Chris Brown's trial was pushed back until June, and having been denied release from jail in the meantime, the singer faces two more trips on Con Air.

Brown, who jailed after getting kicked out of rehab last month, was flown to D.C. from L.A. to stand trial for allegedly assaulting Parker Adams last year.

The cross-country trip involved the government stopping to pick up other inmates in various correctional facilities along the way and took days to complete.

Once he got to the east coast, the caged animal who hates jail was promptly thrown into the general population in a Virginia jail as he awaited trial in his case.

The trial was supposed to start Wednesday after Chris' bodyguard was convicted on a similar assault charge, but it was just postponed until June.

Brown asked the judge in the Rihanna beating case, who has jailed him for violating probation, to release him for the next two months before the trial.

Not gonna happen.

Chris Brown is said to be furious by the fact that his assault trial has been pushed back until today, and feels that the legal system is "failing him."

His bodyguard was convicted of assault Monday stemming from an altercation in D.C., with Brown's trial up next. The proceedings begin Wednesday.

That extra day and a half of waiting is said to have "broken” Chris Brown, who already endured a brutal trip across the U.S. via Con Air to stand trial.

Every extra second he spends behind bars is torture for him, according to reports, as he feels he's wrongly accused and being treated like a caged animal.

Chris hopes that his bodyguard, Christopher Hollosy, will testify to his innocence today, but either way, the R&B star is a shell of his former self.

“He’s not happy, he’s been broken and he’s stuck in jail. This is bulls--t,” a source close to the singer says. “His bodyguard already told police he’s guilty."

"So why is Chris still in jail?”

Things aren't looking good for Chris Brown.

Earlier today the singer's bodyguard Christopher Hollosy was found guilty of attacking Parker Adams. Now, after 6 weeks behind bars, Brown's assault trial is underway and legal experts expect similar results.

If Breezy is found guilty (more likely now that Hollosy has been convicted), his probation stemming from his 2009 attack on Rihanna could be revoked, resulting in immediate prison time.

Chris and his bodyguard were arrested in connection with an assault on Adams that occurred in 2013 outside the W Hotel in Washington, DC.

The singer was ordered to attend a court-ordered counseling program, but Chris was kicked out of rehab for violating the rules of the facility.

Since then, he has been shuttled between prisons and reports from inside say he was in solitary confinement for a significant stretch.

Whether you're high on life or just high, 4/20 is the day for you.

It's a de facto tribute to all things marijuana and we know more than a handful of celebrities who'll be smoking some bud today.

While there are definitely more than 20 celebrity stoners we could have listed here, this seems like as good a place as any to start.

So, while they roll up a joint and try to work on a Giant M&M Cookies Recipe or a Funfetti Cupcakes Recipe ahead of time, you can roll up a chair and flip through this slideshow.

Snoop Dogg
"You knowz mofo be rollin' up summa dat dank ass sticky-icky-icky and gettin' fizaded off the bubonic chronic right muthaf--kin' now." Uhhh, what Snoop said.

Notably not pictured? Seth Rogen

Because of Seth Rogen's well-documented devotion to the doobie, and those who love to get high with the actor, he gets a slideshow of its own.

Check that out after the jump ...

According to 20-year-old Parker Adams, the man accusing Chris Brown of assault in D.C., the R&B singer only ranks as a 6 out of 10 on the manly scale.

On the stand in the trial of Brown's bodyguard Christopher Hollosy, who's also accused of assaulting Adams, Parker was asked to assess the attackers.

Using a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 registering as a strong, manly punch, Hollosy rates a 10 out of 10, whereas Brown only punches at a 6, Adams determined.

Is Chris' 6-out-of-10 strength enough to destroy a woman's face? Well, obviously. Insufficient to fight his own battles against 20-year-old guys? Apparently.

That's just how Chris rolls. He's good at using guns and knives, at least, for when his muscles aren't cutting it and he needs to act hard at rehab meetings.

Chris Brown's booking photos have finally been released, half a year after the assault arrest in D.C. that landed him in rehab, and ultimately jail for violating probation.

Amazingly, we've still never seen mug shots from the Rihanna beating.

It's that first assault case - and guilty plea - that haunts the troubled R&B star to this day, though. He was given five years' probation for destroying Rihanna.

Because of that, the D.C. arrest becomes a much bigger issue. A condition of his probation is that he obey all laws, something he clearly has trouble with.

Ne-Yo says Chris is a victim of the system, but consider these facts:

  • Chris' probation has been jeopardized countless times prior to the D.C. arrest, given his anger issues and inability to stay out of trouble.
  • Despite the arrest and subsequent probation violation, he wasn't jailed at time time; a judge let him go to rehab while he awaits trial.
  • He was kicked out of rehab TWICE, once for throwing a rock at his mom's car and the second time for saying he's good at using guns and knives.

Pretty bad. Check out tons more celebrity mug shots after the jump:

We're inching ever close to the release of the much-anticipated Chris Brown and Ariana Grande duet.

The collaborating between these seemingly opposite artists via an Instagram photo of them dancing in the studio in February... and now Brown has come out with a video of himself dancing solo to "Don’t Be Gone Too Long."

All we hear in the background is the refrain to the track, sang by both Brown and Grande, and all we see are Brown's moves.

We've gotta say: this singer can really dance. Almost as well as he can beat on women.

As strange as this pairing may seem, Brown has also teamed up in the past with Justin Bieber. He's all about melding hip hop with pop music.

(And also all about beating on women.)

No release date for the full song has been announced yet.

Apparently, Ne-Yo believes Chris Brown is being treated unfairly by the justice system because he's a celebrity. For real. He feels quite strongly about this, too.

Ne-Yo seems like a good guy who's entitled to his opinion.

It's just horribly misguided and absurd. Sorry.

TMZ talked to the R&B star and asked about the embattled Brown, with Ne-Yo quick to point out that the system "likes to make an example out of celebrities."

Seriously man? Do you really believe that?

Let's break it down in case Ne forgot, Yo:

  • Chris Brown beat the $h!t out of Rihanna and only got probation. Not a bad deal for any defendant. All he had to do was stay clean through 2014.
  • Of course, he cannot do this (see Chris Brown-Drake fight, Chris Brown-Frank Ocean brawl, Chris Brown-GMA window beef, etc., etc.)
  • After all of that, he got arrested for assault in D.C. last year, but STILL wasn't jailed because a judge let him go to rehab for anger issues instead.
  • He was kicked out of rehab TWICE.

Sure, being thrown in jail, then flown across the country on Con Air to stand trial is pretty tough, but does really sound like someone who doesn't deserve it?

You're out of bounds, Ne-Yo. Step off.

Chris Brown's trans-American, shackled journey has finally brought him to Virginia, where he's in the general population at Northern Neck Regional Jail.

The singer arrived on the East Coast after a five-day trek from California, stopping to pick up other inmates along the way. Sounds like it sucked royally.

He's set to stand trial in Washington, D.C., for assault starting April 17. If convicted, he could be sentenced to years behind bars for violating probation.

That's the bad news. The good news?

Chris Brown: Unity!

The Northern Neck Regional Jail, just outside his hometown of Tappahannock (where he lost his virginity at age 8), lets him shower whenever he wants!

No, he's not getting special treatment, but as an inmate in the general population with no restrictions, life is way better than 23 hours of solitary confinement in L.A.

Model Stasiya Maria is suing Chris Brown, claiming his modeling agency took photos of her and is now using her image without having paying her a penny.

In other news ... Chris Brown has a modeling agency.

  • Chris Brown Shirtless, Tattoos

Stasiya Maria claims she was invited to a test shoot for the agency, Legendary Faces, on March 21. This meeting, she says, turned into a giant casting call.

She says she had no idea what was going on, but played along just the same, posing for a few bikini photos with other girls in lingerie. Modeling work.

However, Maria claims she never signed a release.

This has become an issue because she's now featured in two Instagram promotional videos the company produced, essentially marketing them for free.

Maria's lawyer fired off a letter to Chris Brown's company, demanding it take the videos down immediately or she will follow through with a lawsuit.

Legendary Faces had no comment on the matter ... most likely because the face of the company is traveling on Con Air to D.C. to face trial for assault.

Tends to throw a wrench into a lot of PR efforts.
