.

The rep also said reports claiming Brown is back with a former hometown girlfriend, University of Mary Washington student Erica Jackson, are also false.

Brown was recently seen with the women's basketball team at the school's "White Ribbon Campaign" to raising awareness about violence toward women.

Adding to the confusion, E! also reported that after a night of partying on Saturday with Tyrese Gibson, Omarion and Keith Robinson at Los Angeles' Lucky Strike Lanes & Lounge, Brown "apparently noticed one of the female bartenders."

Also, while they have not been spotted together for weeks, an unidentified source told People that Brown and Rihanna, 21, spent time together over Easter weekend after deciding to take a break from their relationship last month.

Brown pleaded not guilty last week to two felony charges of assault and making criminal threats in connection with his alleged assault of her on February 8.

All very confusing, but one thing is clear: Whether or not he's found a new speedbag lover in Natalie Mejia, it's worth clicking on the photos of her below:
